Stoga je obrazovanje jedan od osnovnih ciljeva dru\u0161tva kako bi ono moglo rasti. To zna\u010di da se kompanije trude da se profesionalno pripremaju i stalno razvijaju ve\u0161tine svojih zaposlenih, u skladu sa njihovom radnom pozicijom i fokusom kompanije. Sticanje novih vje\u0161tina od strane zaposlenih je tako\u0111er usko povezano s tim koje metode obuke su primjerene za kori\u0161tenje. Od najnovijih metoda obuke zaposlenih odabrali smo sljede\u0107e:<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<ul><li>Edukacija na terenu (Outdoor Training) \u2013 metoda koja se koristi u edukaciji menad\u017eera, ali i u team buildingu.<\/li><li>Coaching \u2013 to je dugoro\u010dno usmjeravanje zaposlenika kori\u0161tenjem savjeta i podsjetnika, koji se ne smiju pretvoriti u naredbe.<\/li><li>Mentorstvo (Mentoring) \u2013 verzija coachinga u kojoj inicijativu i odgovornost preuzima obrazovan zaposlenik koji bira svog mentora i koji ga vodi u karijeri.<\/li><li>Dijagnosti\u010dko-trening program (Centar za ocenjivanje) \u2013 savremena metoda koja se koristi za obuku zaposlenih i menad\u017eera. Izvo\u0111enjem razli\u010ditih zadataka i rje\u0161avanjem problemskih zadataka detaljno se analizira li\u010dnost u\u010desnika. Detaljnu analizu li\u010dnosti provode psiholozi, menad\u017eeri i drugi stru\u010dnjaci.<\/li><li>Edukacija u ekstremnim situacijama (Outward Bound) &#8211; u ovoj metodi u\u010desnici su izlo\u017eeni neobi\u010dnim i neo\u010dekivanim situacijama, savladavaju\u0107i sebe. Ovo je, na primjer, bund\u017ei jumping, ili slanje menad\u017eera na safari gdje moraju uhvatiti hranu itd. Ljudi se vode ka nezavisnosti, timskom radu i razboritosti.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i razlog izgaranja zaposlenih je njihova stagnacija, kada im se ne dozvoljava da napreduju u okviru svoje pozicije. Stoga je veoma va\u017eno da se informi\u0161ete o obrazovanju u svom budu\u0107em poslu.
