Tak jednodu\u0161e funguje podnik\u00e1n\u00ed. Kompetentn\u00ed pracovn\u00edci jsou z\u00e1rukou \u00fasp\u011bchu organizace. Vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 pozitivn\u00ed vliv na postaven\u00ed pracovn\u00edk\u016f a <strong>motivuje <\/strong>je. Mo\u017en\u00e1 by se r\u00e1di zdokonalili v ciz\u00edm jazyce. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je t\u0159eba zajistit <strong>jazykov\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>. Pak se zamyslete nad t\u00edm, co va\u0161e spole\u010dnost pot\u0159ebuje. V jak\u00e9 oblasti je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed nov\u00fd v\u00edtr? Modern\u00edm zp\u016fsobem se stal <strong>e-learning,<\/strong> a to i d\u00edky pandemii kovidu, kdy \u010dlov\u011bk pomoc\u00ed internetu sleduje kr\u00e1tk\u00e1 videa. V sou\u010dasnosti jich existuje u\u017e dostatek. Skv\u011blou metodou je <strong>rotace pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst, kdy<\/strong> si zam\u011bstnanec b\u011bhem ur\u010dit\u00e9 doby vyzkou\u0161\u00ed n\u011bkolik pozic za sebou. Z\u00edskaj\u00ed tak zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed kompetenc\u00ed a sezn\u00e1m\u00ed se s mnoha \u00fakoly. V r\u016fzn\u00fdch odd\u011blen\u00edch, ve kter\u00fdch se pohybuje, z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 znalosti a <strong>ucelen\u00fd p\u0159ehled o \u010dinnosti spole\u010dnosti. <\/strong>To zefektiv\u0148uje jeho pr\u00e1ci.  <\/p>\n\n<p>P\u0159i <strong>kou\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> se zam\u011bstnanci v\u011bnuje kolega, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 na starosti jeho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, a seznamuje ho s jednotliv\u00fdmi postupy. <strong>Mentoring <\/strong>je n\u011bco podobn\u00e9ho, ale v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b na \u0161kolen\u00ed dohl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed osoba zven\u010d\u00ed, nikoli z firmy. Mezi <strong>vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> zam\u011bstnanc\u016f pat\u0159\u00ed i pravideln\u00e9 porady, na kter\u00fdch se kolegov\u00e9 seznamuj\u00ed s novinkami a inovacemi, kter\u00e9 firma zav\u00e1d\u00ed. V\u0161echny tyto metody pat\u0159\u00ed k <strong>intern\u00edm form\u00e1m<\/strong> vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Zn\u00e1me ale i <strong>extern\u00ed formy,<\/strong> kdy zam\u011bstnanci chod\u00ed na \u0161kolen\u00ed mimo firmu. To zahrnuje r\u016fzn\u00e9 <strong>odborn\u00e9 semin\u00e1\u0159e a p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ky, brainstorming a samostudium<\/strong>. Tyto semin\u00e1\u0159e vedou odborn\u00edci z oboru s bohat\u00fdmi praktick\u00fdmi zku\u0161enostmi.
