Pristojni, najbolji uvjeti pla\u0107a dominiraju u zemljama Zapadne Europe, u Njema\u010dkoj, Belgiji i Nizozemskoj. Zemlje s niskim pla\u0107ama <strong>op\u0107enito imaju nizak \u017eivotni standard<\/strong> , pate od siroma\u0161tva i ukupnih socioekonomskih problema.
