Znate li na \u0161ta imate pravo ako imate ugovor sa njema\u010dkim poslodavcem?   <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prekovremeno<\/h2>\n\n<p>Prosje\u010dno radno vrijeme je 8 sati dnevno. Prema zakonu, radnim danom smatraju se svi dani od ponedjeljka do subote, dok se radnim danom smatra i subota. Ovo radno vrijeme se izuzetno mo\u017ee produ\u017eiti na maksimalno 10 sati dnevno. Ovo ograni\u010denje je fiksno i ne mo\u017ee se prekora\u010diti ni pod kojim okolnostima tokom normalnog radnog vremena (6 radnih dana = maksimalno 60 sati).    Za prekovremeni rad dobijate doplatu u iznosu od 15-40% od redovne zarade, u zavisnosti od toga \u0161ta je navedeno u radnom ili kolektivnom ugovoru. Po zakonu, pravo na platu za prekovremeni rad ne nastaje. Prekovremeni sati se po pravilu mogu zbrajati i nadokna\u0111ivati u vidu nadoknade slobodnog vremena. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rad tokom vikenda<\/h2>\n\n<p>Ne postoji pravo na dodatnu platu za <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/\">rad<\/a><\/strong> nedjeljom, samo pravo na slobodno vrijeme. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Radite no\u0107u<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pravo na dodatak za <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/praca?page=1&amp;limit=20\">rad<\/a><\/strong> no\u0107u iznosi do 25% sada\u0161nje minimalne zarade. Zavisi od ugovora sa poslodavcem, jer po zakonu imate pravo na odmor, a ne na naknadu za rad u no\u0107nim satima. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Odmor<\/h2>\n\n<p>Zaposleni ima puno pravo na <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/benefit\">godi\u0161nji odmor<\/a><\/strong> nakon \u0161est mjeseci rada. U slu\u010daju 6-dnevne radne sedmice ima pravo na najmanje 24 dana godi\u0161njeg odmora, a u slu\u010daju 5-dnevne sedmice na najmanje 20 dana godi\u0161njeg odmora. Tokom probnog rada, zaposleni ima pravo na 2 dana godi\u0161njeg odmora za svaki odra\u0111eni mjesec ili bez odmora, u zavisnosti od konkretnog poslodavca. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. i 14. plata<\/h2>\n\n<p>Zavisi od konkretnog poslodavca, da li 13.\na 14. plat vypl\u00e1ca.  Me\u0111utim, generalno, zaposleni sa punim radnim vremenom imaju pravo na 13. plata nakon \u0161est mjeseci rada. Radi se na pola radnog vremena 13. plata jednaka proporcionalnom dijelu odra\u0111enih sati. Isplata  14. plata nije fiksna. Odre\u0111uje se za period godi\u0161njeg odmora, a iznos varira.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PN (invaliditet)<\/h2>\n\n<p>U slu\u010daju bolesti, zaposleni mora \u0161to prije obavijestiti poslodavca o svojoj nesposobnosti za rad i njenom o\u010dekivanom trajanju. U slu\u010daju da bolovanje traje du\u017ee od 3 dana, zaposleni mora dostaviti ljekarsko uvjerenje najkasnije narednog radnog dana. Poslodavac ispla\u0107uje 100% redovne plate prvih 6 sedmica, zatim dru\u0161tvo socijalnog osiguranja ispla\u0107uje 70% plate. Za vrijeme trajanja nesposobnosti za rad ne mo\u017eete napustiti Njema\u010dku bez saglasnosti zdravstvenog osiguranja kako biste izbjegli finansijski gubitak. U suprotnom mo\u017eete izgubiti pravo na beneficije.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Porodi\u010dni dodaci<\/h2>\n\n<p>Od 1. januara 2018. mogu\u0107e je podnijeti zahtjev za dje\u010diji dodatak 6 mjeseci unazad od mjeseca u kojem su njema\u010dke vlasti prihvatile zahtjev. Za njema\u010dke porodi\u010dne dodatke mo\u017eete podnijeti zahtjev do 18.   