Probl\u00e9my s du\u0161evn\u00edm zdrav\u00edm bohu\u017eel st\u00e1le mnoho lid\u00ed p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed a nep\u0159ipou\u0161t\u00ed si, \u017ee mohou v\u00e9st k v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9mu onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Pokud vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed a vyho\u0159en\u00ed nezastav\u00edte hned v z\u00e1rodku, m\u016f\u017ee se st\u00e1t, \u017ee do c\u00edle doraz\u00edte s t\u011b\u017ekou depres\u00ed a pocitem, \u017ee u\u017e nevid\u00edte smysl \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hlavu vzh\u016fru, bojujte d\u00e1l<\/h3>\n\n<p>Pokud byly p\u0159edchoz\u00ed \u0159\u00e1dky siln\u00e9 a mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00e1s trochu vyd\u011bsily, ty n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00e1s snad uklidn\u00ed. Vyho\u0159en\u00ed lze p\u0159edej\u00edt, pokud si jeho p\u0159\u00edchod uv\u011bdom\u00edme v\u010das.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u017dijeme v dob\u011b, kdy se nos\u00ed b\u00fdt ambici\u00f3zn\u00ed. Pln\u00edme si sv\u00e9 profesn\u00ed sny, chceme b\u00fdt mezi prvn\u00edmi. V pr\u00e1ci bychom se m\u011bli usm\u00edvat, zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i kontaktu se z\u00e1kazn\u00edky. Chceme dodr\u017eovat term\u00edny, m\u00edt v\u017edy nov\u00e9 n\u00e1pady a z\u00edskat pochvalu od \u0161\u00e9fa.<\/p>\n\n<p>Spolu s t\u00edm, \u017ee nezchudne rodina, postar\u00e1 se o dom\u00e1cnost a pom\u016f\u017ee p\u0159\u00edteli, kdy\u017e to pot\u0159ebuje. Ale i na\u0161e energetick\u00e1 banka se jednoho dne vybije, na pomysln\u00e9m displeji se objev\u00ed \u010derven\u00e1 \u010d\u00edsla a nula procent baterie. P\u0159esn\u011b tomu chceme zabr\u00e1nit &#8211; a existuje v\u00edce zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak toho dos\u00e1hnout.<\/p>\n\n<p>Vyho\u0159en\u00ed a p\u0159epracovanost jsou obvykle zp\u016fsobeny jednou z mocn\u00e9 trojice: stres &#8211; fyzick\u00e9 vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed &#8211; psychick\u00e9 vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed. Ve sv\u00e9 profesi se jim nem\u016f\u017eete zcela vyhnout, ale d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je &#8211; um\u011bt je kompenzovat a odpo\u010d\u00edvat. Zkuste nap\u0159\u00edklad toto.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sport je z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00fd l\u00e9k!<\/h3>\n\n<p>Pokud cel\u00fd den sed\u00edte u po\u010d\u00edta\u010de uv\u011bzn\u011bni v kancel\u00e1\u0159i, vis\u00edte na telefonu a komunikujete s des\u00edtkami lid\u00ed, je tato novinka relaxac\u00ed pro v\u00e1s. B\u011bhem fyzick\u00e9ho cvi\u010den\u00ed p\u0159ijdete na jin\u00e9 my\u0161lenky, uvoln\u00edte t\u011blo a hlavn\u011b &#8211; uvoln\u00edte hormony \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<p>Najd\u011bte si \u010dinnost, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1m vyhovuje. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 maj\u00ed r\u00e1di t\u00fdmov\u00e9 sporty, proto\u017ee p\u0159i aerobiku, volejbalu nebo fotbalu motivuj\u00ed k pravidelnosti tak\u00e9 t\u00fdmov\u00e9 a p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00e9 vztahy. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 rad\u011bji b\u011bhaj\u00ed sami.
