forem demence, jako je Alzheimerova choroba, kter\u00e1 postihuje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pam\u011b\u0165, postihuje FTD p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u010deln\u00ed a sp\u00e1nkov\u00e9 laloky mozku.\nTyto oblasti \u0159\u00edd\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed, osobnost, jazyk a rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed.\nTento rozd\u00edl je pro pe\u010dovatele a rodinn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edky velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd.\nP\u0159\u00edznaky a pr\u016fb\u011bh FTD se od ostatn\u00edch typ\u016f demence v\u00fdrazn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed.    <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky frontotempor\u00e1ln\u00ed demence<\/h2>\n\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z prvn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f FTD je n\u00e1padn\u00e1 zm\u011bna osobnosti a chov\u00e1n\u00ed.\nJedinci se mohou st\u00e1t spole\u010densky nevhodn\u00fdmi, ztratit schopnost soucitu nebo projevovat impulzivn\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed.Na rozd\u00edl od Alzheimerovy choroby, u n\u00ed\u017e je ztr\u00e1ta pam\u011bti \u010dasto prvn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edznakem, si pacienti s FTD st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b mohou jasn\u011b pamatovat minul\u00e9 m\u00edt pot\u00ed\u017ee se sestavov\u00e1n\u00edm v\u011bt nebo ztratit schopnost \u010d\u00edst a ps\u00e1t.\nTato forma demence m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st tak\u00e9 k pohybov\u00fdm poruch\u00e1m, jako je t\u0159es nebo nedostatek koordinace, i kdy\u017e ty jsou m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dast\u00e9.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Odli\u0161en\u00ed FTD od jin\u00fdch demenc\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n<p>Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 odli\u0161it FTD od jin\u00fdch typ\u016f demence, proto\u017ee p\u0159\u00edstup k p\u00e9\u010di se m\u016f\u017ee li\u0161it.\nZat\u00edmco
