Biti lojalan vladi kada ona to zaslu\u017euje<\/strong>.&#8221; Kada je u pitanju zapo\u0161ljavanje, ponekad je i poslodavcima i zaposlenima te\u0161ko da shvate da li treba da tretiraju drugu stranu kao dr\u017eavu ili vladu. Ne postoji pravi odgovor. To ne zna\u010di da ne treba da razumemo zna\u010denje lojalnosti i njene koristi. <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ta je lojalnost?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Kada pomislimo na rije\u010d lojalnost, \u010desto pomislimo na vojnika koji ide na misiju iz koje se vjerovatno ne\u0107e vratiti jer je lojalan svojoj zemlji. Ili pas &#8211; prati svog vlasnika i ostaje uz njega \u0161ta god da se dogodi. To je slijepa lojalnost, ne\u0107emo o tome. Kada je u pitanju zapo\u0161ljavanje, me\u0111usobna lojalnost je ono \u0161to pretvara kamenje u dijamante.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u010cesto ka\u017eemo da lojalnost treba zaslu\u017eiti, a ne dati. Ali ako obe strane \u017eele da druga to zaslu\u017ei, ko \u0107e povu\u0107i prvi korak? Ili koliko \u0107e vremena trebati da obje strane budu lojalne jedna drugoj?<\/p>\n\n<p>Lojalnost izme\u0111u poslodavca i zaposlenika je proporcionalna rastu poslodavca i zadovoljstvu zaposlenih. A kada razmislimo o tome, postoji li zaista ne\u0161to va\u017enije za obje strane?<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako poslodavci mogu promovirati lojalnost?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Svaki poslodavac u 21 veka treba da poznaje indikatore kao \u0161to su fluktuacija, produktivnost i zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. I vjerovatno najbolji na\u010din da se smanji fluktuacija zaposlenih i pove\u0107a njihova produktivnost i zadovoljstvo je da im budete lojalni. <\/p>\n\n<p>Recimo da vam treba jo\u0161 jedna osoba za rukovode\u0107u poziciju. Kona\u010dno mo\u017eete priu\u0161titi tu ku\u0107u na pla\u017ei na Majorci, novi auto ili ne\u0161to drugo \u0161to vam donosi radost. Me\u0111utim, ovo mo\u017eda nije ispravna odluka. Mislite li da su ljudi s kojima radite klijenti kompanije, a ne va\u0161i? Kada napravite malu gre\u0161ku, ka\u017eete li sebi da ste samo \u010dovjek i da je to normalno umjesto da poku\u0161avate da je ispravite? Ako je va\u0161 odgovor na bilo koje od ovih pitanja potvrdan, onda nemate nikoga da krivite osim sebe \u0161to niste vi\u0161e pla\u0107eni ili nesre\u0107ni na poslu. <\/p>\n\n<p>Prvo, morate shvatiti da su najve\u0107a vrijednost kompanije njeni zaposleni. Kao zaposleni, vi zapravo ne radite za kompaniju &#8211; zaposleni su kompanija! Kada su kupci kompanije zadovoljni, oni donose vi\u0161e kupaca.
