Ova predrasuda je razumljiva jer automatski proizilazi iz \u010dinjenice da isto\u010dna Evropa i dalje zaostaje za zapadnom Evropom u op\u0161tem razvoju. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ovu predrasudu je mogu\u0107e sagledati i iz drugog ugla. Istorijski gledano, zanati i ru\u010dni rad imaju zna\u010dajnu tradiciju u srednjoj i isto\u010dnoj Evropi. Ovi radnici su zaista vje\u0161ti i imaju <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">spretnost u rukama<\/a> . Posebno u oblastima kao \u0161to su proizvodnja, proizvodnja, in\u017eenjering, gra\u0111evinarstvo, skladi\u0161ta&#8230; <\/p>\n\n<p>Druga \u010dinjenica je da su mnogi radnici koji putuju u zemlje poput Holandije ili Njema\u010dke voljni da &#8220;opuste&#8221; svoje zahtjeve i rade poslove koji ne odgovaraju njihovim kvalifikacijama. Postoji nekoliko uzroka. Prvo, mnogi ne vladaju dovoljno doma\u0107im jezikom. To ih sprje\u010dava da u potpunosti primjene svoje kvalifikacije. Drugo, ovi radnici su spremni prihvatiti niskokvalifikovane poslove sa ni\u017eom platom jer se nadaju da \u0107e kasnije u budu\u0107nosti dobiti bolji posao. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PREDRASUDA br. 2: Lo\u0161 nivo jezika <\/h2>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p> A \u0161ta je sa jezi\u010dkim barijerama, ho\u0107e li zaposleni razumjeti \u0161ta njegov posao podrazumijeva?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Komunikacija na radnom mjestu sa nadre\u0111enim je zaista va\u017ena, \u010dak je i unutar tima bolje kada se zaposleni razumiju i rade kao tim, \u0161to mo\u017ee donijeti bolje rezultate kompaniji.<\/p>\n\n<p>Podrazumeva se da ako osoba \u017eeli da putuje u inostranstvo radi posla, treba da bude u stanju da pregovara u uobi\u010dajenim situacijama. Toga su svjesni i ljudi iz srednje i isto\u010dne Evrope, \u010dija je jezi\u010dna pismenost svake godine na sve vi\u0161em nivou. Jednostavno su svjesni da sa barem jednim svjetskim jezikom imaju mnogo ve\u0107e \u0161anse da <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">se prijave u inostranstvu<\/a> , u ovom slu\u010daju u zapadnoj Evropi, koja je vrlo atraktivna radna destinacija. <\/p>\n\n<p>Na primjer, takvi radnici iz Rumunije. Oni su svjesni da sa rumunskim mogu komunicirati samo u Rumuniji, pa poznavanje svjetskog jezika automatski postaje stvar. Uop\u0161teno govore\u0107i, \u0161to je dr\u017eava centralnije u centralnoj i isto\u010dnoj Evropi, to je bolje znanje engleskog jezika. Engleski\/njema\u010dki jezik je ve\u0107 obavezan u osnovnim \u0161kolama i sve vi\u0161e se uvodi \u010dak iu vrti\u0107e. Prioritetno znanje i obavezna nastava ruskog jezika je iskustvo u postsovjetskim zemljama, odnosno nostalgija za starijim generacijama&#8230;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PREDRASUDA br. 3: Nedovoljna disciplina i druga\u010diji mentalitet <\/h2>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p> Da li su radnici iz ovih zemalja disciplinovani, ne\u0107e li biti problemati\u010dni?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Ova predrasuda je gotovo uvijek suprotna stvarnosti. Ako pogledamo ponovo iz istorije, ljudi iz postsovjetskih zemalja su izuzetno disciplinovani. To je rezultat biv\u0161eg strogog politi\u010dkog i dru\u0161tvenog re\u017eima, zasnovanog na ispunjavanju planova, standarda i ciljeva. Disciplina zaposlenih na radnom mestu bila je od najve\u0107e va\u017enosti.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tako\u0111e morate shvatiti da ve\u0107ina ljudi ne napu\u0161ta svoju porodicu hiljadama kilometara da bi izazvala probleme. Odlaze da bi dobili \u0161ansu za bolji \u017eivot i poslodavac je bio zadovoljan njima. \u017dele da naprave dobru evidenciju kako bi imali najve\u0107u mogu\u0107u sigurnost posla i tako bili prednost kompanije koja im je dala priliku za dobro pla\u0107en posao.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A sada neke \u010dinjenice o ljudima koje tra\u017eimo posao u zapadnoj Evropi<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. VISOKO SU MOTIVISANI <\/h3>\n\n<p>Iskreno govore\u0107i, u inostranstvu zara\u0111uju vi\u0161e nego kod ku\u0107e i tako izdr\u017eavaju svoju porodicu. Tako da im je jako stalo do svog posla, trude se da dobiju dobru ocjenu. Stoga su zaista motivirani da nastupe na najbolji mogu\u0107i na\u010din. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. RADE I KAD TO NE ODGOVARA DOMA\u0106INSTVU <\/h3>\n\n<p>Praznici, sezona praznika, prekovremeni rad. Da li ih lokalni zaposlenici odbijaju? Ljudi iz isto\u010dne i srednje Evrope \u0107e ih rado uzeti, imaju priliku da zarade vi\u0161e i tako pokriju nedostatak radne snage u kriti\u010dnim periodima.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. OBRAZOVANJE I STRU\u010cNOST <\/h3>\n\n<p>U dosada\u0161njem politi\u010dko-socijalnom re\u017eimu veliki akcenat je stavljen na oblast obrazovanja, a ta tradicija se nastavlja. Univerzitetski sistem u Centralnoj i Isto\u010dnoj Evropi je zna\u010dajan, pristupa\u010dan i specijalizovan za in\u017eenjerstvo i nauku. Na primjer, u Ukrajini, diploma iz ra\u010dunarstva zahtijeva \u010detiri godine obuke, \u0161to je vi\u0161e nego u drugim zemljama.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Oboga\u0107uju KOLEKTIV<\/h3>\n\n<p>Kada zaposleni po\u010dnu pri\u010dati o svojoj kulturi i tradiciji, to je po\u010detak novih odnosa. \u010cak i ako je poslodavac na po\u010detku zabrinut zbog razlika, ubrzo \u0107e otkriti da te razlike i ljudska radoznalost radije spajaju, oboga\u0107uju i ja\u010daju njegov tim. Razlike u kulturi nisu velike i generalno se mo\u017ee govoriti o kulturnoj sli\u010dnosti izme\u0111u Zapadne i Isto\u010dne Evrope.
