Na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b m\u016f\u017ee pr\u00e1ce mlad\u00fdm lidem p\u0159in\u00e9st cenn\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti, pomoci jim osvojit si nov\u00e9 dovednosti a vyd\u011blat si n\u011bjak\u00e9 pen\u00edze. Na druhou stranu existuje potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed riziko pro jejich zdrav\u00ed, bezpe\u010dnost a vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed. D\u011bti jsou na\u0161e budoucnost a v tomto obdob\u00ed jejich \u017eivota nen\u00ed nic d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edho ne\u017e jejich ochrana a rozvoj. Proto Evropsk\u00e1 unie vynakl\u00e1d\u00e1 obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed \u010dasu a \u00fasil\u00ed na tvorbu pravidel a p\u0159edpis\u016f.  <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mohou b\u00fdt v zem\u00edch EU zam\u011bstn\u00e1ni nezletil\u00ed?<\/h2>\n\n<p>V Evropsk\u00e9 unii podl\u00e9h\u00e1 zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nezletil\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdm pravidl\u016fm a p\u0159edpis\u016fm. Obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee osoby mlad\u0161\u00ed <strong>15<\/strong> let nemohou b\u00fdt zam\u011bstn\u00e1ny, s v\u00fdjimkou kulturn\u00edch, um\u011bleck\u00fdch, sportovn\u00edch nebo reklamn\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed, a to ani po p\u0159edchoz\u00edm souhlasu p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho org\u00e1nu. D\u011bti ve v\u011bku <strong>14 a\u017e 15<\/strong> let mohou vykon\u00e1vat lehkou pr\u00e1ci nebo se \u00fa\u010dastnit pracovn\u00edho\/\u0161kol\u00edc\u00edho programu \u010di programu pracovn\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho jsou v\u0161ichni zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 v EU povinni chr\u00e1nit zdrav\u00ed a bezpe\u010dnost mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed a informovat je o rizic\u00edch spojen\u00fdch s jejich prac\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce nesm\u011bj\u00ed v EU vykon\u00e1vat nezletil\u00ed?  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Aby bylo zaji\u0161t\u011bno zdrav\u00ed a bezpe\u010dnost mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed, <strong>nesm\u00ed <\/strong>vykon\u00e1vat ur\u010dit\u00e9 druhy pr\u00e1ce. Pat\u0159\u00ed sem:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e1 p\u0159esahuje jejich fyzick\u00e9 nebo du\u0161evn\u00ed schopnosti,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pr\u00e1ce, p\u0159i n\u00ed\u017e by byli vystaveni \u0161kodliv\u00fdm l\u00e1tk\u00e1m, jako jsou chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky nebo z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pr\u00e1ce s vysok\u00fdm rizikem \u00faraz\u016f nebo ohro\u017een\u00ed zdrav\u00ed v d\u016fsledku extr\u00e9mn\u00edch podm\u00ednek, jako je chlad, teplo, hluk nebo vibrace,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pr\u00e1ce s rizikov\u00fdmi faktory, jako jsou v\u00fdbu\u0161niny nebo nebezpe\u010d\u00ed vysok\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed v elektrick\u00e9 s\u00edti.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 zem\u011b EU umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatel\u016fm zam\u011bstn\u00e1vat mlad\u00e9 pracovn\u00edky, pokud je to sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jejich pr\u00e1ce. <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/blog\/cs\/svycarsky-vzdelavaci-system-jake-jsou-jeho-vyhody\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#130550\" class=\"has-inline-color\">odborn\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/mark><\/a> Mus\u00ed v\u0161ak zajistit, aby na pr\u00e1ci dohl\u00ed\u017eela kompetentn\u00ed osoba. Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 mus\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e informovat nezletil\u00e9 osoby o mo\u017en\u00fdch rizic\u00edch pr\u00e1ce a p\u0159ijmout ve\u0161ker\u00e1 nezbytn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed. Pokud jsou pracovn\u00edci mlad\u0161\u00ed <strong>15 <\/strong>let, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt informov\u00e1n tak\u00e9 jejich z\u00e1konn\u00fd z\u00e1stupce.<\/p>\n\n<p>Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 jsou rovn\u011b\u017e povinni zajistit mladistv\u00fdm p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 p\u0159est\u00e1vky a doby <strong>odpo\u010dinku<\/strong>. Nap\u0159\u00edklad teenage\u0159i, kte\u0159\u00ed pracuj\u00ed d\u00e9le ne\u017e 4,5 hodiny, si mus\u00ed ud\u011blat alespo\u0148 30minutovou p\u0159est\u00e1vku. Maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 n\u00e1rok na minim\u00e1ln\u011b 14 hodin po sob\u011b jdouc\u00edch odpo\u010dinku za ka\u017ed\u00fdch 24 hodin. V z\u00e1vislosti na v\u011bku a druhu pr\u00e1ce existuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pravidla t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00e9lky pracovn\u00ed doby a no\u010dn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co d\u011bl\u00e1 EU pro to, aby pr\u00e1ce nem\u011bla negativn\u00ed vliv na vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nezletil\u00fdch?<\/h2>\n\n<p>EU p\u0159ijala opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 maj\u00ed zajistit, aby zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed mlad\u0161\u00edch 15 let<strong> nem\u011blo negativn\u00ed dopad<\/strong> na jejich studium. Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 mus\u00ed zaru\u010dit minim\u00e1ln\u00ed dobu odpo\u010dinku v d\u00e9lce 12 po sob\u011b jdouc\u00edch hodin za ka\u017ed\u00fdch 24 hodin a minim\u00e1ln\u011b 2 dny za ka\u017ed\u00fdch 7 dn\u00ed. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch mohou platit n\u00e1rodn\u00ed v\u00fdjimky, ale tyto p\u0159edpisy pom\u00e1haj\u00ed chr\u00e1nit zdrav\u00ed a vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed nezletil\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co d\u011bti ve v\u011bku 15 a\u017e 18 let?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Mladistv\u00ed, na kter\u00e9 se ji\u017e nevztahuje povinn\u00e1 denn\u00ed \u0161koln\u00ed doch\u00e1zka podle vnitrost\u00e1tn\u00edch pr\u00e1vn\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f, mohou pracovat a\u017e 8 hodin denn\u011b a 40 hodin t\u00fddn\u011b. Nesm\u00ed tak\u00e9 pracovat mezi 22:00 a 6:00 hodinou rann\u00ed. nebo mezi 23:00 a 7:00. s v\u00fdjimkou v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s povahou pr\u00e1ce. Z t\u011bchto pravidel existuj\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 vnitrost\u00e1tn\u00ed <strong>v\u00fdjimky<\/strong>, zejm\u00e9na v odv\u011btv\u00edch, jako je n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed doprava nebo rybolov, ozbrojen\u00e9 s\u00edly nebo policie, nemocnice, zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed, cestovn\u00ed ruch a hotelnictv\u00ed, restaurace a kav\u00e1rny. Pokud je pr\u00e1ce mladistv\u00e9ho rozlo\u017eena do cel\u00e9ho dne, mohou se uplatnit v\u00fdjimky z minim\u00e1ln\u00ed doby odpo\u010dinku.<\/p>\n\n<p>Z\u00e1v\u011brem lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee a\u010dkoli zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nezletil\u00fdch osob m\u00e1 jak pozitivn\u00ed, tak negativn\u00ed aspekty, je nezbytn\u00e9 <strong>dodr\u017eovat p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 <\/strong>pr\u00e1vn\u00ed p\u0159edpisy a na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, aby byla zaji\u0161t\u011bna ochrana jejich zdrav\u00ed, bezpe\u010dnosti a vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed.
