Za razliku od drugih oblika demencije, poput Alzheimerove bolesti, koja prvenstveno utje\u010de na pam\u0107enje, FTD primarno utje\u010de na frontalni i temporalni re\u017eanj mozga. Ta podru\u010dja upravljaju pona\u0161anjem, osobno\u0161\u0107u, jezikom i dono\u0161enjem odluka. Ova je razlika vrlo va\u017ena za njegovatelje i \u010dlanove obitelji. Simptomi i tijek FTD-a zna\u010dajno se razlikuju od ostalih tipova demencije.    <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Glavni simptomi frontotemporalne demencije<\/h2>\n\n<p>Jedan od prvih znakova FTD-a je primjetna promjena u osobnosti i pona\u0161anju.
