Jak\u00e9 jsou v\u00fdhody a co z\u00edsk\u00e1te, pokud d\u00e1te p\u0159ednost pr\u00e1ci pe\u010dovatele v N\u011bmecku na z\u00e1klad\u011b pracovn\u00ed smlouvy p\u0159ed prac\u00ed na voln\u00e9 noze?  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pracovn\u00ed smlouva nab\u00edz\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed jistotu  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Pracovn\u00ed smlouva <strong>m\u00e1 n\u011bkolik v\u00fdhod<\/strong>. V\u00fdm\u011bna m\u00e1 sice tak\u00e9 sv\u00e9 v\u00fdhody, ale z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na ka\u017ed\u00e9m jednotliv\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpadu. P\u0159i pr\u00e1ci pe\u010dovatele se vzhledem ke slo\u017eitosti okolnost\u00ed v\u00edce vyplat\u00ed uzav\u0159\u00edt agenturn\u00ed smlouvu. <strong>Pr\u00e1ce na smlouvu je <\/strong>obecn\u011b <strong>v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na<\/strong> z dlouhodob\u00e9ho hlediska. Jako zam\u011bstnanec m\u00e1te d\u00edky smlouv\u011b jistotu, \u017ee pracujete leg\u00e1ln\u011b a <strong>nehroz\u00ed v\u00e1m probl\u00e9my se z\u00e1konem<\/strong>. <strong>Mezi<\/strong> <strong>dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhody <\/strong>pr\u00e1ce na smlouvu <strong>pat\u0159\u00ed zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda a mo\u017enost nezme\u0161kat v\u00fdplatu<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Jakmile vid\u00edte, \u017ee<\/strong> je za pr\u00e1ci na <strong>voln\u00e9 noze<\/strong> nab\u00edzen <strong>vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed plat <\/strong>, je to l\u00e1kav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a na <strong>prvn\u00ed pohled se to zd\u00e1 mnohem lukrativn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ale ve skute\u010dnosti<\/strong> tomu tak nen\u00ed. Po <strong>zaplacen\u00ed vlastn\u00edch odvod\u016f a dan\u00ed v\u00e1m z\u016fstane m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dist\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu, ne\u017e<\/strong> kdybyste pracovali na pracovn\u00ed smlouvu.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obchod a problematika neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ce  <\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Jako osoba samostatn\u011b v\u00fdd\u011ble\u010dn\u011b \u010dinn\u00e1, kter\u00e1 vykon\u00e1v\u00e1 pravideln\u011b se opakuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010dinnost, mus\u00edte v N\u011bmecku zalo\u017eit \u017eivnost. <\/strong>V N\u011bmecku lze <strong>prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm slovensk\u00e9ho \u017eivnostensk\u00e9ho listu vy\u0159\u00eddit pouze pr\u00e1ce prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t ro<\/strong>\u010dn\u011b. To je charakterizov\u00e1no jako p\u0159eshrani\u010dn\u00ed poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed slu\u017eeb. <strong>Pokud byste <\/strong>tedy <strong>pracovali v N\u011bmecku jako pe\u010dovatelka na slovenskou \u017eivnost, bylo by to neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed<\/strong>. Pokud se rozhodnete pracovat jako \u0159emesln\u00edk, mus\u00edte pracovat pro n\u011bmeckou \u017eivnost. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b byste v\u0161ak museli <strong>m\u00edt v\u00edce ne\u017e jednoho klienta<\/strong>, tj. nejm\u00e9n\u011b dva, co\u017e zase nen\u00ed v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 pro klienta, o kter\u00e9ho je pe\u010dov\u00e1no. <strong>Pokud byste hl\u00eddali d\u011bti pouze pro jednu rodinu<\/strong>, n\u011bmeck\u00e9 z\u00e1kony by to tak\u00e9 pova\u017eovaly za <strong>neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ci<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pracovn\u00ed smlouva a odvody  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Pokud m\u00e1te pracovn\u00ed smlouvu, <strong>nemus\u00edte se o placen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f starat<\/strong>, proto\u017ee to za v\u00e1s vy\u0159\u00edd\u00ed <strong>zam\u011bstnavatel<\/strong>. Poplatky za v\u00e1s plat\u00ed agentura, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1s zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 a vys\u00edl\u00e1 do zahrani\u010d\u00ed jako pe\u010dovatele. Zajist\u00ed komunikaci s p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdmi \u00fa\u0159ady a <strong>p\u0159ihl\u00e1s\u00ed v\u00e1s ke zdravotn\u00edmu i soci\u00e1ln\u00edmu poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>. Na konci ro\u010dn\u00edho z\u00fa\u010dtovac\u00edho obdob\u00ed v\u00e1m vystav\u00ed da\u0148ov\u00e9 potvrzen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 p\u0159ilo\u017e\u00edte k da\u0148ov\u00e9mu p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed. <strong>Pokud byste byli samostatn\u011b v\u00fdd\u011ble\u010dn\u011b \u010dinn\u00ed, museli byste sami platit dan\u011b<\/strong>, v\u00e9st si vlastn\u00ed \u00fa\u010detnictv\u00ed nebo si najmout \u00fa\u010detn\u00edho. Nemocenskou mus\u00edte nahl\u00e1sit tak\u00e9 sami. Atena za v\u00e1s odv\u00e1d\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky na soci\u00e1ln\u00ed zabezpe\u010den\u00ed i b\u011bhem va\u0161eho pobytu, kdy jste mimo zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a doma.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Nebudete ochuzeni ani o <strong>soci\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00e1vky,<\/strong> kter\u00e9 zahrnuj\u00ed n\u00e1rok na <strong>nemocenskou<\/strong>, <strong>dovolenou, mate\u0159skou, rodi\u010dovsk\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek a <\/strong>v budoucnu se v\u00e1m <strong>pr\u00e1ce na smlouvu vyplat\u00ed i z hlediska d\u016fchodu<\/strong>. I kdy\u017e v ml\u00e1d\u00ed obvykle nep\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edme o tom, co bude za p\u00e1r let. Pokud m\u00e1te pracovn\u00ed smlouvu, va\u0161e d\u016fchodov\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed b\u011b\u017e\u00ed bez p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed. Od agentury obdr\u017e\u00edte akreditiv, kter\u00fd slou\u017e\u00ed jako doklad o trv\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru. Tento doklad je t\u0159eba p\u0159edlo\u017eit p\u0159i pod\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti o d\u016fchod. Jedn\u00edm z nich je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed stabilita a jistota<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pracovn\u00ed smlouva je z\u00e1rukou  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Pokud se \u017eiv\u00edte prac\u00ed, <strong>nem\u00e1te jistotu, \u017ee v\u00e1m rodina osoby, o kterou pe\u010dujete, vyplat\u00ed pen\u00edze v\u010das nebo \u017ee v\u016fbec dostanete v\u00fdplatu<\/strong>. <strong>Nev\u00edte, do jak\u00e9 rodiny p\u0159ij<\/strong>dete, jak se k v\u00e1m budou chovat. Pokud chcete odjet, mus\u00edte si v\u0161e za\u0159\u00eddit sami. Odvoz, kter\u00fd Atena bez probl\u00e9m\u016f zajist\u00ed, si zaji\u0161\u0165ujete sami. Jako \u017eivnostn\u00edk plat\u00edte poplatky n\u011bmeck\u00e9 agentu\u0159e a tak\u00e9 za z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u017eivnosti.
