It is difficult to organise it in a way that the scope, date and format suits everyone. Therefore, self-education has become a big trend.<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<p>On the basis of one&#8217;s own decision, one wants to improve and develop one&#8217;s personality. Then it&#8217;s the company&#8217;s turn with its opportunities for training. Self-development is a very important factor for improving employee motivation and consequently employee performance.<br\/>In self-education, it is important to analyse your personality and find the right motivation in yourself. You need to ask yourself under what circumstances and when you are motivated, whether you have the opportunity to develop your skills and what you would like to achieve through development, how you enjoy learning, what distracts you and how to remove it most effectively, what are your reserves that you could develop through self-learning, etc.<br\/>Intrinsic motivation is very important. Evaluate your approach to a particular task and perspective on things. If you take your mistakes as an opportunity to question your abilities, then self-education will discourage you. Believe in yourself and do not underestimate yourself. The more you tell yourself that you are not good enough, the more mistakes you will make. Concentrate on realistic steps that will help you achieve your goals. It is better to set bigger goals and take small steps to achieve them. Staying motivated is not easy, especially in difficult situations. In today&#8217;s hectic times, many people are unable to relax in their free time because they feel like they can&#8217;t keep up with anything.
