Ka\u017ed\u00e1 generace m\u00e1 jin\u00e9 zvyky, schopnosti, o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a po\u017eadavky. Kv\u016fli t\u011bmto rozd\u00edl\u016fm \u010dasto vznik\u00e1 na pracovi\u0161ti nap\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje nejen mezilidsk\u00e9 vztahy, ale i celkovou atmosf\u00e9ru ve firm\u011b nebo produktivitu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.  <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<p>Generace lze pova\u017eovat za jeden z demografick\u00fdch trend\u016f, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed a budou ovliv\u0148ovat trh pr\u00e1ce. Nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd demografick\u00fd v\u00fdvoj je v sou\u010dasnosti spojen tak\u00e9 s riziky na trhu pr\u00e1ce. Znalost zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a jejich stylu my\u0161len\u00ed se ve vysoce konkuren\u010dn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed st\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00fdhodou. Pokud zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 vyu\u017eij\u00ed genera\u010dn\u00edch charakteristik k tomu, aby l\u00e9pe poznali sv\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance, mohou jim p\u0159izp\u016fsobit pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a zefektivnit tak jejich pr\u00e1ci.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Generace X vyrostla bez technologi\u00ed, ale musela se s nimi nau\u010dit \u017e\u00edt.<\/h2>\n\n<p>Internet je zas\u00e1hl v dob\u011b, kdy ji\u017e byli nebo se st\u00e1vali sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed trhu pr\u00e1ce. Jedn\u00e1 se o skupinu lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed st\u00e1le d\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159ednost pap\u00edrov\u00e9 podob\u011b p\u0159ed chytr\u00fdm telefonem. Pokud ho vlastn\u00ed, pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed ho hlavn\u011b k telefonov\u00e1n\u00ed a pos\u00edl\u00e1n\u00ed textov\u00fdch zpr\u00e1v. Svou pr\u00e1ci d\u011blaj\u00ed, jak nejl\u00e9pe dovedou, ale mus\u00ed ji skloubit se sv\u00fdm soukrom\u00fdm \u017eivotem. Zam\u011bstnanci t\u00e9to generace nejsou ochotni pracovat na \u00fakor sv\u00fdch rodin. V pr\u00e1ci pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed m\u00edt pocit, \u017ee za sv\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed \u00fakoly nesou odpov\u011bdnost. Nemaj\u00ed r\u00e1di, kdy\u017e je n\u011bkdo neust\u00e1le kontroluje. Pro \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nou komunikaci s nimi je vhodn\u00e9 b\u00fdt stru\u010dn\u00fd a v\u00fdsti\u017en\u00fd a doporu\u010duje se osobn\u00ed setk\u00e1n\u00ed nebo telefonick\u00fd kontakt.  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><strong>ZAJ\u00cdMAV\u00dd FAKT: Generace X vid\u00ed sv\u00e9ho ide\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0161\u00e9fa jako n\u011bkoho, kdo dok\u00e1\u017ee ocenit jejich pr\u00e1ci. Mileni\u00e1lov\u00e9 by cht\u011bli m\u00edt za nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9ho mentora, kter\u00fd je z\u00e1rove\u0148 jejich p\u0159\u00edtelem. Ze\u0165ov\u00e9 si naopak p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed sebe nebo \u010dlena rodiny jako \u0161\u00e9fa, kter\u00fd je nebude kontrolovat, omezovat ani provokovat.  <\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Aby si mana\u017ee\u0159i udr\u017eeli pracovn\u00edky t\u00e9to generace, mus\u00ed pamatovat na to, \u017ee jim mus\u00ed d\u00e1t prostor pro samostatnou pr\u00e1ci. V pr\u00e1ci si generace X nech\u00e1 poradit od zku\u0161en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, ale chce b\u00fdt zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za svou pr\u00e1ci. \u00dakoly, kter\u00e9 tito lid\u00e9 dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed, pln\u00ed, jak nejl\u00e9pe dovedou. Jejich pr\u00e1ce mus\u00ed b\u00fdt slu\u010diteln\u00e1 s jejich soukrom\u00fdm \u017eivotem. V opa\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nebude jejich pracovn\u00ed v\u00fdkon efektivn\u00ed nebo se rozhodnou pr\u00e1ci opustit.