N\u00edzk\u00e9 ceny obuvi ovlivnily profil spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Pro fungov\u00e1n\u00ed firemn\u00ed filozofie nebylo nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u00edt na nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm postu nejlep\u0161\u00edho zam\u011bstnance, ale \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd je hoden n\u00e1sledov\u00e1n\u00ed. P\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte si 7 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch p\u0159edpoklad\u016f, kter\u00e9 v podnik\u00e1n\u00ed funguj\u00ed ob\u011bma sm\u011bry. Zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed se na to, jak zach\u00e1zet s pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdmi a z\u00e1rove\u0148 chr\u00e1nit mana\u017eera p\u0159ed vyho\u0159en\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bu\u010fte transparentn\u00ed v chov\u00e1n\u00ed, my\u0161len\u00ed a emoc\u00edch<\/h2>\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladem \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9ho veden\u00ed je pot\u0159eba transparentnosti, a to nejen v chov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale i v my\u0161len\u00ed. Nevyvol\u00e1vat negativn\u00ed emoce, strach a vzn\u00e1\u0161et nepochopiteln\u00e9 po\u017eadavky.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>&#8222;Transparentnost je jedn\u00edm z krok\u016f, jak si z\u00edskat respekt ostatn\u00edch lid\u00ed, a je nezbytn\u00e1 k tomu, abyste se stali dobr\u00fdm mana\u017eerem.&#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B\u00fdt zastoupen<\/h2>\n\n<p>Touha b\u00fdt nenahraditeln\u00fd a nejlep\u0161\u00ed je hlavn\u00edm motorem, kter\u00fd n\u00e1s motivuje k dosahov\u00e1n\u00ed lep\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f. Ve chv\u00edli, kdy m\u00e1te v t\u00fdmu lidi, na kter\u00e9 se nem\u016f\u017eete spolehnout, lidi, kter\u00fdm ned\u016fv\u011b\u0159ujete, nehledejte chybu u nich, ale u sebe. Nejprve je nutn\u00e9 zjistit, kde k chyb\u011b do\u0161lo. Existuj\u00ed dv\u011b mo\u017enosti. Bu\u010f je to tvoje vlastnost, \u017ee lidem p\u0159irozen\u011b ned\u016fv\u011b\u0159uje\u0161. Nebo \u017ee jste obklopeni \u0161patn\u00fdmi lidmi.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>&#8222;Jednou z Ba\u0165ov\u00fdch z\u00e1sad bylo, \u017ee si ka\u017ed\u00fd mana\u017eer s\u00e1m vyb\u00edral sv\u016fj pracovn\u00ed t\u00fdm, pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, \u017ee s\u00e1m byl zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za to, jak\u00e9 lidi si do sv\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu vybral.&#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nepodce\u0148ujte emoce<\/h2>\n\n<p>Emoce vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed vztah mezi firmou a spolupracovn\u00edkem nebo firmou a z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem. Pozitivn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti s nimi spojen\u00e9 jsou hlavn\u00edm d\u016fvodem, pro\u010d se lid\u00e9 c\u00edt\u00ed v pr\u00e1ci spokojeni a pro\u010d se k v\u00e1m z\u00e1kazn\u00edci vracej\u00ed. Nepodce\u0148ujte je! Nakonec jsou to oni, kdo rozhoduj\u00ed o tom, jak\u00fd vztah k v\u00e1m, k pr\u00e1ci a k firm\u011b bude m\u00edt v\u00e1\u0161 pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00fd.  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>&#8222;Chovat se k druh\u00e9mu \u010dlov\u011bku neuctiv\u011b znamen\u00e1 vlastn\u00ed por\u00e1\u017eku.&#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nezam\u011b\u0159ujte se jen na pr\u00e1ci<\/h2>\n\n<p>Je skv\u011bl\u00e9, kdy\u017e svou pr\u00e1ci milujete a napl\u0148uje v\u00e1s, ale nikdy byste nem\u011bli m\u00edt pocit, \u017ee je to cel\u00fd v\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot. \u0160\u0165astn\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk je ten, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 doma n\u011bkoho, koho m\u016f\u017ee obejmout, a ne ten, kter\u00fd p\u0159ijde ve\u010der dom\u016f unaven\u00fd a us\u00edn\u00e1 s\u00e1m. Nikdy jste nemuseli v\u011bnovat ve\u0161kerou svou energii firm\u011b a pr\u00e1ci. Takov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup je po\u010d\u00e1tkem vyho\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>&#8222;Ba\u0165ova filozofie \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee pr\u00e1ce nikdy nem\u016f\u017ee pln\u011b vr\u00e1tit to, co do n\u00ed vlo\u017e\u00edte. A jak je na tom jeho okol\u00ed? \u010casem je za\u010dne unavovat a pr\u00e1ce s n\u00edm jim zp\u016fsobuje stres.  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>&#8222;Perfekcionist\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed se soust\u0159ed\u00ed pouze na dokonal\u00fd v\u00fdsledek, ho \u010dasto nedos\u00e1hnou, a i kdy\u017e se jim to poda\u0159\u00ed, je to obvykle za cenu, kter\u00e1 odpov\u00edd\u00e1 realizaci dal\u0161\u00edch t\u0159\u00ed projekt\u016f.&#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Kari\u00e9rn\u00ed r\u016fst tak nebyl podm\u00edn\u011bn pouze odborn\u00fdm vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00edm a zku\u0161enostmi, ale tak\u00e9 lidsk\u00fdmi vlastnostmi. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 byla schopnost komunikovat s lidmi, transparentnost, up\u0159\u00edmnost, f\u00e9rovost a tak\u00e9 to, zda se dok\u00e1\u017eete postavit v krizov\u00fdch situac\u00edch. Tom\u00e1\u0161 Ba\u0165a \u0159\u00edk\u00e1: &#8222;Kdo se hon\u00ed za pen\u011bzi, nikdy je nedo\u017eene. D\u011blejte svou pr\u00e1ci l\u00e9pe ne\u017e soused.
