If we were to list all the improvements and achievements, this article would make a book. Instead, let&#8217;s focus on the most significant milestones that have defined 2024 for us.  <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Carers deserve a pay rise: We&#8217;ve delivered<\/h2>\n\n<p>One of our proudest accomplishments this year was increasing caregiver salaries three times in one year! These increases reflect our commitment to ensuring that the hard-working people who work with Atena are fairly compensated. We believe that caregivers deserve more than just recognition &#8211; they deserve a competitive salary that recognizes their invaluable contribution.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A referral programme like no other<\/h2>\n\n<p>In 2024, we launched a ground-breaking referral programme. This is not a standard one-off reward scheme. Instead, we provide ongoing passive income to anyone who connects us with carers. As long as the referred carer continues to work with us, the referrer continues to earn bonuses. It&#8217;s a win-win solution that builds stronger networks and long-term partnerships.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simple and affordable education<\/h2>\n\n<p>Language barriers can be challenging, but we have found a solution. This year, we partnered with a language learning app that helps our clients improve their foreign language skills quickly and with minimal effort. This tool allows individuals to communicate more effectively and opens the door to better opportunities, all at minimal cost. It&#8217;s another way we make life easier and more fulfilling.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faster and better: System improvements<\/h2>\n\n<p>Behind the scenes, we have implemented hundreds of improvements to our systems and internal processes. These improvements weren&#8217;t just about speed &#8211; they were about quality. We streamlined our operations to ensure faster service delivery without compromising on excellence. No matter which side you&#8217;re on, you&#8217;ve definitely noticed the difference.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ending a remarkable year<\/h2>\n\n<p>As 2024 draws to a close, we are proud of the progress we have made. <a href=\"\">Atena<\/a> has worked tirelessly to support caregivers and clients alike, from salary increases to passive income opportunities, from language learning tools to operational excellence. <\/p>\n\n<p>Do you want to be part of our journey?
