Je\u0161t\u011b \u017ealostn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je, \u017ee tento jev je st\u00e1le <strong>roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/strong>. Pro\u010d k n\u011bmu doch\u00e1z\u00ed a jak mu m\u016f\u017eeme <strong>p\u0159edch\u00e1zet <\/strong>?  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed &#8211; tich\u00fd zabij\u00e1k  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Term\u00edn <strong>vyho\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong> zavedl americk\u00fd psychoanalytik <strong>Herbert J. Freudenberger<\/strong> v roce 1974, kdy jej popsal v \u010dasopise Journal of Social Issues. Popsal ji prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm spolupr\u00e1ce s dobrovoln\u00edky z \u0159ad pom\u00e1haj\u00edc\u00edch profes\u00ed v za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch, kter\u00e1<strong> poskytuj\u00ed paliativn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di<\/strong> pacient\u016fm. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tito zdravotn\u00edci byli posti\u017eeni syndromem vyho\u0159en\u00ed. Je definov\u00e1na jako stav <strong>fyzick\u00e9ho, emocion\u00e1ln\u00edho, psychick\u00e9ho a ment\u00e1ln\u00edho vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou vzniku t\u00e9to nemoci je <strong>\u017eivot v usp\u011bchan\u00e9 dob\u011b<\/strong>, v n\u00ed\u017e je kladen d\u016fraz na <strong>v\u00fdkon, \u00fasp\u011bch, dosa\u017een\u00ed co nejlep\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f, nadm\u011brn\u00fd perfekcionismus bez kompenzace odpo\u010dinkem<\/strong>. Setk\u00e1v\u00e1me se s osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fdm tvrzen\u00edm &#8222;Kdo neho\u0159\u00ed, nebude ho\u0159et&#8220;. Nej\u010dast\u011bji toto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed postihuje lidi s <strong>velk\u00fdm nad\u0161en\u00edm<\/strong> pro pr\u00e1ci, kte\u0159\u00ed si toho na sv\u00e1 bedra berou hodn\u011b. Paradoxn\u011b pak tento \u010dlov\u011bk ztr\u00e1c\u00ed nad\u0161en\u00ed a nahrazuje ho frustrac\u00ed a znechucen\u00edm, nedostatkem energie a nakonec ztr\u00e1tou smyslu \u017eivota.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u011bkter\u00e9 profese jsou v\u00edce ohro\u017eeny  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed se vyskytuje tak\u00e9 v z\u00e1vislosti na <strong>povol\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9<\/strong> \u010dlov\u011bk vykon\u00e1v\u00e1. Nejv\u00edce ohro\u017euje lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed do intenzivn\u00edho kontaktu s jin\u00fdmi lidmi nebo kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed za n\u011bco velkou zodpov\u011bdnost. Tedy lid\u00e9 pracuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ve <strong>zdravotnictv\u00ed, \u0161kolstv\u00ed, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch<\/strong>. Na druhou stranu se nevyh\u00fdb\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 profesi a m\u016f\u017ee se objevit u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho bez rozd\u00edlu.  <strong>Trval\u00fd stres<\/strong> p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00fd postupn\u011b vede k jeho vzniku.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak pozn\u00e1te, \u017ee jste se chytili do pasti?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Vyho\u0159en\u00ed prov\u00e1z\u00ed \u0159ada projev\u016f a p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f. A to idealistick\u00e9 nad\u0161en\u00ed, \u010dlov\u011bk se chce rozd\u00e1vat, chce pracovat velmi intenzivn\u011b a co nejl\u00e9pe. K tomu v\u0161emu ho vede obrovsk\u00e1 touha po seberealizaci.