Oni tako\u0111er mogu utjecati na njegov radni u\u010dinak i ukupni kvalitet \u017eivota. Mobing na radnom mjestu je stoga vrlo ozbiljan problem koji mo\u017ee duboko utjecati na ljudsko dostojanstvo.<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta je mobing?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Rije\u010d je o obliku diskriminacije, koji predstavlja takvo pona\u0161anje, uslijed kojeg dolazi do stvaranja zastra\u0161uju\u0107eg, neprijateljskog, sramnog, poni\u017eavaju\u0107eg i poni\u017eavaju\u0107eg ili uvredljivog okru\u017eenja, a \u010dija namjera mo\u017ee biti ometanje slobode osobe.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u010cesto je to negativno i neeti\u010dno komunikacijsko pona\u0161anje usmjereno protiv pojedinca od strane jedne ili vi\u0161e osoba. Cilj je poniziti ili izbaciti doti\u010dnu osobu iz radnog okru\u017eenja. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i primjeri uklju\u010duju npr. ukazivanje na gre\u0161ke, zastra\u0161ivanje, neadekvatna podjela poslova me\u0111u kolegama, neodobravanje praznika, prisilni prekovremeni rad, pretjerana kontrola, prisvajanje ideja podre\u0111enog, spre\u010davanje napredovanja u karijeri ili prijetnja raskidom radnog odnosa.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gdje je \u017ertva, tu je i po\u010dinilac<\/h2>\n\n<p>Kako je mogu\u0107e da mobing uglavnom do\u017eivljavaju samo neki ljudi, a drugi ga uop\u0107e ne do\u017eivljavaju? Mnogo puta je to u li\u010dnom stavu svakog od nas. Ukratko, ne mo\u017eete nekoga maltretirati. Stoga je izuzetno va\u017eno da se prije svega oslobodimo uloge \u017ertve. Jer ima slu\u010dajeva da osoba promijeni posao zbog maltretiranja i na novom poslu neko vrijeme dobro ide. Me\u0111utim, nakon odre\u0111enog vremena mnogi se na\u0111u u potpuno istoj situaciji kakvu su do\u017eivjeli na svom starom radnom mjestu.<\/p>\n\n<p>Zajedni\u010dka karakteristika je razlika u odnosu na ostale \u010dlanove kolektiva. Ljudi koji:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>imaju tendenciju da budu sami (\u017eena u mu\u0161kom timu ili obrnuto),<\/li><li>upadljive osobe (npr. govorna mana), <\/li><li>uspje\u0161no (npr. promocija),<\/li><li>novo na radnom mjestu (korist od promjene i naru\u0161avanja uobi\u010dajenog).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>\u010cak ni u slu\u010daju osoba koje vr\u0161e mobing (tzv. moberi), ne mo\u017eemo precizno odrediti tipi\u010dnog po\u010dinioca. Me\u0111utim, kod njih nalazimo odre\u0111ene sli\u010dne karakteristike, kao npr. sklonost agresivnom pona\u0161anju. Lako mogu biti karijeristi koji \u017eele posti\u0107i svoj uspjeh na ra\u010dun drugih. Ili su zavidni, ili oni koji \u017eele mo\u0107 i ostvaruju prednost nad drugim kolegama. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako postoji vatra, vatra ne\u0107e nestati samo zato \u0161to zatvorite o\u010di<\/h2>\n\n<p>Prema anketama, oko 17% radnika do\u017eivjelo je maltretiranje na radnom mjestu. Mobing se \u010desto pre\u0107utkuje i skriva, \u0161to njegov uticaj na \u017ertvu \u010dini jo\u0161 ozbiljnijim. Predstavlja veliki psiholo\u0161ki napad, kada pojedinac postaje nestabilniji, osjetljiviji, pa \u010dak i pretjerano upla\u0161en. Mo\u017ee se manifestirati i u obliku fizi\u010dkih pote\u0161ko\u0107a kao \u0161to su nesanica, gubitak apetita, migrene, vrtoglavica ili lupanje srca.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u0160to je kompanija ve\u0107a, vi\u0161e razli\u010ditih li\u010dnosti. Ovo predstavlja izazovan proces odr\u017eavanja zdrave kompanijske kulture koja podsti\u010de otvorenu komunikaciju i prijateljske odnose. On podr\u017eava moralne vrijednosti i navodi svoje zaposlenike da po\u0161tuju i tretiraju druge.