godine starosti djeteta, ili do svoje 25  godine, ako je redovni student na fakultetu.<br\/>Visina porodi\u010dnog dodatka varira u zavisnosti od uzrasta deteta: <\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>na 1.\na 2. die\u0165a &#8211; 219\u20ac <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>za 3. dijete &#8211; 225 \u20ac <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>za 4. i svako drugo dijete &#8211; 250 \u20ac <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Doplate za odmor<\/h2>\n\n<p>U Njema\u010dkoj nema zakonske naknade za godi\u0161nji odmor, jer u principu postoji zabrana rada na praznike. S izuzetkom nekih profesija, koje uklju\u010duju, na primjer, dadilje.  Me\u0111utim, ako je to zapisano u radnom ili kolektivnom ugovoru, zaposleni imaju pravo na bonus od 25% od plate. Dr\u017eavni praznici u Njema\u010dkoj su: <\/p>\n\n<p>Nova godina &#8211; 1. Januar<\/p>\n\n<p>Tri kralja &#8211; 6. januar (samo u Baden-W\u00fcrttembergu, Bavarskoj i Saskoj-Anhaltu)<\/p>\n\n<p>Me\u0111unarodni dan \u017eena &#8211; 8 mart (samo u Berlinu)<\/p>\n\n<p>Veliki petak (pokretni praznik) <\/p>\n\n<p>Uskrs (pokretni praznik i samo u Brandenburgu)<\/p>\n\n<p>Uskr\u0161nji ponedjeljak (pokretni praznik)<\/p>\n\n<p>Praznik rada &#8211; 1. maja<\/p>\n\n<p>Vaznesenje Gospodnje (pokretni praznik) <\/p>\n\n<p>Bijela nedjelja (pokretni praznik i samo u Brandenburgu)<\/p>\n\n<p>Do ponedjeljka (pokretni praznik)<\/p>\n\n<p>Corpus Christi (pokretni odmor i samo u Baden-W\u00fcrttembergu, Bavarskoj, Hessenu, Sjevernoj Rajni-Vestfaliji, Rajni-Fala\u010dku, Saarlandu i dijelovima Saksonije i Tiringije)<\/p>\n\n<p>Augsbur\u0161ki festival mira &#8211; 8. avgust (samo u Augsburgu, Bavarska)<\/p>\n\n<p>Uznesenje Djevice Marije &#8211; 15 kolovoza (samo u Saarlandu i nekim dijelovima Bavarske)<\/p>\n\n<p>Svjetski dan djeteta &#8211; 20 septembar (samo u regiji Tiringija)<\/p>\n\n<p>Dan ujedinjenja Njema\u010dke &#8211; 3. oktobar<\/p>\n\n<p>Dan reformacije &#8211; 31 oktobar (samo u Brandenburgu, Meklenburg-Zapadno Pomeranije, Saksoniji, Saksoniji-Anhaltu, Tiringiji, Bremenu, Donjoj Saksoniji, Hamburgu i \u0160lezvig-Hol\u0161tajnu)<\/p>\n\n<p>Svi sveti &#8211; 1. novembar<\/p>\n\n<p>Dan pokajanja i namaza &#8211; 21. novembar (samo u Saaru)<\/p>\n\n<p>1. Bo\u017ei\u0107ni praznik &#8211; 25 decembar<\/p>\n\n<p>2. Bo\u017ei\u0107ni praznik &#8211; 26 decembar<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Porodiljski\/roditeljski dodatak<\/h2>\n\n<p>Roditeljsko odsustvo daje i zaposlenima i mu\u0161kim radnicima ne samo mogu\u0107nost da se brinu o djetetu, ve\u0107 i mogu\u0107nost da rade skra\u0107eno radno vrijeme. Tako se mogu posvetiti svom djetetu, a istovremeno i\u0107i u korak sa svojim radnim vijekom. Svaki roditelj ima pravo na roditeljsko odsustvo do navr\u0161ene 3 godine \u017eivota djeteta. Zakon o za\u0161titi majke i djeteta \u0161titi trudnicu i majku od otkaza, a u mnogim slu\u010dajevima i od mogu\u0107eg smanjenja primanja. Porodiljsko odsustvo obi\u010dno po\u010dinje 6 sedmica prije o\u010dekivanog datuma poroda i zavr\u0161ava se 8 sedmica nakon poro\u0111aja. Majci se stoga ispla\u0107uje plata u iznosu od 100% njene redovne plate za period od 14 sedmica. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pension<\/h2>\n\n<p>Gra\u0111ani \u010dije osiguranje traje 45 godina mogu oti\u0107i u penziju sa 65 godina \u017eivota. Starosna granica za odlazak u penziju od 67 godina va\u017ei za one \u010dije osiguranje traje najmanje 35 godina.
