This is a<strong> crucial step<\/strong> that affects the whole subsequent life of a person and satisfaction with it. It determines how much a person will earn. Parents should get to know their children from an early age so that they can help them choose a suitable profession that will give them a decent life and something to look forward to every morning.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The indicator are hobbies  <\/h2>\n\n<p>It is essential to find out what the child enjoys doing, what <strong>hobbies<\/strong> he or she has and what he or she has natural talents and abilities for. From an early age, it is advisable to motivate them to find activities that will shape and <strong>develop their personality and <\/strong>character. There are different ways, rings and leisure activities. A great choice is to start doing some kind of sport, which builds in a young person a positive attitude towards endurance, combativeness, not giving up. By trying out different rings, teens get to know themselves and their predispositions. They can then decide on the right field of study.  <strong>Visits to open days<\/strong> at secondary schools as well as school fairs can be used as tools for finding the right career path.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Temporary jobs can also help  <\/h2>\n\n<p>When an adolescent reaches the age when he or she can <strong>work part-time<\/strong>, it is a good idea to take advantage of this opportunity. It&#8217;s a chance to try out real work, gain<strong> experience<\/strong> in a real work environment, get familiar with <strong>work habits<\/strong>, learn something new, acquire new <strong>skills<\/strong> and of course earn some money. At the same time, he learns what work entails and that it takes effort and effort to earn money. Thanks to this, he can appreciate the money he earns. As you can see, temping brings many benefits. During the course of this, and also by trying out different activities and hobbies, it is possible to discover what interests a person and which occupations he would enjoy pursuing as an adult and, conversely, what would not be fulfilling for him.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Education system  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Choosing a career starts while you are still in primary school. The school system is not always ideally set up. More time should be devoted to <strong>the teaching of computer science<\/strong>, so that pupils gain an insight into the world of modern digital technologies that rule the world and learn how to navigate the IT world. It is desirable to focus more attention on <strong>financial literacy as well as <\/strong> <strong>practical education<\/strong> and the acquisition of manual skills. The children themselves need to be informed about what opportunities they have in the future and what all the professions are, because many of them are very unlikely to have any idea. The world is constantly evolving and the job market offers many new jobs.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inspiring countries  <\/h2>\n\n<p>A good example of a country that has good preparation for a future profession is <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/blog\/en\/the-swiss-education-system-what-are-its-advantages\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\n  <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#2100a5\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Switzerland<\/mark>\n<\/a>. It has developed <strong>dual education<\/strong>, where a pupil learns directly in a company where he or she can be employed after leaving school. In <strong>America<\/strong>, popular school subjects include <strong>computer science, business management,<\/strong> law or the arts. In <strong>Germany<\/strong>, after the first cycle of education, pupils decide whether their steps will lead them to a mainstream school (for underachievers with learning difficulties), a real school (specialising in economics and English) or a grammar school. Education is quite related to that of our neighbour, Switzerland. <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/blog\/en\/craft-has-a-golden-bottom\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#2201a6\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Craftsmen<\/mark> <\/a>Here they have a significant <strong>social status<\/strong>. In <strong>Estonia<\/strong>, which has one of the best school systems, the emphasis is on <strong>digital education.<\/strong> In addition to this, they also focus on <strong>critical and logical thinking<\/strong> and <strong>problem solving<\/strong>. Despite the fact that there is no marking but praise, and homework is rarely given, students excel in tests in <strong>Finland<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/pisa\/test\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\n  <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#2201a6\" class=\"has-inline-color\">PISA<\/mark>\n<\/a> (an international measure of reading, mathematics and science literacy in pupils aged 15). This is thanks to the fact that they encourage pupils in schools to be <strong>independent, project-oriented, team-oriented and active in the classroom<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>When did you figure out what you wanted to do in life?
