Razlog je taj \u0161to prehrana izravno utje\u010de na <strong>zdravlje, kondiciju i ukupnu kvalitetu \u017eivota<\/strong> osobe. Tako\u0111er slu\u017ei kao prevencija raznih bolesti, ali i pothranjenosti. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Redovitost i raznolikost <\/h2>\n\n<p>Redovitost i raznovrsnost igraju va\u017enu ulogu u prehrani starijih . Dnevni jelovnik trebao bi se sastojati od nekoliko <strong>manjih porcija.<\/strong> Raznolikost se sastoji u konzumiranju <strong>raznovrsne hrane<\/strong> \u2013 \u017eitarica, kruha, tjestenine, ri\u017ee, mesa, ribe, mahunarki, mlije\u010dnih proizvoda, vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a.
