Cilj je poni\u017eavanje ili protjerivanje doti\u010dne osobe iz radnog okru\u017eenja. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i primjeri uklju\u010duju npr. ukazivanje na pogre\u0161ke, zastra\u0161ivanje, neadekvatnu podjelu zadataka me\u0111u kolegama, neodobravanje odmora, prisilni prekovremeni rad, pretjeranu kontrolu, prisvajanje podre\u0111enih ideja, opstrukciju napredovanja u karijeri ili prijetnje prekidom radnog odnosa.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tamo gdje je \u017ertva, po\u010dinitelj \u0107e biti prona\u0111en<\/h2>\n\n<p>Kako je mogu\u0107e da samo neki ljudi do\u017eivljavaju mobing, a drugi uop\u0107e ne? Mnogo puta to je u osobnom stavu svakog od nas. Ukratko, ne mo\u017eete biti maltretirani. Zato je izuzetno va\u017eno da se oslobodi uloge \u017ertve u prvom redu. Jer postoje slu\u010dajevi kad osoba promijeni posao zbog maltretiranja, a u novom joj ve\u0107 neko vrijeme ide dobro. Me\u0111utim, nakon nekog vremena, mnogi se na\u0111u u potpuno istoj situaciji kao i oni na starom radnom mjestu.<\/p>\n\n<p>Zajedni\u010dka karakteristika je razlika u odnosu na ostale \u010dlanove tima. \u017drtve su uglavnom ljudi koji:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>su sami (\u017eena iz \u010disto mu\u0161kog kolektiva ili obrnuto),<\/li><li>su upadljivi (npr. o\u0161te\u0107enje govora),<\/li><li>su uspje\u0161ni (npr. promocija),<\/li><li>su novi na radnom mjestu.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Ne mo\u017eemo to\u010dno identificirati tipi\u010dnog po\u010dinitelja mobinga. Ipak, nalazimo odre\u0111ene sli\u010dne karakteristike kao \u0161to su npr. sklonost agresivnom pona\u0161anju. Mogu biti mirni karijeristi koji svoj uspjeh \u017eele posti\u0107i na \u0161tetu drugih. Ili su zavidni, ili oni koji \u010deznu za mo\u0107i i uzvi\u0161uju se prema drugim kolegama.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako je po\u017ear, vatra se ne\u0107e ugasiti kada zatvorite o\u010di<\/h2>\n\n<p>Prema istra\u017eivanjima, otprilike 17% radnika do\u017eivjelo je maltretiranje na radnom mjestu. Mobing je \u010desto skriven, \u0161to njegov utjecaj na \u017ertvu \u010dini sve ozbiljnijim. Predstavlja veliki psiholo\u0161ki napad, kada pojedinac postaje nestabilniji, osjetljiviji i \u010dak pretjerano upla\u0161en. Mo\u017ee se manifestirati u obliku fizi\u010dkih pote\u0161ko\u0107a kao \u0161to su nesanica, gubitak apetita, migrene, vrtoglavica ili palpitacije.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u0160to je kompanija ve\u0107a, to su vi\u0161e razli\u010dite osobnosti. Ovo je izazovan proces za odr\u017eavanje zdrave korporativne kulture koja promi\u010de otvorenu komunikaciju i prijateljstva. Podr\u017eava moralne vrijednosti i tjera zaposlenike da po\u0161tuju druge.
