Malo je poslodavaca i tvrtki koje mogu stambeno zbrinuti svoje radnike. Dostupne su vam dvije vrste doprinosa. Doplatak za potporu pokretljivosti radi rada i dodatak za selidbu radi rada. Koja je razlika me\u0111u njima? <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Doprinos potpori mobilnosti za rad <\/h2>\n\n<p>Ova naknada slu\u017ei za pla\u0107anje odre\u0111enog iznosa tro\u0161kova stanovanja vezanih uz promjenu prebivali\u0161ta temeljem zapo\u0161ljavanja. Naknada se prima najmanje <strong>\u0161est mjeseci<\/strong> . Uvjet je da ste najmanje <strong>tri mjeseca<\/strong> tra\u017eitelj zaposlenja u evidenciji nadle\u017enog zavoda za zapo\u0161ljavanje. Zahtjev za <strong>naknadu mora se pismeno prijaviti uredu u roku od tri mjeseca<\/strong> od dana brisanja iz evidencije kandidata za posao. Za prihva\u0107anje Va\u0161e prijave potrebni su <strong>dokument o promjeni prebivali\u0161ta<\/strong> ili <strong>prijava boravi\u0161ta<\/strong> te ugovor o radu. <\/p>\n\n<p>Posao koji je razlog va\u0161eg preseljenja mora biti najmanje <strong>50 kilometara<\/strong> udaljen od va\u0161eg izvornog mjesta stanovanja. Financijska sredstva za stanovanje osiguravaju se za mjese\u010dne tro\u0161kove najamnine i tro\u0161kove vezane uz kori\u0161tenje stana. <strong>Pisani ugovor<\/strong> o davanju doprinosa sklapa se izme\u0111u ureda i zaposlenika. Naknada se ispla\u0107uje najdu\u017ee <strong>\u0161est mjeseci<\/strong> . Ako je zaposlenik bio <strong>kandidat u nepovoljnom polo\u017eaju<\/strong> prije pronalaska posla, naknada \u0107e se ispla\u0107ivati <strong>sljede\u0107ih \u0161est mjeseci<\/strong> . Iznos doprinosa je <strong>80%<\/strong> iznosa tro\u0161kova stanovanja, a najvi\u0161e \u0161to se mo\u017ee dati je <strong>400 eura<\/strong> . Ako se radi o supru\u017eniku i oboje ispunjavaju zadane uvjete, iznosi do <strong>600 \u20ac<\/strong> . <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tko se kvalificira kao tra\u017eitelj posla u nepovoljnom polo\u017eaju? <\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n<li>je mla\u0111i od 26 godina i zavr\u0161io je stru\u010dno osposobljavanje prije najmanje dvije godine i od tada nije imao redoviti pla\u0107eni posao,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ima preko 50 godina, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bio u registru podnositelja zahtjeva najmanje 12 mjeseci, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ste\u010deno ni\u017ee obrazovanje od srednje stru\u010dne \u0161kole, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nije imao redovno pla\u0107en posao 12 kalendarskih mjeseci prije upisa u registar kandidata (smatra se da je takav rad trajao najmanje \u0161est mjeseci), <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>je dr\u017eavljanin tre\u0107e zemlje koji je dobio azil,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>je samac odrasla osoba s jednom ili dvije uzdr\u017eavane osobe, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ima invaliditet. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Naknada za selidbu radi posla <\/h2>\n\n<p>Zavod za rad ovu naknadu daje i za pokrivanje tro\u0161kova vezanih uz promjenu mjesta stanovanja radi dobivanja posla. Pla\u0107a se najmanje <strong>\u0161est mjeseci<\/strong> . Podnositelj zahtjeva za ovu naknadu morao je biti <strong>tri mjeseca<\/strong> u evidenciji kandidata za posao, a zahtjev za naknadu du\u017ean je podnijeti u roku od <strong>\u0161est mjeseci<\/strong> od dana brisanja iz evidencije, kako bi se njegovom zahtjevu moglo udovoljiti. Zahtjevu za doplatak potrebno je prilo\u017eiti <strong>dokument o promjeni prebivali\u0161ta<\/strong> i ugovor o radu. Me\u0111utim, to mjesto mora biti najmanje <strong>70 kilometara<\/strong> udaljeno od mjesta prvobitnog stanovanja. I u tom slu\u010daju izme\u0111u ureda i zaposlenika sklopit \u0107e se pisani ugovor o isplati naknade. Naknada se mo\u017ee koristiti najvi\u0161e <strong>dvije godine<\/strong> u maksimalnom iznosu od <strong>4.000 \u20ac<\/strong> . Ako su podnositelji zahtjeva supru\u017enici, a oboje ispunjavaju uvjete za duljinu registracije, iznos je <strong>6.000 \u20ac<\/strong> . <\/p>\n\n<p>Ako ispunjavate gore navedene kriterije, mo\u017eete podnijeti zahtjev za ove stambene naknade kod nadle\u017enog tijela i koristiti ih.
