Pro klidn\u00fd \u017eivot je nezbytn\u00e9 m\u00edt m\u00edsto, kde mohou sp\u00e1t, j\u00edst, m\u00fdt se a odpo\u010d\u00edvat, a z\u00e1rove\u0148 toto m\u00edsto naz\u00fdvat domovem. Ot\u00e1zka bydlen\u00ed je v sou\u010dasnosti st\u00e1le diskutovan\u011bj\u0161\u00edm t\u00e9matem.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 situace  <\/h2>\n\n<p>V dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b se mnoho lid\u00ed sna\u017e\u00ed naj\u00edt dostupn\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by nebylo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 drah\u00e9. Mnoz\u00ed z nich si nemohou dovolit vlastn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed, proto\u017ee nespl\u0148uj\u00ed krit\u00e9ria pro \u017e\u00e1dost o hypot\u00e9ku nebo \u00fav\u011br. Ceny dom\u016f jsou nadhodnocen\u00e9 a lid\u00e9 nemaj\u00ed platy na vysok\u00e9 spl\u00e1tky \u00fav\u011br\u016f. Stejn\u011b tak nen\u00ed re\u00e1ln\u00e9, abyste si mohli na\u0161et\u0159it dostatek pen\u011bz na koupi domu nebo bytu v hotovosti. Zejm\u00e9na pro zam\u011bstnance, pro kter\u00e9 je v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 bydlet v bl\u00edzkosti pracovi\u0161t\u011b.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Moc se toho nezm\u011bnilo  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Srovn\u00e1me-li dv\u011b generace &#8211; sou\u010dasnou generaci a generaci na\u0161ich rodi\u010d\u016f &#8211; co se t\u00fd\u010de pen\u011bz, kter\u00e9 jim na konci m\u011bs\u00edce zb\u00fdvaj\u00ed z platu, v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s minulost\u00ed se v podstat\u011b nic nezm\u011bnilo. Lidem z\u016fstane zhruba stejn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka. Nap\u0159\u00edklad na\u0161i rodi\u010de vyd\u011bl\u00e1vali 800 korun a dok\u00e1zali si jednou ro\u010dn\u011b odlo\u017eit 100 korun na dovolenou. Dnes m\u016f\u017eeme vyd\u011bl\u00e1vat 1300 eur, ale ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s minulost\u00ed m\u016f\u017eeme u\u0161et\u0159it stejnou \u010d\u00e1stku. Ve skute\u010dnosti nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, kolik lid\u00e9 vyd\u011bl\u00e1vaj\u00ed a co si mohou ponechat krom\u011b platu, ale na tom, zda maj\u00ed zaji\u0161t\u011bnou st\u0159echu nad hlavou. Maj\u00ed z\u00e1jem o m\u00edsto, kde mohou bydlet oni i jejich rodiny, kdy\u017e se vr\u00e1t\u00ed z pr\u00e1ce dom\u016f. Zam\u011bstnanci si zkr\u00e1tka p\u0159ej\u00ed jistotu bydlen\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n<p>A zde je vid\u011bt rozd\u00edl oproti minul\u00fdm dob\u00e1m, kdy byli na\u0161i rodi\u010de ve v\u011bku, v jak\u00e9m jsme my dnes. D\u0159\u00edve bylo b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee d\u011bln\u00edk\u016fm bylo poskytnuto bydlen\u00ed. Tak jednoduch\u00e9 to ale nen\u00ed. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b existuj\u00ed technologie, d\u00edky kter\u00fdm je mo\u017en\u00e9 stav\u011bt rychle, jen je t\u0159eba, aby byla iniciativa na stran\u011b lid\u00ed. \u0158e\u0161en\u00edm by mohlo b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed fond\u016f EU na rozvoj infrastruktury, kter\u00e1 je \u00fazce spojena s n\u00e1jemn\u00edm bydlen\u00edm.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00daspora \u010dasu  <\/h2>\n\n<p>N\u00e1jemn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed je vhodnou alternativou i pro pracovn\u00edky, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou \u010dasto nuceni cestovat za prac\u00ed mimo sv\u016fj region na velk\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti. To je p\u0159ipravuje o \u010das, kter\u00fd by jinak tr\u00e1vili s rodinou nebo se v\u011bnovali sv\u00fdm obl\u00edben\u00fdm volno\u010dasov\u00fdm aktivit\u00e1m, kdy by mohli na\u010derpat energii a odpo\u010d\u00edvat. Krom\u011b \u010dasu by d\u00edky pron\u00e1jmu byt\u016f u\u0161et\u0159ili tak\u00e9 pen\u00edze.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed produktivita  <\/h2>\n\n<p>N\u00e1jemn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed by mohlo p\u0159il\u00e1kat nov\u00e9 kvalifikovan\u00e9 pracovn\u00edky. Ur\u010dit\u011b by hr\u00e1ly d\u016fle\u017eitou roli p\u0159i rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed, zda maj\u00ed z\u00e1jem st\u00e1t se sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti. N\u00e1jemn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed by pomohlo dos\u00e1hnout vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho r\u016fstu. Zisky m\u00edstn\u00edch podnik\u016f by vzrostly, co\u017e by zlep\u0161ilo hospod\u00e1\u0159skou situaci v ka\u017ed\u00e9m regionu.
