Me\u0111utim, visoka stopa nezaposlenosti op\u0107enito mo\u017ee imati negativan utjecaj na mobilnost radne snage, jer ljudi postaju zabrinutiji i nesigurniji oko pronalaska novog posla ili zadr\u017eavanja postoje\u0107eg posla. <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<p>Demografske prognoze pokazuju da bi od 2020. godine skoro 10 miliona radnika trebalo da napusti tr\u017ei\u0161te rada u narednoj deceniji. \u010cak i do 86% poslodavaca trenutno tvrdi da imaju problem sa popunjavanjem slobodnih radnih mjesta. Stopa zaposlenosti u velikoj mjeri zavisi od raspolo\u017eivosti radne snage, \u0161to omogu\u0107ava uspje\u0161no dugoro\u010dno zapo\u0161ljavanje na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada. Poslodavci stoga o\u010dekuju sve vi\u0161e od zaposlenih i vi\u0161e vole fleksibilnost i volju za u\u010denjem nego usku specijalizaciju. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kompanije se prilago\u0111avaju situaciji na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada<\/h2>\n\n<p>Nedostatak kvalifikovane radne snage po\u010dinje da predstavlja prijetnju daljem rastu poslovanja. Jedan od ciljeva Nacionalne strategije zapo\u0161ljavanja Slova\u010dke Republike (Evropa 2020) je da u narednoj godini najmanje 40% radno aktivnog stanovni\u0161tva starosti 30-34 godine treba da stekne visoko obrazovanje. U ovoj oblasti nove \u010dlanice EU zna\u010dajno zaostaju za starim \u010dlanicama. Deset zemalja je postiglo cilj, dok su samo Estonija, Litvanija i Kipar bile nove. U Slova\u010dkoj je 2010. godine 22,1% radne snage steklo visoko obrazovanje, 2016. godine 15,1%. Nepovoljna pojava sve ve\u0107eg broja visoko\u0161kolskih ustanova je i njihov kvalitet. Nastoji se pobolj\u0161ati u\u010de\u0161\u0107e manje zastupljenih grupa radnika na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>&#8220;Glavna konkurentska prednost Slova\u010dke na globalnom tr\u017ei\u0161tu je vrlo niska cijena rada u kombinaciji s visokom dostupno\u0161\u0107u visokokvalificiranih radnika. U susjednoj \u010ce\u0161koj ve\u0107 je po\u010dela digitalizacija industrije. U tom smjeru bit \u0107e va\u017eno podr\u017eati nauku i istra\u017eivanje u tehnologijama koje se brzo razvijaju kao \u0161to su umjetna inteligencija, super mo\u0107ni ra\u010dunari (HPC) ili, na primjer, blockchain (dinami\u010dka kodirana baza podataka). Me\u0111utim, mnoga istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da trenutno me\u0111u ljudima postoje dva glavna straha: strah od gubitka posla i strah da \u0107e nas umjetna inteligencija u potpunosti &#8220;preovladati&#8221;.
