V ka\u017ed\u00e9 modern\u00ed zemi existuj\u00ed syst\u00e9my soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1s chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed \u017eivotn\u00edmi ud\u00e1lostmi, od\u0161kod\u0148uj\u00ed v\u00e1s v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zdravotn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f a poskytuj\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00e1vky. V n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm obdob\u00ed je porovn\u00e1me s N\u011bmeckem, Rakouskem, Nizozemskem a Angli\u00ed. V\u00edte, kter\u00e9 z nich poskytuje Slovensko?<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e1ce p\u0159es\u010das<\/h2>\n\n<p>Zam\u011bstnanec nesm\u00ed pracovat neomezen\u011b p\u0159es\u010das, kdykoli mu to zam\u011bstnavatel na\u0159\u00edd\u00ed nebo kdykoli s t\u00edm zam\u011bstnavatel souhlas\u00ed. Zam\u011bstnanec m\u016f\u017ee odpracovat maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 8 hodin p\u0159es\u010das\u016f za pracovn\u00ed t\u00fdden. To plat\u00ed pouze po dobu 4 po sob\u011b jdouc\u00edch kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. Zam\u011bstnanec m\u016f\u017ee v jednom roce odpracovat maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 150 hodin p\u0159es\u010das\u016f. Nad 150 hodin pouze v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee s t\u00edm souhlas\u00ed, maxim\u00e1ln\u011b v\u0161ak 400 hodin ro\u010dn\u011b.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00edkendov\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce<\/h2>\n\n<p>N\u00e1rok na p\u0159\u00edplatek za <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/\">pr\u00e1ce <\/a>\n<\/strong>v sobotu a v ned\u011bli n\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci v trval\u00e9m pracovn\u00edm pom\u011bru, jako\u017e i zam\u011bstnanci zam\u011bstnan\u00e9mu na z\u00e1klad\u011b dohody o prac\u00edch konan\u00fdch mimo pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br. P\u0159\u00edplatky za pr\u00e1ci v sobotu od 1. Kv\u011bten 2019 je stanoven na 50 % minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy za hodinu a 100 % minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy za hodinu za pr\u00e1ci v ned\u011bli.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e1ce v noci<\/h2>\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edplatek za no\u010dn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci je od 1. kv\u011btna 2019 stanoven ve v\u00fd\u0161i 40 % minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy za hodinu (p\u0159\u00edplatek ve v\u00fd\u0161i 1,196 EUR) v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee zam\u011bstnanec vykon\u00e1v\u00e1 rizikovou pr\u00e1ci. <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/praca?page=1&amp;limit=20\">pr\u00e1ce <\/a>\n<\/strong>v\u00fd\u0161e p\u0159\u00edplatku \u010din\u00ed 50 % minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy za hodinu (p\u0159\u00edplatek 1 495 EUR).  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dovolen\u00e1<\/h2>\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed d\u00e9lka dovolen\u00e9 \u010din\u00ed nejm\u00e9n\u011b 4 t\u00fddny. Dovolen\u00e1 zam\u011bstnance, kter\u00fd do konce p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edho roku dos\u00e1hne v\u011bku 33 let, \u010din\u00ed nejm\u00e9n\u011b 5 t\u00fddn\u016f. Od roku 2020 se k zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed n\u00e1rok na 5 t\u00fddn\u016f dovolen\u00e9, p\u0159idaj\u00ed i zam\u011bstnanci, kte\u0159\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b nedos\u00e1hli v\u011bku 33 let, ale trvale pe\u010duj\u00ed o d\u00edt\u011b. N\u00e1rok na dovolenou za kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed rok vznik\u00e1 zam\u011bstnanci, jeho\u017e pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br u jednoho zam\u011bstnavatele trval nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b po cel\u00fd kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed rok a kter\u00fd vykon\u00e1val pr\u00e1ci na z\u00e1klad\u011b tohoto pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru alespo\u0148 60 dn\u016f v kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edm roce. N\u00e1rok na pom\u011brnou \u010d\u00e1st dovolen\u00e9 za odpracovan\u00e9 dny vznik\u00e1 za ka\u017ed\u00fd cel\u00fd kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edc nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9ho trv\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru. Vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se jako 1\/12 ro\u010dn\u00ed dovolen\u00e9 * 20 dn\u00ed dovolen\u00e9 * po\u010det odpracovan\u00fdch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. a 14. plat<\/h2>\n\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 podm\u00ednka pro osvobozen\u00ed 13. mzdy vyplacen\u00e9 v m\u011bs\u00edci \u010dervnu je, \u017ee v\u00fd\u0161e vyplacen\u00e9 pen\u011b\u017eit\u00e9 d\u00e1vky se mus\u00ed rovnat alespo\u0148 pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9mu m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edmu v\u00fdd\u011blku zam\u011bstnance. Pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br zam\u011bstnance u tohoto zam\u011bstnavatele mus\u00ed b\u00fdt ukon\u010den do 30. dubna p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edho roku nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b po dobu nejm\u00e9n\u011b 24 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. Ve 14 letech. mzdy, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br zam\u011bstnance u tohoto zam\u011bstnavatele uzav\u0159en do 31 let. \u0159\u00edjna p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edho roku nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b po dobu nejm\u00e9n\u011b 48 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. Zam\u011bstnavatel ji m\u016f\u017ee, ale nemus\u00ed poskytovat v jak\u00e9koli v\u00fd\u0161i.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nemocensk\u00e1 dovolen\u00e1 (sick leave)<\/h2>\n\n<p>Zam\u011bstnanec m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt uzn\u00e1n do\u010dasn\u011b neschopn\u00fdm vykon\u00e1vat v\u00fdd\u011ble\u010dnou \u010dinnost v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nemoci nebo \u00farazu nebo pokud mu byla na\u0159\u00edzena karant\u00e9na. Prvn\u00edch 10 dn\u00ed vypl\u00e1c\u00ed n\u00e1hradu p\u0159\u00edjmu zam\u011bstnavatel, od 11. dne soci\u00e1ln\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovnou. Do\u010dasnou pracovn\u00ed neschopnost posuzuje a rozhoduje o n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fd o\u0161et\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Zam\u011bstnanec m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na n\u00e1hradu p\u0159\u00edjmu b\u011bhem do\u010dasn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti ve v\u00fd\u0161i:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>25 % denn\u00edho vym\u011b\u0159ovac\u00edho z\u00e1kladu &#8211; od 1. na 3. den do\u010dasn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti,<\/li><li>55 % denn\u00edho vym\u011b\u0159ovac\u00edho z\u00e1kladu &#8211; od 4. na 10. den do\u010dasn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti.<\/li><li>55 % denn\u00edho vym\u011b\u0159ovac\u00edho z\u00e1kladu plat\u00ed Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovna &#8211; od 11. den do\u010dasn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti.  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00e1vky<\/h2>\n\n<p>Rodi\u010d m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na st\u00e1tn\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00e1vky nebo. da\u0148ov\u00e9 \u00falevy od st\u00e1tu, pokud spl\u0148uj\u00ed podm\u00ednky spojen\u00e9 s dosa\u017een\u00edm p\u0159\u00edjmu. Pen\u011b\u017eit\u00e9 d\u00e1vky pro rodi\u010de, kter\u00e9 souvisej\u00ed s p\u0159\u00edjmem rodi\u010de, zahrnuj\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>mate\u0159sk\u00e1 (nebo mate\u0159sk\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek) &#8211; vypl\u00e1c\u00ed ji instituce soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed.<\/li><li>p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na p\u00e9\u010di o d\u00edt\u011b &#8211; vypl\u00e1c\u00ed \u00da\u0159ad pr\u00e1ce, soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed a rodiny.<\/li><li>da\u0148 <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/benefit\">bonus <\/a>\n<\/strong>na d\u00edt\u011b &#8211; plat\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatel, resp. spr\u00e1vce dan\u011b (finan\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u0159\u00edplatek za dovolenou<\/h2>\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edplatek za <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/kontakt\">pr\u00e1ce <\/a>\n<\/strong>o sv\u00e1tc\u00edch \u010din\u00ed 100 % pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho v\u00fdd\u011blku zam\u011bstnance. Pokud je zam\u011bstnanci vypl\u00e1cena minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda, \u010din\u00ed p\u0159\u00edplatek za pr\u00e1ci ve sv\u00e1tek 2,989 EUR\/hodinu.