Ta je predrasuda razumljiva, jer automatski proizlazi iz \u010dinjenice da isto\u010dna Europa jo\u0161 uvijek zaostaje za zapadnom u op\u0107em razvoju. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ovu predrasudu mogu\u0107e je pogledati i iz drugog kuta. Povijesno gledano, obrtni\u0161tvo i ru\u010dni rad imaju zna\u010dajnu tradiciju u srednjoj i isto\u010dnoj Europi. Ovi radnici su stvarno vje\u0161ti i imaju <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">spretnost u rukama<\/a> . Posebno u podru\u010djima kao \u0161to su proizvodnja, proizvodnja, in\u017eenjering, gra\u0111evinarstvo, skladi\u0161ta&#8230; <\/p>\n\n<p>Jo\u0161 jedna \u010dinjenica je da su mnogi radnici koji putuju u zemlje poput Nizozemske ili Njema\u010dke spremni &#8220;relaksirati&#8221; svoja potra\u017eivanja i raditi poslove koji ne odgovaraju njihovim kvalifikacijama. Postoji nekoliko uzroka. Prvo, mnogi ne vladaju dovoljno doma\u0107im jezikom. To ih sprje\u010dava da u potpunosti primijene svoje kvalifikacije. Drugo, ti su radnici spremni prihvatiti niskokvalificirane poslove s ni\u017eom pla\u0107om jer se nadaju da \u0107e kasnije u budu\u0107nosti dobiti bolji posao. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PREDRASUDA br. 2 : Slaba razina jezika <\/h2>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p> A \u0161to je s jezi\u010dnim barijerama, ho\u0107e li zaposlenik razumjeti \u0161to njegov posao podrazumijeva?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Komunikacija na radnom mjestu s nadre\u0111enim je jako va\u017ena, \u010dak i unutar tima je bolje kada se zaposlenici razumiju i rade kao tim, \u0161to mo\u017ee donijeti bolje rezultate tvrtki.<\/p>\n\n<p>Podrazumijeva se da ako osoba \u017eeli otputovati u inozemstvo zbog posla, mora biti sposobna pregovarati u uobi\u010dajenim situacijama. Svjesni su toga i ljudi iz srednje i isto\u010dne Europe, \u010dija je jezi\u010dna pismenost svake godine na sve vi\u0161oj razini. Jednostavno su svjesni da s barem jednim svjetskim jezikom imaju puno ve\u0107e \u0161anse <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aplicirati u inozemstvu<\/a> , u ovom slu\u010daju u zapadnoj Europi, koja je vrlo atraktivna radna destinacija. <\/p>\n\n<p>Primjerice, takvi radnici iz Rumunjske. Svjesni su da se rumunjskim mogu sporazumijevati samo u Rumunjskoj, stoga se znanje svjetskog jezika automatski podrazumijeva. Op\u0107enito, \u0161to je neka dr\u017eava u srednjoj i isto\u010dnoj Europi sredi\u0161nja, to je bolje znanje engleskog jezika. Engleski\/njema\u010dki jezik ve\u0107 je obavezan u osnovnim \u0161kolama, a sve vi\u0161e se uvodi iu vrti\u0107e. Prioritetno znanje i obavezna nastava ruskog jezika je iskustvo u postsovjetskim zemljama, ili nostalgija za starije generacije&#8230;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PREDRASUDA 3: Nedovoljna disciplina i druga\u010diji mentalitet <\/h2>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p> Jesu li radnici iz ovih zemalja disciplinirani, ne\u0107e li biti problemati\u010dni?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Ta je predrasuda gotovo uvijek suprotna stvarnosti. Ako opet pogledamo iz povijesti, ljudi iz postsovjetskih zemalja su izuzetno disciplinirani. Proizlazi iz nekada\u0161njeg strogog politi\u010dko-socijalnog re\u017eima, utemeljenog na ispunjavanju planova, standarda i ciljeva. Najva\u017enija je bila disciplina zaposlenika na radnom mjestu.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tako\u0111er je potrebno shvatiti da ve\u0107ina ljudi ne ostavlja svoju obitelj tisu\u0107ama kilometara kako bi stvarala probleme. Odlaze kako bi dobili priliku za bolji \u017eivot i poslodavac je bio zadovoljan s njima. \u017dele napraviti dobru evidenciju kako bi imali najve\u0107u mogu\u0107u sigurnost posla i na taj na\u010din bili vrijednost tvrtke koja im je dala priliku za dobro pla\u0107en posao.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A sada neke \u010dinjenice o ljudima koje tra\u017eimo posao u zapadnoj Europi<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. VISOKO SU MOTIVIRANI <\/h3>\n\n<p>Iskreno govore\u0107i, u inozemstvu zara\u0111uju vi\u0161e nego kod ku\u0107e i tako pre\u017eivljavaju svoju obitelj. Stoga im je jako stalo do posla, trude se dobiti dobru ocjenu. Oni su stoga stvarno motivirani da daju sve od sebe. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. RADE I KADA TO UKU\u0106ANSTVU NE ODGOVARA <\/h3>\n\n<p>Praznici, sezona godi\u0161njih odmora, prekovremeni rad. Odbijaju li ih lokalni zaposlenici? Ljudi iz isto\u010dne i srednje Europe rado \u0107e ih uzeti, imaju priliku zaraditi vi\u0161e i tako pokriti nedostatak radne snage u kriti\u010dnim razdobljima.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. OBRAZOVANJE I STRU\u010cNOST <\/h3>\n\n<p>U pro\u0161lom politi\u010dko-dru\u0161tvenom re\u017eimu velik naglasak stavljen je na podru\u010dje obrazovanja i ta se tradicija nastavlja. Sveu\u010dili\u0161ni sustav u srednjoj i isto\u010dnoj Europi je zna\u010dajan, pristupa\u010dan i specijaliziran za in\u017eenjerstvo i znanost. Na primjer, u Ukrajini je za diplomu prvostupnika informatike potrebno \u010detiri godine obuke, \u0161to je vi\u0161e nego u drugim zemljama.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. OBOGA\u0106UJU KOLEKTIV<\/h3>\n\n<p>Kada zaposlenici po\u010dnu pri\u010dati o svojoj kulturi i tradiciji, to je po\u010detak novih odnosa. \u010cak i ako poslodavca u po\u010detku zabrinjavaju razli\u010ditosti, ubrzo \u0107e otkriti da te razli\u010ditosti i ljudska znati\u017eelja zapravo spajaju, oboga\u0107uju i ja\u010daju njegov tim. Razlike u kulturi nisu tako velike i op\u0107enito se mo\u017ee govoriti o kulturnoj sli\u010dnosti zapadne i isto\u010dne Europe.
