Ljudi se sve vi\u0161e odlu\u010duju registrirati kao samozaposleni, ne po\u0161tuju\u0107i uvijek sve zakonske uvjete, umjesto da postanu samozaposleni. Ova promjena pravnog statusa mnogih radnika otvara mnoga pitanja o budu\u0107nosti rada i kako bismo trebali percipirati radne odnose.<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Za\u0161to je uop\u0107e nastao ovaj trend?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Porezni sustav mnogih zemalja EU-a postavljen je tako da <strong>favorizira samozaposlene osobe<\/strong> . Glavni cilj je podr\u017eati startupove, mala poduze\u0107a i neovisne izvo\u0111a\u010de. No, unato\u010d tim dobrim namjerama, mnogi su po\u010deli <strong>zlorabiti<\/strong> ovaj sustav, bilo za ni\u017ee poreze ili druge porezne olak\u0161ice.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Za\u0161to se ovaj trend nastavlja?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Mnogi poslodavci <strong>suradnju sa samozaposlenim osobama vide kao povoljniju<\/strong> . Ne moraju im jam\u010diti stalno radno vrijeme, praznike, niti ulagati u opremu. Osim toga, ako trebaju smanjiti broj zaposlenih, lak\u0161e je sa samostalnim poduzetnicima. Me\u0111utim, mnoge pojedince privla\u010de trgova\u010dki poslovi zbog ve\u0107eg neto prihoda, ali \u010desto zanemaruju <strong>dugoro\u010dne nedostatke<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Usporedba broja samozaposlenih u razli\u010ditim zemljama:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Kada pogledamo podatke o broju samozaposlenih u pojedinim zemljama EU, dobivamo zanimljivu sliku. U Hrvatskoj bilje\u017eimo porast broja samozaposlenih \u017eena sa 7% na 15% i mu\u0161karaca sa 15% na 20%. U drugim zemljama taj pomak mo\u017eda nije toliko zna\u010dajan. Me\u0111utim, postoje zemlje sa znatno ve\u0107im udjelom samozaposlenih osoba. U Gr\u010dkoj to predstavlja 19% \u017eena i 32% mu\u0161karaca, u Italiji je 14% \u017eena i 24% mu\u0161karaca, au Poljskoj 13% \u017eena i 22% mu\u0161karaca. Na prvi pogled mo\u017ee se \u010diniti da ti brojevi i nisu tako visoki. Kada ste zaposleni, imate pravnu podr\u0161ku i sigurnost. Ovim koracima EU jasno daje do znanja da podr\u017eava <strong>pravedne radne uvjete za sve svoje gra\u0111ane<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.org\">Atenin<\/a> polo\u017eaj<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>U <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.org\">Ateni<\/a> cijenimo transparentnost i po\u0161tenje u na\u0161im radnim odnosima.
