Offering competitive benefits can significantly increase employee satisfaction and retention.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recognition and appreciation<\/h2>\n\n<p>Recognizing and rewarding the efforts and achievements of employees is essential to maintaining high morale and motivation levels.
