Ovo stanje mo\u017ee zakomplicirati svakodnevne aktivnosti. Poga\u0111a mnoge ljude, osobito kako stare. Razumijevanje artritisa kuka poma\u017ee u boljem upravljanju njegovim simptomima. Redovita tjelovje\u017eba ima klju\u010dnu ulogu u smanjenju boli i pobolj\u0161anju pokretljivosti. Danas \u0107emo razgovarati o tome kako mo\u017eete pomo\u0107i starijim osobama o kojima brinete da im olak\u0161aju bol.     <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zna\u010denje vje\u017ebanja<\/h2>\n\n<p>Vje\u017ebanje je vrlo va\u017eno za osobe s artritisom kuka. Ja\u010da mi\u0161i\u0107e oko zgloba kuka. Ja\u010di mi\u0161i\u0107i bolje podupiru zglob i smanjuju bol. Vje\u017ebanje tako\u0111er pobolj\u0161ava fleksibilnost i raspon pokreta, \u010dine\u0107i dnevne aktivnosti lak\u0161im. Evo nekoliko primjera onoga \u0161to mo\u017eete u\u010diniti. <strong>Uvijek se posavjetujte sa zdravstvenim radnikom<\/strong> prije po\u010detka bilo kojeg programa vje\u017ebanja.     <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nje\u017eno zagrijavanje<\/h2>\n\n<p>Zapo\u010dnite s laganim vje\u017ebama zagrijavanja kako biste pripremili mi\u0161i\u0107e i zglobove. Zagrijavanje pove\u0107ava protok krvi i smanjuje uko\u010denost. Evo nekoliko jednostavnih vje\u017ebi:  <\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hodanje u mjestu<\/strong> : Dok stojite, naizmjeni\u010dno podi\u017eite koljena. Radite ovu vje\u017ebu 2-3 minute. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kru\u017eenje kukovima<\/strong> : neka osoba stoji sa stopalima u \u0161irini ramena. Pomi\u010dite kukove kru\u017enim pokretima, prvo u smjeru kazaljke na satu, zatim u suprotnom smjeru. Ponovite 10 puta na svaku stranu.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vje\u017ebe ja\u010danja<\/h2>\n\n<p>Vje\u017ebe ja\u010danja grade mi\u0161i\u0107e oko zgloba kuka koji pru\u017eaju bolju potporu. Evo nekoliko u\u010dinkovitih vje\u017ebi ja\u010danja: <\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mostovi<\/strong> : Postavite seniora na le\u0111a sa savijenim koljenima i stopalima na podu. Podignite kukove prema stropu, zadr\u017eite se nekoliko sekundi, a zatim ih spustite natrag. Ponovite 10 do 15 puta.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bo\u010dno podizanje nogu<\/strong> : Postavite seniora na jednu stranu s ravnim nogama. Podignite gornju nogu \u0161to je vi\u0161e mogu\u0107e, zadr\u017eite nekoliko sekundi, a zatim je spustite. Napravite 10-15 ponavljanja na svaku stranu.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vje\u017ebe fleksibilnosti<\/h2>\n\n<p>Vje\u017ebe fleksibilnosti pobolj\u0161avaju opseg pokreta u zglobu kuka. Ove vje\u017ebe poma\u017eu smanjiti uko\u010denost i olak\u0161avaju kretanje: <\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vje\u017eba istezanja pregiba\u010da kuka<\/strong> : Senior kle\u010di na jednom koljenu s drugom nogom ispred sebe, stvaraju\u0107i kut od 90 stupnjeva. Nje\u017eno gurnite kukove prema naprijed, osje\u0107aju\u0107i rastezanje u prednjem dijelu zgloba kuka. Dr\u017eite 20-30 sekundi i zatim promijenite.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leptir rastezanje u sjede\u0107em polo\u017eaju<\/strong> : Neka stariji sjedi sa spojenim stopalima i koljenima savijenim prema van. Laktovima lagano gurnite koljena prema podu. Zadr\u017eite 20-30 sekundi.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aerobne vje\u017ebe<\/h2>\n\n<p>Aerobne vje\u017ebe pobolj\u0161avaju cjelokupnu kondiciju i poma\u017eu u odr\u017eavanju zdrave te\u017eine, smanjuju\u0107i optere\u0107enje zgloba kuka. Odaberite aktivnosti s malim u\u010dinkom kako biste izbjegli prenaprezanje: <\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hodanje<\/strong> : Hodanje je jednostavan i u\u010dinkovit na\u010din da ostanete aktivni. Po\u010dnite s kratkim \u0161etnjama i postupno pove\u0107avajte njihovu duljinu. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Plivanje<\/strong> : Plivanje je izvrsno za osobe s artritisom kuka. Voda podr\u017eava va\u0161e tijelo i smanjuje pritisak na zglobove. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Savjeti za sigurno vje\u017ebanje<\/h2>\n\n<p>Za sigurno i u\u010dinkovito vje\u017ebanje imajte na umu ove savjete:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Po\u010dnite polako<\/strong> : Po\u010dnite s vje\u017ebom niskog intenziteta i postupno pove\u0107avajte intenzitet kako postajete ja\u010di.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Slu\u0161ajte tijelo<\/strong> : Prestanite ako osoba izra\u017eava bol koja nadilazi normalnu bol u mi\u0161i\u0107ima. Guranje kroz jaku bol mo\u017ee u\u010diniti vi\u0161e \u0161tete nego koristi. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ostanite dosljedni<\/strong> : redovita tjelovje\u017eba je klju\u010dna.
