Ho\u0107e li poslodavci imati koristi od Brexita? Koje \u0107e negativne i pozitivne strane donijeti izlazak Britanije iz Evropske unije? <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<p>Prema najnovijoj studiji, izlazak Velike Britanije iz Evropske unije (EU) bez dogovora, odnosno tvrdi Brexit, najja\u010de bi se odrazio na tr\u017ei\u0161te rada Malte, Irske, Belgije i Slova\u010dke. Ove zemlje imaju intenzivnu razmjenu dobara i usluga sa Britanijom. Velika Britanija uvozi oko 38% hrane, dok EU \u010dini veliki udio u uvozu hrane. Me\u0111utim, ova otvorenost \u0107e uskoro prestati.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Istupanje Britanije iz EU najvi\u0161e \u0107e uticati na poljoprivredu<\/h2>\n\n<p>Prema studiji belgijskog katoli\u010dkog univerziteta u Leuvenu, pokazalo se da bi eventualno istupanje Velike Britanije iz EU imalo fatalne posljedice po ekonomiju cijele Evrope. \u010cak 1,2 miliona ljudi koji trenutno tamo rade moglo bi ostati bez posla zbog Brexita. S obzirom na to da je evropsko tr\u017ei\u0161te tako sna\u017eno me\u0111usobno povezano, Brexit \u0107e uticati na sve nas. Te\u0161ki Brexit bi uticao na razli\u010dite industrije u pojedinim zemljama. Nakon \u0161to Britanija napusti EU, ovaj sporazum \u0107e prestati da va\u017ei. On \u0107e svojim odlaskom pokrenuti lanac koji \u0107e se vjerovatno povu\u0107i nekoliko godina i postepeno nas sve doticati. Paradoks je da \u0107e Brexit uticati na tr\u017ei\u0161te rada i na same Britance. Prema belgijskoj studiji, vi\u0161e od pola miliona njih moglo bi ostati bez posla. Naravno, to \u0107e imati zna\u010dajan uticaj i na druge evropske zemlje. Otprilike 291.000 Nijemaca, 141.000 Francuza, 139.000 Italijana i 122.000 Poljaka moglo bi ostati bez posla. Naravno, izlazak Britanije iz EU \u0107e donijeti nekoliko problema. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vi\u0161e od 1,2 miliona ljudi \u0107e ostati bez posla<\/h2>\n\n<p>Mnogi analiti\u010dari predvi\u0111aju da \u0107e nezaposlenost u Britaniji, koja se trenutno kre\u0107e oko 5%, najni\u017ei nivo u skoro 10 godina, porasti nakon izlaska iz EU. Ekonomsko usporavanje negativno \u0107e uticati i na plate. Britanski Nacionalni institut za ekonomska i socijalna istra\u017eivanja predvi\u0111a da \u0107e realne plate biti izme\u0111u 2,2% i 7% ni\u017ee nakon izlaska iz EU do 2030. nego da Britanija ostane u bloku. Njema\u010dka je htjela rije\u0161iti kvote i pitanje migracijske krize kroz akcioni plan izme\u0111u EU i Turske. To bi zna\u010dilo dobrovoljno prihvatanje migranata iz Turske. Problem je postao i pitanje izlaska Britanije iz EU, jer prema statistikama, Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo godi\u0161nje primi vi\u0161e migranata nego bilo koja druga zemlja \u010dlanica EU (uklju\u010duju\u0107i Njema\u010dku). I prije zvani\u010dnog raspisivanja referenduma, strane banke s filijalama u Londonu po\u010dele su da obra\u010dunavaju svoj transfer u drugu evropsku prijestolnicu.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>&#8220;Strani radnici su sada va\u017ean dio britanske ekonomije, tr\u017ei\u0161te rada je gladno novih regruta. Osim katastrofalne recesije, ne\u0107e biti velikog interesa da se stvaraju problemi postoje\u0107im zaposlenima, bez obzira na scenarij.&#8221; <\/p><p>&#8211; analiti\u010dar Instituta za ekonomske i dru\u0161tvene analize<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>U slu\u010daju te\u0161kog Brexita, Velika Britanija bi izgubila vi\u0161e od 1,2 miliona zaposlenih iz cijele Evropske unije, koje trenutno zapo\u0161ljava. Ovaj potez bio bi veliki \u0161ok za britansku ekonomiju, \u0161to bi moglo imati fatalne posljedice. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Britanija kao &#8220;tre\u0107a zemlja&#8221;<\/h2>\n\n<p>Britanija sada mo\u017ee u budu\u0107nosti raditi kao &#8220;tre\u0107a zemlja&#8221; prema pravilima WTO (Svjetske trgovinske organizacije). To zna\u010di da bi pravila migracijske politike sama odre\u0111ivala. U ovom slu\u010daju \u0107e vjerovatno uvesti neki bodovni sistem kakav ima Australija, a zaposleni iz inostranstva \u0107e se zapo\u0161ljavati prioritetno prema sposobnostima. Najverovatnija alternativa je da \u0107e u Britaniji ljudi iz Unije mo\u0107i da nastave da rade bez ve\u0107ih problema, ali ne\u0107e mo\u0107i da primaju, na primer, socijalna davanja. Vjeruje se da je otpor migrantima u ovoj zemlji bio vi\u0161e zbog nespremnosti da se te naknade ispla\u0107uju. Uticaj Brexita je o\u010dito negativan za Evropu i njen ekonomski rast&#8221;, <\/p><p>&#8211; \u010dlan upravnog odbora i \u0161ef sektora za upravljanje investicijama DSS Po\u0161tov\u00e1 banke<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Izlazak Velike Britanije iz Evropske unije izgleda kao neizbje\u017ena \u010dinjenica, stoga \u0107e na\u0161 zadatak biti da ovu \u0161ansu iskoristimo u najve\u0107oj mjeri i poku\u0161amo maksimizirati pozitivne efekte na ekonomiju. Istovremeno \u0107e biti neophodno minimizirati negativne efekte izlaska Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva iz Evropske zajednice. Britanske kompanije \u0107e tako biti prisiljene da preraspodijele svoju proizvodnju i poslovanje kako bi zadr\u017eale svoju konkurentnost. Na ovaj na\u010din, eminentni interes britanskih kompanija bi\u0107e otvaranje filijala u Evropi.
