Bo\u017ei\u0107na ve\u010dera u svakoj zemlji ima malo druga\u010diji oblik, koji se temelji na specifi\u010dnim tradicijama. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bo\u017ei\u0107na ve\u010dera u Njema\u010dkoj <\/h2>\n\n<p>U Njema\u010dkoj se sve\u010dana hrana razlikuje od regije do regije. Specifi\u010dan obi\u010daj koji je tradicionalan za ovu zemlju. Ljudi se sastaju za posebnim stolom, na kojem doma\u0107in unaprijed priprema sastojke. Zatim ih svatko sam kuha u tavi. Ovaj obi\u010daj sa\u010duvan je zahvaljuju\u0107i biv\u0161oj nizozemskoj koloniji \u2013 Indoneziji.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bo\u017ei\u0107na ve\u010dera u Hrvatskoj<\/h2>\n\n<p>Posti se, pa je glavno jelo hobotnica, bakalar na razne na\u010dine ili neka druga vrsta ribe (\u0161aran, \u0161tuka) s pe\u010denim krumpirom i krumpir salatom. Zbog posta se prije polno\u0107ke nije slu\u017eilo meso. Jabuke, orasi, \u010de\u0161njak i med koje su ljudi sami uzgojili bili su dio bo\u017ei\u0107ne ve\u010dere. Paloci (etnografska skupina) jeli su \u010de\u0161njak kako bi sa\u010duvali zdravlje za idu\u0107u godinu. Svaki je \u010dlan obitelji razbio orah, a ako je bio zdrav, zna\u010dilo je da \u0107e onaj tko ga pojede biti zdrav i idu\u0107e godine. Ako su slomili lo\u0161 orah, vjerojatno su se sljede\u0107e godine razboljeli. Glava obitelji je jabuku izrezao na onoliko komada koliko je bilo ljudi za stolom. Na bo\u017ei\u0107nom stolu bila je i ka\u0161a od maka (guba) koja se prelijevala toplim slatkim mlijekom. Ponegdje su se me\u0111u bo\u017ei\u0107na jela ubrajale i prepe\u010denke od makovnja\u010de, oraha ili sira. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ve\u010dera po\u010dinje zdravicom uz \u010da\u0161u vina. Tradicionalna jela su gula\u0161 juha ili juha od kupusa s gljivama. Ponegdje se poslu\u017euju pampushiki ili bo\u017ei\u0107ni kola\u010di od \u010dokolade i oraha, ali se pripremaju i grah, le\u0107a i okruglice. Za Bugare su tipi\u010dne takozvane sarme. Ovo jelo sastoji se od ri\u017ee umotane u kiseli kupus ili li\u0161\u0107e vinove loze, obi\u010dno s mesom, ali ne na Bo\u017ei\u0107 zbog posta. Popularne su paprike punjene ri\u017eom ili grahom. Tipi\u010dna je slatka pita od bundeve &#8211; tikvenik. Ustaljena je tradicija poslu\u017eivanja nekoliko slijedova. Mora ih biti najmanje 7 (u nekim obiteljima i 9, 11 ili 13).<br\/>Priprema se i poslu\u017euje tradicionalni bugarski kruh koji se dekorira. Zove se pita. U njega se umetne nov\u010di\u0107. Ka\u017ee se da \u0107e onaj tko dobije dio s nov\u010di\u0107em imati sre\u0107e cijelu idu\u0107u godinu. Zanimljivost je da se stol nakon ve\u010dere ne \u010disti, ve\u0107 se tako ostavlja cijelu no\u0107.