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mate\u0159sk\u00fd\/rodi\u010dovsk\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek<\/h2>\n\n<p>\u017dena m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na mate\u0159skou dovolenou ve v\u00fd\u0161i 34. t\u00fddn\u016f po pr\u00e1ci 270. dn\u016f p\u0159ed dod\u00e1n\u00edm. Matka samo\u017eivitelka m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na 37. t\u00fddn\u016f mate\u0159sk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9, matka dvoj\u010dat a\u017e 39 t\u00fddn\u016f. t\u00fddn\u016f (maxim\u00e1ln\u011b do konce 43. t\u00fddne). \u017dena, kter\u00e1 porod\u00ed mrtv\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b, m\u016f\u017ee z\u016fstat na mate\u0159sk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 14 t\u00fddn\u016f. Evropsk\u00e1 komise p\u0159i\u0161la s n\u00e1vrhem na dal\u0161\u00ed zlep\u0161en\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy mezi pracovn\u00edm a soukrom\u00fdm \u017eivotem. V\u00fd\u0161e mate\u0159sk\u00e9 \u010din\u00ed 75 % denn\u00edho vym\u011b\u0159ovac\u00edho z\u00e1kladu za jeden kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed den.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Odchod do d\u016fchodu<\/h2>\n\n<p>Zaru\u010den\u00fd d\u016fchod za 30 odpracovan\u00fdch let \u010din\u00ed 33 % pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 hrub\u00e9 mzdy z doby p\u0159ed dv\u011bma lety. D\u016fchod se zvy\u0161uje o 0,02n\u00e1sobek \u017eivotn\u00edho minima za 31 a\u017e 39 let slu\u017eby a o 0,03n\u00e1sobek \u017eivotn\u00edho minima od 40 let v\u011bku. V porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s p\u0159edchoz\u00edmi roky se jedn\u00e1 o v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00edho d\u016fchodu. Pokud by minim\u00e1ln\u00ed starobn\u00ed d\u016fchod nebyl zaru\u010den, museli byste b\u011bhem sv\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edho \u017eivota vyd\u011bl\u00e1vat p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 80 % pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy, abyste tuto \u010d\u00e1stku z\u00edskali.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stravov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n<p>Zam\u011bstnanci maj\u00ed n\u00e1rok na p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na \u017eivobyt\u00ed. Zam\u011bstnavatel m\u016f\u017ee zajistit stravov\u00e1n\u00ed ve stravovac\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nebo prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm stravenek. Zam\u011bstnanec TPP, kter\u00fd je v pr\u00e1ci d\u00e9le ne\u017e 4 hodiny, m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na stravenky (pokud odpracujete 4 hodiny, stravenky nedostanete). Pokud zam\u011bstnanec pracuje d\u00e9le ne\u017e 11 hodin, doporu\u010duje se p\u0159isp\u011bt na druh\u00e9 tepl\u00e9 j\u00eddlo. Nen\u00ed to v\u0161ak povinnost\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatele. Zam\u011bstnanec m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na minim\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na stravov\u00e1n\u00ed ve v\u00fd\u0161i 3,83 EUR, co\u017e je 75 % z \u010d\u00e1stky 5,10 EUR. Zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st hrad\u00ed zam\u011bstnanec.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dlena rodiny (FFN)<\/h2>\n\n<p>O\u0161et\u0159ovn\u00e9 je nemocensk\u00e1 d\u00e1vka poskytovan\u00e1 na osobn\u00ed a celodenn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di o nemocn\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b, nemocn\u00e9ho man\u017eela\/man\u017eelku, nemocn\u00e9ho rodi\u010de nebo nemocn\u00e9ho rodi\u010de man\u017eela\/man\u017eelky. D\u00e1le je poskytov\u00e1na osobn\u00ed a celodenn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de o zdrav\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b do deseti let v\u011bku. N\u00e1rok na nemocenskou trv\u00e1 maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 10 kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edch dn\u016f.
