Znate li na \u0161to imate pravo ako imate ugovor s njema\u010dkim poslodavcem?   <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tijekom vremena<\/h2>\n\n<p>Prosje\u010dno radno vrijeme je 8 sati dnevno. Prema zakonu, radnim danom se smatraju svi dani od ponedjeljka do subote, a radnim danom se smatra i subota. Ovo radno vrijeme mo\u017ee se iznimno produ\u017eiti do najvi\u0161e 10 sati dnevno. Ovo ograni\u010denje je fiksno i ne mo\u017ee se prekora\u010diti ni pod kojim okolnostima tijekom uobi\u010dajenog radnog vremena (6 radnih dana = maksimalno 60 sati).    Za prekovremeni rad dobit \u0107ete dodatak od 15-40% redovne pla\u0107e, ovisno o tome \u0161to je navedeno u radnom ili kolektivnom ugovoru. Prema zakonu, pravo na pla\u0107u prekovremenog rada ne proizlazi. U pravilu se prekovremeni sati mogu zbrajati i nadoknaditi u obliku nadoknade slobodnog vremena. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rad preko vikenda<\/h2>\n\n<p>Ne postoji pravo na dodatnu pla\u0107u za <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/\">rad<\/a><\/strong> nedjeljom, ve\u0107 samo pravo na slobodno vrijeme. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rad no\u0107u<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pravo na dodatak za <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/praca?page=1&amp;limit=20\">rad<\/a><\/strong> no\u0107u iznosi do 25% va\u017ee\u0107e minimalne pla\u0107e. Ovisi o ugovoru s poslodavcem, jer po zakonu imate pravo na odsustvo, a ne na naknadu za rad no\u0107u. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Odmor<\/h2>\n\n<p>Zaposlenik ima puno pravo na <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/benefit\">godi\u0161nji odmor<\/a><\/strong> nakon \u0161est mjeseci rada. U slu\u010daju 6-dnevnog radnog tjedna ima pravo na godi\u0161nji odmor od najmanje 24 dana, a u slu\u010daju 5-dnevnog radnog tjedna na najmanje 20 dana godi\u0161njeg odmora. Tijekom probnog rada zaposlenik ima pravo na 2 dana godi\u0161njeg odmora za svaki odra\u0111eni mjesec ili bez godi\u0161njeg odmora, ovisno o konkretnom poslodavcu. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. i 14. pla\u0107a<\/h2>\n\n<p>Ovisi o konkretnom poslodavcu, ho\u0107e li 13.\na 14. plat vypl\u00e1ca.  Me\u0111utim, op\u0107enito, zaposlenici s punim radnim vremenom imaju pravo 13. pla\u0107a nakon \u0161est mjeseci rada. Radi se o skra\u0107enom radnom vremenu 13. pla\u0107a u razmjernom dijelu radnog vremena. Isplata  14. pla\u0107a nije fiksna. Odre\u0111en je za razdoblje godi\u0161njeg odmora, a njegov iznos varira.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PN (invaliditet)<\/h2>\n\n<p>U slu\u010daju bolesti, radnik mora \u0161to prije obavijestiti poslodavca o svojoj sprije\u010denosti za rad i njezinom o\u010dekivanom trajanju. U slu\u010daju bolovanja du\u017eeg od 3 dana, zaposlenik je du\u017ean dostaviti lije\u010dni\u010dku potvrdu najkasnije sljede\u0107i radni dan. Poslodavac ispla\u0107uje 100% redovne pla\u0107e prvih 6 tjedana, zatim socijalno osiguranje ispla\u0107uje 70% pla\u0107e. Za vrijeme trajanja va\u0161e nesposobnosti za rad ne mo\u017eete napustiti Njema\u010dku bez pristanka dru\u0161tva za zdravstveno osiguranje kako biste izbjegli financijski gubitak. U suprotnom mo\u017eete izgubiti pravo na beneficije.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obiteljski dodaci<\/h2>\n\n<p>Od 1. sije\u010dnja 2018. mogu\u0107e je podnijeti zahtjev za dje\u010dji doplatak 6 mjeseci unatrag od mjeseca u kojem su njema\u010dke vlasti prihvatile zahtjev. Za njema\u010dke obiteljske dodatke mo\u017eete se prijaviti do 18.   