I zato nije va\u017eno kako \u017eivimo ovo vrijeme, kakva osje\u0107anja do\u017eivljavamo ili sa kakvim se odnosima svakodnevno susre\u0107emo. Jer svi \u017eele da rade svoj posao u prijateljskoj atmosferi.<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<p>Negativnost, stres, lo\u0161i odnosi, nekontrolisane emocije i frustracija zaposlenih negativno uti\u010du ne samo na u\u010dinak zaposlenih, ve\u0107 i na njihovo zdravlje, zadovoljstvo, lojalnost i ukupnu uklju\u010denost u kompaniju. Negativni zaposleni uti\u010du na cijeli tim, a time i na cjelokupnu klimu na radnom mjestu. Me\u0111utim, reputacija i imid\u017e kompanije zavise i od toga \u0161ta zaposleni ka\u017eu o kompaniji u svom okru\u017eenju. To je za\u010darani krug.<strong> <\/strong>Ako zaposleni \u0161ire negativne informacije, kompaniji nedostaju pozitivni ljudi puni entuzijazma, sposobni da motivi\u0161u i pokre\u0107u tim naprijed. Nikakvo ogla\u0161avanje ne\u0107e pomo\u0107i kompaniji ako njeni zaposleni ne dijele njene vrijednosti sa rado\u0161\u0107u.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Profil \u0161efa modela<\/h2>\n\n<p>Li\u010dnost vo\u0111e se ogleda u nivou odnosa me\u0111u kolegama. \u0160ef bi stoga trebao biti uzor. Ako je dobro obu\u010den, mo\u017ee stvoriti ogromno bogatstvo. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako se postaviti tako da se osje\u0107ate dobro na poslu? <\/h2>\n\n<p>Prevencija je najbolja. Potrebne su nam 3 stvari za stabilnost u \u017eivotu. Pristojan rad, u kojem u idealnom slu\u010daju u\u017eivamo, u najgorem slu\u010daju nam uop\u0161te ne smeta. Dalje, tu su dobri odnosi sa na\u0161im najbli\u017eima, ali i interesi. Ako se osje\u0107amo dobro u sve tri oblasti, osje\u0107amo se stabilno.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pozitivni ljudi imaju tendenciju da motivi\u0161u kolege, ohrabre ih na uspjeh, poma\u017eu im da prebrode probleme i postignu zajedni\u010dke ciljeve.
