V\u00fd\u017eiva toti\u017e p\u0159\u00edmo ovliv\u0148uje <strong>zdrav\u00ed, kondici a celkovou kvalitu \u017eivota <\/strong>\u010dlov\u011bka. Slou\u017e\u00ed tak\u00e9 jako prevence r\u016fzn\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a podv\u00fd\u017eivy.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pravidelnost a rozmanitost  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Pravidelnost a pestrost hraj\u00ed ve stravov\u00e1n\u00ed senior\u016f d\u016fle\u017eitou roli. Denn\u011b je \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvat <strong>60 gram\u016f cukru<\/strong>. Cukr \u0161kod\u00ed j\u00e1tr\u016fm. Nadm\u011brn\u00e9 slazen\u00ed je spojeno s rizikem  <strong>srde\u010dn\u00ed infarkt  <\/strong>a dal\u0161\u00ed kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a  <strong>metabolick\u00e9 poruchy.<\/strong>  Kv\u016fli cukru se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tvo\u0159\u00ed zubn\u00ed kazy, vysok\u00e1 hladina cukru v krvi m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k  <strong>cukrovka.<\/strong>  V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b je tu hrozba  <strong>Obezita<\/strong>co\u017e je ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee zat\u011b\u017euje klouby a kosti, kter\u00e9 b\u00fdvaj\u00ed k\u0159eh\u010d\u00ed a slab\u0161\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho p\u0159edstavuje probl\u00e9m pro imobiln\u00ed osoby, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed omezen\u00fd pohyb. Cukr se vyskytuje nejen v potravin\u00e1ch, kde ho p\u0159irozen\u011b o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1me, v kol\u00e1\u010d\u00edch, \u010dokol\u00e1d\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 v polotovarech, jogurtech, cere\u00e1li\u00edch, ke\u010dupu nebo ho\u0159\u010dici.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e1pn\u00edk a vitamin D  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Ob\u011b slo\u017eky jsou velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro <strong>zdrav\u00ed kost\u00ed<\/strong>, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo <strong>osteopor\u00f3ze,<\/strong> ke kter\u00e9 jsou star\u0161\u00ed lid\u00e9 n\u00e1chyln\u00ed.