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Generace Y je nejvzd\u011blan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed generac\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n<p>Vyrostly spolu s v\u00fdvojem technologi\u00ed, tak\u017ee p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zlom v online a offline sv\u011bt\u011b. Na sv\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnavatele klade vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1roky. Tito lid\u00e9 tou\u017e\u00ed po smyslupln\u00fdch projektech. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby nerozli\u0161uj\u00ed mezi pracovn\u00ed dobou a voln\u00fdm \u010dasem. Mileni\u00e1lov\u00e9 r\u00e1di pracuj\u00ed v t\u00fdmu, ale vy\u017eaduj\u00ed vedouc\u00edho t\u00fdmu. Jsou pragmati\u010dt\u00ed a v\u00edce\u00fa\u010delov\u00ed, ale o politiku a \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed se zaj\u00edmaj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e kter\u00e1koli generace p\u0159ed nimi. Nemaj\u00ed probl\u00e9m s prac\u00ed p\u0159es\u010das, pokud za ni dostanou n\u00e1le\u017eitou odm\u011bnu. Nemaj\u00ed probl\u00e9m cestovat za prac\u00ed, ale neradi se pod\u0159izuj\u00ed hodnot\u00e1m, kter\u00fdm sami nev\u011b\u0159\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p> <strong>ZAJ\u00cdMAV\u00dd FAKT: Generace X a Y jsou v sou\u010dasnosti nejpo\u010detn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed skupinou.<\/strong><em>. <\/em><strong>Kdyby zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 l\u00e9pe pochopili, jak pracuj\u00ed, mohli by si je udr\u017eet. <\/strong>  <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Mnoho d\u011bt\u00ed v tis\u00edcilet\u00ed vid\u011blo sv\u00e9 rodi\u010de, jak dnem i noc\u00ed pracuj\u00ed ve velk\u00fdch firm\u00e1ch ve stresu. Proto je pro n\u011b typick\u00e9 hled\u00e1n\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy mezi pracovn\u00edm a soukrom\u00fdm \u017eivotem. V\u00e1\u017e\u00ed si sv\u00fdch rodi\u010d\u016f za pr\u00e1ci, kterou vykonali pro sv\u011bt, ale necht\u011bj\u00ed \u017e\u00edt podobn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem. Necht\u011bj\u00ed ob\u011btovat sv\u016fj \u017eivot pouze pr\u00e1ci, proto\u017ee si velmi v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed rodiny a partnersk\u00fdch vztah\u016f.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Generace Z jsou dokonal\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00ed lid\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n<p>Jedn\u00e1 se o generaci, kter\u00e1 se ji\u017e narodila se znalost\u00ed technologi\u00ed. Jsou zvykl\u00ed, \u017ee v mobilu najdou cel\u00fd sv\u011bt. Jsou aktivn\u00ed, vyhled\u00e1vaj\u00ed informace a jsou n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00ed na kvalitu. U\u017e nyn\u00ed maj\u00ed velkou kupn\u00ed s\u00edlu a ta se bude zvy\u0161ovat, tak\u017ee je zna\u010dky rozhodn\u011b nemohou ignorovat. Pr\u00e1ci hledaj\u00ed intuitivn\u011b a z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed v n\u00ed jen tak dlouho, dokud je napl\u0148uje. Mohou \u017e\u00e1dat zam\u011bstnavatele o v\u00fdhody, kter\u00e9 by si star\u0161\u00ed generace nedovolily (pru\u017en\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed doba, pr\u00e1ce z domova, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00ed ohodnocen\u00ed). Mnoz\u00ed nemysl\u00ed na svou pracovn\u00ed budoucnost. Na trhu pr\u00e1ce v\u0161ak existuje st\u00e1l\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsun pracovn\u00edch nab\u00eddek, kter\u00e9 se sna\u017e\u00ed tyto mlad\u00e9 lidi nal\u00e1kat. St\u00e1v\u00e1 se hnac\u00edm motorem pro mnoho firem, kter\u00e9 jsou nuceny se st\u00e1le v\u00edce zam\u011b\u0159ovat na digitalizaci, aby se zal\u00edbily mlad\u00fdm lidem a udr\u017eely s nimi krok.  