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Emo\u010dn\u00ed a fyzick\u00e9 p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n<p>V t\u00e9to f\u00e1zi se postupn\u011b za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 projevovat vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed. Posti\u017een\u00fd si nedok\u00e1\u017ee stanovit priority, m\u00e1 pochybnosti, t\u00ed\u017e\u00ed ho \u00fanava. I v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je dobr\u00e9 obr\u00e1tit se na odborn\u00edka, co\u017e \u010dasto nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9. Tato f\u00e1ze se projevuje pop\u00edr\u00e1n\u00edm probl\u00e9mu, co\u017e je obrann\u00fd mechanismus. Na druhou stranu si v dne\u0161n\u00ed usp\u011bchan\u00e9 dob\u011b ani nev\u0161imneme sv\u00e9 pochmurn\u00e9 n\u00e1lady, kter\u00e1 postupn\u011b p\u0159er\u016fst\u00e1 v hor\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1ze.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dehumanizace druh\u00fdch lid\u00ed jako ochrana p\u0159ed vyho\u0159en\u00edm<\/h3>\n\n<p>U posti\u017een\u00e9ho lze pozorovat nen\u00e1vist a hn\u011bv v\u016f\u010di druh\u00fdm, ztr\u00e1tu z\u00e1jmu, probl\u00e9my s empati\u00ed v\u016f\u010di druh\u00fdm a z toho vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed \u0161patn\u00e9 vztahy.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e1zka proti v\u0161em a v\u0161emu &#8211; vyho\u0159en\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n<p>V posledn\u00ed f\u00e1zi se objevuje siln\u00fd negativismus a lhostejnost. Doch\u00e1z\u00ed k \u00fapln\u00e9mu zhroucen\u00ed a opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, stejn\u011b jako k n\u00e1chylnosti k somatick\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Stejn\u011b tak <strong>d\u011bl\u00edme <\/strong> <strong>probl\u00e9my<\/strong> spojen\u00e9 s t\u00edmto syndromem na:  <\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>prim\u00e1rn\u00ed &#8211; <\/strong> \u010dlov\u011bk pracuje st\u00e1le v\u00edce, ale nec\u00edt\u00ed nad\u0161en\u00ed. M\u00e1 n\u00e1ladu v\u0161eho nechat. Dokonce m\u00e1 tendenci se stimulovat l\u00e1tkami, jako je alkohol, sedativa, k\u00e1va. Za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 n\u00e1hl\u00e9 v\u00fdbuchy hn\u011bvu nebo emoc\u00ed v podob\u011b pl\u00e1\u010de.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>akutn\u00ed<\/strong> &#8211; c\u00edt\u00ed, \u017ee nedok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159ekonat hn\u011bv a vztek. Objevuj\u00ed se zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my nebo prvn\u00ed pocity, \u017ee nem\u00e1 chu\u0165 \u017e\u00edt a rad\u011bji by zem\u0159el.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>chronick\u00fd<\/strong> &#8211; vyh\u00fdb\u00e1 se pracovn\u00edm povinnostem. My\u0161lenky na smrt se stup\u0148uj\u00ed, \u010dlov\u011bk odm\u00edt\u00e1 mluvit o sv\u00fdch probl\u00e9mech s rodinou nebo odch\u00e1z\u00ed z pr\u00e1ce. Je t\u0159eba tr\u00e1vit hodn\u011b \u010dasu s bl\u00edzk\u00fdmi, s lidmi, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1me r\u00e1di. Vsa\u010fte na <strong>zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl<\/strong>. Doporu\u010dujeme j\u00edt na proch\u00e1zku a pro\u017e\u00edt <strong>pobyt v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b<\/strong>, kde na\u010derp\u00e1te energii. Ide\u00e1ln\u00edm preventivn\u00edm krokem je <strong>sportovn\u00ed aktivita <\/strong>(b\u011bh, plav\u00e1n\u00ed, j\u00f3ga). M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt cokoli, co v\u00e1s bav\u00ed. V\u011bnujte se sami sob\u011b, najd\u011bte si na sebe \u010das. Zajd\u011bte si na kosmetiku, mas\u00e1\u017e nebo na pivo s p\u0159\u00e1teli. Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je <strong>psychohygiena <\/strong>. Pokud se c\u00edt\u00edte unaven\u00ed, vezm\u011bte si p\u00e1r dn\u00ed <strong>volna<\/strong> a nav\u0161tivte <strong>vytou\u017eenou destinaci<\/strong>. Vyhn\u011bte se <strong>rutin\u011b,<\/strong> kter\u00e1 v\u00e1s ni\u010d\u00ed, a p\u0159edem si napl\u00e1nujte, jak budete tr\u00e1vit voln\u00fd \u010das. Neberte si pr\u00e1ci dom\u016f. Pokud ji\u017e nemoc\u00ed trp\u00edte, sna\u017ete se v\u011bnovat tomu, co<strong> v\u00e1s<\/strong> d\u0159\u00edve<strong> \u010dinilo \u0161\u0165astn\u00fdmi.<\/strong> Pokud m\u00e1te pocit, \u017ee pot\u0159ebujete <strong>odbornou pomoc <\/strong>, nesty\u010fte se obr\u00e1tit na <strong>psychologa nebo psychiatra<\/strong>. Pomohou v\u00e1m vr\u00e1tit se do norm\u00e1ln\u00edho \u017eivota.
