V\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s pro n\u011bj d\u011bl\u00e1 n\u011bco prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9ho <strong>n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t denn\u011b<\/strong>. M\u00e1te chu\u0165 na hamburger k ob\u011bdu, ale odol\u00e1te a rad\u011bji si d\u00e1te sal\u00e1t, abyste sn\u00ed\u017eili hladinu cholesterolu. Chcete vid\u011bt film. A proto\u017ee se jeho v\u00fdkonnost \u010dasem pomalu zhor\u0161uje, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 z\u00edskat n\u00e1skok. Krom\u011b toho m\u016f\u017eete zlep\u0161it svou emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hu.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pot\u0159ebujete procvi\u010dovat mozek, i kdy\u017e pracujete?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pokud si mysl\u00edte, \u017ee pr\u00e1ce na pln\u00fd \u00favazek v\u00e1m k procvi\u010den\u00ed mozku sta\u010d\u00ed, mo\u017en\u00e1 budete zklam\u00e1ni a p\u0159ekvapeni. Prvn\u00edch n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f bude v\u00e1\u0161 mozek pln\u011b zam\u011bstn\u00e1n. A mo\u017en\u00e1 bude takhle tvrd\u011b pracovat je\u0161t\u011b rok nebo dva. Pak se ale va\u0161e pr\u00e1ce stane<strong> rutinou<\/strong>. I kdy\u017e je to n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 a vy\u017eaduje to hodn\u011b rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed, netr\u00e9nujete sv\u016fj mozek, proto\u017ee je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nemo\u017en\u00e9 narazit na \u00fakol, se kter\u00fdm jste se je\u0161t\u011b nesetkali. To, \u017ee p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edte, neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee procvi\u010dujete mozek.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak m\u016f\u017eeme tr\u00e9novat sv\u016fj mozek?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Mozek pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me neust\u00e1le. Dokonce i kdy\u017e h\u00fdbeme rukama, chod\u00edme nebo pijeme sklenici vody. To v\u0161ak <strong>nen\u00ed<\/strong> \u0161kolen\u00ed a nesta\u010d\u00ed to. Kl\u00ed\u010dem k \u00fasp\u011bchu je vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed nov\u00fdch <strong>synaptick\u00fdch spojen\u00ed<\/strong>. Toho m\u016f\u017eeme dos\u00e1hnout t\u00edm, \u017ee se nau\u010d\u00edme novou \u010dinnost. Nemus\u00ed to b\u00fdt v\u016fbec slo\u017eit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p>Mezi nejlep\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edklady pat\u0159\u00ed u\u010den\u00ed se tance, hran\u00ed na hudebn\u00ed n\u00e1stroj nebo snaha nau\u010dit se nov\u00fd ciz\u00ed jazyk. Pokud si mysl\u00edte, \u017ee jin\u00fd jazyk nezvl\u00e1dnete, m\u016f\u017eete pracovat na zlep\u0161en\u00ed slovn\u00ed z\u00e1soby toho, kter\u00fd ji\u017e ovl\u00e1d\u00e1te. Za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem byste m\u011bli db\u00e1t na dostatek sp\u00e1nku a omezit kofein. Je t\u0159eba se vyvarovat i nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho pit\u00ed alkoholu. Sladk\u00e9 n\u00e1poje a sma\u017een\u00e1 j\u00eddla pat\u0159\u00ed k nejnevhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm potravin\u00e1m, pokud chcete, aby v\u00e1\u0161 mozek z\u016fstal zdrav\u00fd a fungoval co nejd\u00e9le. Kdy\u017e se nad t\u00edm zamysl\u00edte, v\u0161echny tyto v\u011bci jsou ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed i pro va\u0161e t\u011blo. Ale i kdy\u017e nic nezdokonal\u00edme, pouh\u00fdch 30 a\u017e 60 minut produktivn\u00ed mozkov\u00e9 \u010dinnosti denn\u011b m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt na lidi s demenc\u00ed nebo Alzheimerovou chorobou <strong>obrovsk\u00fd vliv<\/strong>. Tr\u00e9nink mozku je nevyl\u00e9\u010d\u00ed, ale m\u016f\u017ee v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161it kognitivn\u00ed schopnosti a udr\u017eet je v mnohem lep\u0161\u00ed kondici po mnoho let. Zejm\u00e9na zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, kter\u00fd se dodr\u017euje po cel\u00fd \u017eivot, je prevenc\u00ed demence.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ve spole\u010dnosti <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.org\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#1608ae\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Atena<\/mark> <\/a>neuspokoj\u00edme se, dokud nebudeme nejlep\u0161\u00ed v tom, co d\u011bl\u00e1me. T\u00edm, \u017ee str\u00e1v\u00ed 15 minut denn\u011b n\u011b\u010d\u00edm mimo sv\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u010dinnosti, si nejen odpo\u010dinou od pr\u00e1ce, ale tak\u00e9 si procvi\u010d\u00ed mozek.
