Ovo stanje mo\u017ee zakomplikovati svakodnevne aktivnosti. Poga\u0111a mnoge ljude, posebno kako stare. Razumijevanje artritisa kuka poma\u017ee u boljem upravljanju njegovim simptomima. Redovno vje\u017ebanje igra klju\u010dnu ulogu u smanjenju boli i pobolj\u0161anju pokretljivosti. Danas \u0107emo razgovarati o tome kako mo\u017eete pomo\u0107i starijima u va\u0161oj skrbi da im olak\u0161aju bol.     <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zna\u010denje vje\u017ebe<\/h2>\n\n<p>Ve\u017ebanje je veoma va\u017eno za osobe sa artritisom kuka. Ja\u010da mi\u0161i\u0107e oko zgloba kuka. Ja\u010di mi\u0161i\u0107i bolje podr\u017eavaju zglob i smanjuju bol. Vje\u017ebanje tako\u0111er pobolj\u0161ava fleksibilnost i opseg pokreta, olak\u0161avaju\u0107i svakodnevne aktivnosti. Evo nekoliko primjera \u0161ta mo\u017eete u\u010diniti. <strong>Uvijek se posavjetujte sa zdravstvenim radnikom<\/strong> prije po\u010detka bilo kojeg programa vje\u017ebanja.     <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lagano zagrevanje<\/h2>\n\n<p>Po\u010dnite s blagim vje\u017ebama zagrijavanja kako biste pripremili mi\u0161i\u0107e i zglobove. Zagrijavanje pove\u0107ava protok krvi i smanjuje uko\u010denost. Evo nekoliko jednostavnih vje\u017ebi:  <\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hodanje u mjestu<\/strong> : Dok stojite, naizmeni\u010dno podi\u017eite koljena. Radite ovu vje\u017ebu 2-3 minute. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kru\u017eenje kukovima<\/strong> : Neka osoba stoji sa nogama u \u0161irini ramena. Pomi\u010dite kukove kru\u017enim pokretima, prvo u smjeru kazaljke na satu, a zatim u suprotnom smjeru. Ponovite 10 puta sa svake strane.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vje\u017ebe ja\u010danja<\/h2>\n\n<p>Vje\u017ebe ja\u010danja izgra\u0111uju mi\u0161i\u0107e oko zgloba kuka koji pru\u017eaju bolju potporu. Evo nekoliko efikasnih vje\u017ebi za ja\u010danje: <\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mostovi<\/strong> : Postavite seniore na le\u0111a sa savijenim kolenima i stopalima ravnim na pod. Podignite kukove prema plafonu, zadr\u017eite nekoliko sekundi, a zatim ih ponovo spustite. Ponovite 10 do 15 puta.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bo\u010dno podizanje nogu<\/strong> : Postavite seniora na jednu stranu s ravnim nogama. Podignite gornju nogu \u0161to je vi\u0161e mogu\u0107e, zadr\u017eite nekoliko sekundi, a zatim je spustite. Uradite 10-15 ponavljanja sa svake strane.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vje\u017ebe fleksibilnosti<\/h2>\n\n<p>Vje\u017ebe fleksibilnosti pobolj\u0161avaju opseg pokreta u zglobu kuka. Ove vje\u017ebe poma\u017eu u smanjenju uko\u010denosti i olak\u0161avaju kretanje: <\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vje\u017eba istezanja pregiba\u010da kuka<\/strong> : Senior kle\u010di na jednom kolenu sa drugom nogom ispred sebe, stvaraju\u0107i ugao od 90 stepeni. Lagano gurnite kukove naprijed, osje\u0107aju\u0107i istezanje u prednjem dijelu zgloba kuka. Zadr\u017eite 20-30 sekundi, a zatim promijenite.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sjede\u0107i leptir istezanje<\/strong> : Neka stariji sjede sa skupljenim stopalima i savijenim koljenima prema van. Voda podr\u017eava va\u0161e tijelo i smanjuje pritisak na zglobove. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Savjeti za sigurno vje\u017ebanje<\/h2>\n\n<p>Da biste vje\u017ebali bezbedno i efikasno, imajte na umu ove savete:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Po\u010dnite polako<\/strong> : Po\u010dnite s vje\u017ebom niskog intenziteta i postepeno pove\u0107avajte intenzitet kako postajete ja\u010di.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Slu\u0161ajte tijelo<\/strong> : prestanite ako osoba izra\u017eava bol iznad normalnog bola u mi\u0161i\u0107ima. Probijanje jakih bolova mo\u017ee u\u010diniti vi\u0161e \u0161tete nego koristi. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ostanite dosljedni<\/strong> : Redovna vje\u017eba je klju\u010dna.
