Pru\u017eanje mogu\u0107nosti zaposlenima da primjene svoju stru\u010dnost promovira anga\u017eman i ispunjenje njihovih uloga.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sveobuhvatan paket pogodnosti<\/h2>\n\n<p>Statistike pokazuju da \u010dak <strong>88%<\/strong> onih koji tra\u017ee posao smatra da je sveobuhvatan paket beneficija odlu\u010duju\u0107i faktor pri odabiru izme\u0111u boljeg i slabije pla\u0107enog posla.
