C&rsquo;est pourquoi l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation est l&rsquo;un des objectifs fondamentaux de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pour se d\u00e9velopper. Cela signifie que les entreprises s&rsquo;efforcent de former et de d\u00e9velopper en permanence les comp\u00e9tences de leurs employ\u00e9s, en fonction de leur fonction et de l&rsquo;orientation de l&rsquo;entreprise. L&rsquo;acquisition de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences par les employ\u00e9s est \u00e9galement \u00e9troitement li\u00e9e aux m\u00e9thodes de formation appropri\u00e9es \u00e0 utiliser. La personnalit\u00e9 du participant est analys\u00e9e en d\u00e9tail, en effectuant diverses t\u00e2ches et en r\u00e9solvant des probl\u00e8mes. Une analyse d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de la personnalit\u00e9 est effectu\u00e9e par des psychologues, des managers et d&rsquo;autres sp\u00e9cialistes.<\/li><li>\u00c9ducation dans des situations extr\u00eames (Outward Bound) &#8211; dans cette m\u00e9thode, les participants sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 des situations inhabituelles et inattendues, en se surmontant eux-m\u00eames. Par exemple, le saut en bunjee, ou l&rsquo;envoi de managers en safari o\u00f9 ils doivent chasser pour se nourrir, etc. Les gens sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre ind\u00e9pendants, \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9quipe et \u00e0 \u00eatre prudents.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>La raison la plus courante de l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement professionnel est la stagnation des employ\u00e9s, qui ne sont pas autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 progresser dans leur fonction.
