Sastat \u0107e se i oni \u010dlanovi porodice koji ne uspiju da na\u0111u vremena za posjetu u drugo doba godine. Bo\u017ei\u0107na ve\u010dera ima malo druga\u010diji oblik u svakoj zemlji, koji se zasniva na specifi\u010dnim tradicijama. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bo\u017ei\u0107na ve\u010dera u Njema\u010dkoj <\/h2>\n\n<p>U Njema\u010dkoj se sve\u010dana hrana razlikuje od regije do regije. Jedno od omiljenih bo\u017ei\u0107nih jela Nijemaca su kobasice sa krompir salatom &#8211; sa ili bez majoneza. Tada su popularne pe\u010dena patka i guska ili kuvana \u0161unka. Drugdje vi\u0161e vole ribu sa salatom. U Badenu jedu \u0161arane, u drugim krajevima vi\u0161e vole pastrmku i jegulju. Tradicionalni uklju\u010duju konzerve. Specifi\u010dan obi\u010daj koji je tradicionalan za ovu zemlju je takozvani gurmanski. Ljudi se sastaju za posebnim stolom, na kojem doma\u0107in unaprijed priprema sastojke. Zatim ih svako sam skuva u tiganju. Ovaj obi\u010daj je sa\u010duvan zahvaljuju\u0107i biv\u0161oj holandskoj koloniji &#8211; Indoneziji.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bo\u017ei\u0107na ve\u010dera u Hrvatskoj<\/h2>\n\n<p>Post se po\u0161tuje, pa je glavno jelo hobotnica, bakalar na razne na\u010dine ili druga vrsta ribe (\u0161aran, \u0161tuka) sa pe\u010denim krompirom i krompir salatom. Bakalar se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e pravi sa maslinovim uljem, per\u0161unom i belim lukom. Na kraju, bo\u017ei\u0107ni kola\u010di ne smiju izostati. Zbog posta nije se slu\u017eilo meso prije pono\u0107ne mise. Jabuke, orasi, bijeli luk i med koje su ljudi sami uzgajali bili su dio bo\u017ei\u0107ne ve\u010dere. Paloci (etnografska grupa) jeli su bijeli luk kako bi sa\u010duvali svoje zdravlje za narednu godinu. Svaki \u010dlan porodice je razbio orah, a ako je bio zdrav, to je zna\u010dilo da \u0107e onaj ko ga jede biti zdrav i naredne godine. Ako slome lo\u0161 orah, vjerovatno \u0107e se razboljeti sljede\u0107e godine. Glava porodice isjekao je jabuku na onoliko komada koliko je bilo ljudi za stolom. Na bo\u017ei\u0107noj trpezi bila je i ka\u0161a od maka (guba) koja se prelijevala toplim slatkim mlijekom. Negdje su me\u0111u bo\u017ei\u0107na jela uvr\u0161tene i prepe\u010denice od maka, oraha ili svje\u017eeg sira. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ve\u010dera po\u010dinje zdravicom uz \u010da\u0161u vina. Tradicionalna jela su juha od gula\u0161a ili juha od kupusa sa pe\u010durkama. Ponegdje se slu\u017ee pampu\u0161iki ili bo\u017ei\u0107ni kola\u010di sa \u010dokoladnim orahom, ali se spremaju i pasulj, so\u010divo i knedle. Kasnije su pr\u017eena riba i kiseli krompir sa lukom postali tradicija. Trenutno se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e konzumira ljuta riblja \u010dorba, hal\u00e1szl\u00e9. Takozvani sarmi su tipi\u010dni za Bugare. Ovo jelo se sastoji od pirin\u010da umotanog u kiseli kupus ili listove gro\u017e\u0111a, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e uz meso, ali ne na Bo\u017ei\u0107 zbog posta. Popularne su paprike punjene pirin\u010dem ili pasuljem. Tipi\u010dna je slatka pita od bundeve &#8211; tikvenik. Dobro je uspostavljena tradicija da se slu\u017ei nekoliko kurseva. Mora ih biti najmanje 7 (u nekim porodicama ih ima i 9, 11 ili 13).<br\/>Priprema se i servira tradicionalni bugarski hleb koji je ukra\u0161en. Zove se pita. U njega se ubacuje nov\u010di\u0107. Ka\u017ee se da \u0107e onaj ko dobije komad s nov\u010di\u0107em imati sre\u0107e cijelu narednu godinu. Zanimljivo je da se sto posle ve\u010dere ne \u010disti, ve\u0107 tako stoji celu no\u0107. Proizvodi od svinje zatim se konzumiraju tokom bo\u017ei\u0107ne ve\u010dere: kobasice, d\u017eigerica, dinstana svinjetina.
