Ili da su umjesto vas promovirali nekog drugog na poziciju iz snova? I sve to usprkos \u010dinjenici da prvi dolazite na posao i zadnji odlazite. Pred 5000 zaposlenika i menad\u017eera dali su jednostavan zadatak &#8211; morali su ocijeniti radni u\u010dinak svog \u0161efa i sebe. Morali su odgovoriti i na nekoliko pitanja o svojim radnim navikama. Do kakvog su zaklju\u010dka do\u0161li? Najuspje\u0161niji nisu zaposlenici koji su najvi\u0161e vremena proveli na poslu. Za u\u010dinkovitost i uspje\u0161nost zaposlenika puno je va\u017enije da nau\u010de raditi ispravno (\u201es razumom\u201c).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako raditi ispravno? Strast i svrha!<\/h3>\n\n<p>Prestanite kriviti svog \u0161efa ili kolege i usredoto\u010dite se na posao. Odaberite dijelove svog posla u kojima u\u017eivate, koje radite s veseljem i stra\u0161\u0107u. Ako u\u017eivate u svom poslu, radit \u0107ete lak\u0161e, u\u010dinkovitije, br\u017ee i ujedno bolje. Usmjerite svoju pa\u017enju i strast na svrhovite radne zadatke koji imaju visoku dodanu vrijednost za poslodavca. Uspijete li svoju strast prema poslu povezati sa svrhovito\u0161\u0107u utro\u0161enog vremena, dobrih rezultata ne\u0107e nedostajati. Mislite li da tako ne\u0161to ne\u0107e biti mogu\u0107e u va\u0161em slu\u010daju? Da vam je te\u0161ko zavoljeti sadr\u017eaj posla kojim se bavite? Ne morate odmah promijeniti posao. Stru\u010dnjaci savjetuju da u svom poslu na\u0111ete barem jednu konkretnu aktivnost koju volite raditi, u kojoj nalazite zadovoljstvo i kroz nju prona\u0111ete novi smisao u svom poslu.<\/p>\n\n<p>Nemojte se bojati re\u0107i &#8220;ne&#8221; svom \u0161efu uz stalnu navalu novih zadataka. Nakon toga, me\u0111utim, vrlo je va\u017eno da komunicirate sa svojim nadre\u0111enim. Navedite razlog za\u0161to odbijate novi anga\u017eman \u2013 recite mu da \u017eelite raditi u\u010dinkovito i da bi dodjeljivanje novih zadataka uzrokovalo da se ne biste u potpunosti posvetili poslu.
