Za rad no\u0107u postoji dodatna naknada od 50% osnovne pla\u0107e. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Odmor<\/h2>\n\n<p>U prvih \u0161est mjeseci radnik ima pravo na godi\u0161nji odmor prema trajanju radnog odnosa. Za svaki odra\u0111eni mjesec zaposlenik ima pravo na 2 dana godi\u0161njeg odmora. Od druge godine ima pravo na puni godi\u0161nji odmor od najmanje 5 tjedana (30 radnih dana), a nakon 25 godina radnog sta\u017ea ima pravo na 6 tjedana (36 radnih dana). Osobe s invaliditetom i maloljetnici nemaju pravo na vi\u0161e dana godi\u0161njeg odmora, osim ako kolektivnim ugovorom ili ugovorom o radu nije druga\u010dije odre\u0111eno.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimalna pla\u0107a i 13. i 14. pla\u0107a<\/h2>\n\n<p>Minimalna pla\u0107a u Austriji nije \u010dvrsto utvr\u0111ena zakonom, regulirana je kolektivnim ugovorima.