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><strong>ZAJ\u00cdMAVOST: Od 46. zem\u011b, ve kter\u00fdch by mnoz\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edci t\u00e9to generace cht\u011bli po ukon\u010den\u00ed st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161koly pracovat. 15 % by takovou mo\u017enost uv\u00edtalo hned, dal\u0161\u00edch 47 % by ji zv\u00e1\u017eilo. To je \u00fapln\u011b n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho ne\u017e u generace X a Y, kde byla vysok\u00e1 \u0161kola jasnou volbou, pokud na ni m\u011bli pen\u00edze. Generace Z chce vyu\u017e\u00edt v\u00edce \u0161kolen\u00ed u zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f a z\u00edskat v\u00edce pracovn\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed.  <\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Od generace Z se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 siln\u00fd podnikatelsk\u00fd duch. V\u011bt\u0161ina z nich d\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159ednost vlastn\u00edmu podnik\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed prac\u00ed zam\u011bstnance. Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 to mohou vyu\u017e\u00edt jako v\u00fdhodu. Mohou &#8222;zakotvit&#8220; podnikatelsk\u00e9ho ducha ve sv\u00e9 firemn\u00ed kultu\u0159e, podporovat osobn\u00ed rozvoj zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a l\u00e9pe informovat o p\u0159\u00ednosu jednotlivc\u016f pro hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd v\u00fdsledek.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Generace Alpha je na\u0161e budoucnost<\/h2>\n\n<p>D\u011bti t\u00e9to generace jsou je\u0161t\u011b v p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00edm v\u011bku. V dob\u011b, kdy se narodili, u\u017e sv\u011bt ovl\u00e1dly chytr\u00e9 telefony, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b a slovo &#8222;aplikace&#8220; je mo\u017en\u00e1 z\u00e1kladem jejich \u017eivota. O\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 se v\u0161ak, \u017ee tato generace bude nejrozporupln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v modern\u00ed historii.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Odhaduje se, \u017ee generace Alfa se do\u017eije nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edho v\u011bku a bude nejbohat\u0161\u00ed. Posledn\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b spadaj\u00ed do t\u00e9to generace, p\u0159ijdou na sv\u011bt v roce 2025. Generace Alfa se stane tou, kter\u00e1 bude ve velk\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e rozhodovat o financ\u00edch v dom\u00e1cnosti. Je velmi pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee budou n\u00e1sledovat p\u0159\u00edkladu sv\u00fdch rodi\u010d\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou otev\u0159eni multikulturalismu a odm\u00edtaj\u00ed genderov\u00e9 stereotypy. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 se tak\u00e9, \u017ee p\u016fjde o nejvzd\u011blan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed generaci. Na technologie nebudou pohl\u00ed\u017eet jako na dopln\u011bk, ale stanou se ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jejich \u017eivota.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se bude jednat o nejrychleji se m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed generaci, proto\u017ee technologie se m\u011bn\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fdm dnem a d\u011bti se jim ji\u017e nyn\u00ed p\u0159izp\u016fsobuj\u00ed z\u00e1vratn\u00fdm tempem. Tato nov\u00e1 generace nebude technologie pova\u017eovat za n\u00e1stroj, ale zapoj\u00ed je do sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem.