godine starosti djeteta, odn do svoje 25  godine, ako je redoviti student na fakultetu.<br\/>Iznos obiteljskog dodatka ovisi o dobi djeteta: <\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>na 1.\na 2. die\u0165a &#8211; 219\u20ac <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>za 3. dijete &#8211; 225\u20ac <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>za 4. i svako drugo dijete &#8211; 250\u20ac <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Doplate za ljetovanje<\/h2>\n\n<p>U Njema\u010dkoj nema zakonske naknade za godi\u0161nji odmor, jer u na\u010delu postoji zabrana rada praznicima. S izuzetkom nekih zanimanja, u koje spadaju, primjerice, dadilje.  Me\u0111utim, ako je tako napisano u radnom ili kolektivnom ugovoru, zaposlenici imaju pravo na 25% dodatka na pla\u0107u. Dr\u017eavni praznici u Njema\u010dkoj su: <\/p>\n\n<p>Nova godina &#8211; 1. sije\u010dnja<\/p>\n\n<p>Tri kralja &#8211; 6. sije\u010dnja (samo u Baden-W\u00fcrttembergu, Bavarskoj i Saskoj-Anhalt)<\/p>\n\n<p>Me\u0111unarodni dan \u017eena &#8211; 8 o\u017eujka (samo u Berlinu)<\/p>\n\n<p>Veliki petak (pokretni blagdan) <\/p>\n\n<p>Uskrsna nedjelja (pokretni praznik i samo u Brandenburgu)<\/p>\n\n<p>Uskrsni ponedjeljak (pokretni blagdan)<\/p>\n\n<p>Praznik rada &#8211; 1. svibanj<\/p>\n\n<p>Uza\u0161a\u0161\u0107e Gospodnje (pokretni blagdan) <\/p>\n\n<p>Duhovna nedjelja (pokretni praznik i samo u Brandenburgu)<\/p>\n\n<p>Duhovski ponedjeljak (pokretni praznik)<\/p>\n\n<p>Tijelovo (pokretni blagdan i samo u Baden-W\u00fcrttembergu, Bavarskoj, Hessenu, Sjevernoj Rajni-Vestfaliji, Porajnju-Fala\u010dkoj, Saarlandu i dijelovima Saske i Tiringije)<\/p>\n\n<p>Augsbur\u0161ki festival mira &#8211; 8. kolovoz (samo u Augsburgu, Bavarska)<\/p>\n\n<p>Uza\u0161a\u0161\u0107e Djevice Marije &#8211; 15 kolovoz (samo u Saarlandu i nekim dijelovima Bavarske)<\/p>\n\n<p>Svjetski dan djeteta &#8211; 20 rujna (samo u regiji Th\u00fcringen)<\/p>\n\n<p>Dan njema\u010dkog ujedinjenja &#8211; 3. listopad<\/p>\n\n<p>Dan reformacije &#8211; 31 listopada (samo u Brandenburgu, Mecklenburg-Vorpommernu, Saskoj, Saskoj-Anhaltu, Tiringiji, Bremenu, Donjoj Saskoj, Hamburgu i Schleswig-Holsteinu)<\/p>\n\n<p>Svi sveti &#8211; 1. studeni<\/p>\n\n<p>Dan kajanja i namaza &#8211; 21. studeni (samo u Saarlandu)<\/p>\n\n<p>1. Bo\u017ei\u0107ni blagdani &#8211; 25 prosinac<\/p>\n\n<p>2. Bo\u017ei\u0107ni blagdani &#8211; 26 prosinac<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rodiljna\/roditeljska naknada<\/h2>\n\n<p>Roditeljski dopust i zaposlenicama i zaposlenicima pru\u017ea ne samo mogu\u0107nost skrbi o djetetu, ve\u0107 i mogu\u0107nost rada na pola radnog vremena. Tako se mogu posvetiti svom djetetu, a istovremeno i\u0107i u korak sa svojim radnim vijekom. Svaki roditelj ima pravo na roditeljski dopust do navr\u0161ene 3 godine \u017eivota djeteta. Zakon o za\u0161titi majke i djeteta \u0161titi trudnicu i majku od otkaza, au mnogim slu\u010dajevima i od mogu\u0107eg smanjenja primanja. Porodiljni dopust obi\u010dno po\u010dinje 6 tjedana prije o\u010dekivanog datuma poroda i zavr\u0161ava 8 tjedana nakon poroda. Majci se stoga ispla\u0107uje pla\u0107a u iznosu od 100% njezine redovne pla\u0107e u razdoblju od 14 tjedana. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mirovina<\/h2>\n\n<p>Gra\u0111ani \u010diji sta\u017e osiguranja traje 45 godina mogu u mirovinu sa 65 godina. Dob za odlazak u mirovinu od 67 godina odnosi se na one \u010diji sta\u017e osiguranja traje najmanje 35 godina.
