Viete, ktor\u00e9 V\u00e1m poskytuje Slovensko?<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e1ca nad\u010das<\/h2>\n\n<p>Zamestnanec nem\u00f4\u017ee odpracova\u0165 nad\u010dasy v neobmedzenom rozsahu, kedyko\u013evek mu to jeho zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e prik\u00e1\u017ee alibo kedyko\u013evek s t\u00fdm s\u00fahlas\u00ed. Zamestnanec m\u00f4\u017ee v r\u00e1mci jedn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a pracova\u0165 maxim\u00e1lne 8 hod\u00edn nad\u010das. Aj to len v obdob\u00ed 4 po sebi nasleduj\u00facich kalend\u00e1rnych mesiacov. Za cel\u00fd rok mo\u017ee se zamjestiti maksimalno 150 sati nad\u010das. Nad 150 hod\u00edn m\u00f4\u017ee iba ak s t\u00fdm s\u00fahlas\u00ed, maxim\u00e1lne v\u0161ak 400 hod\u00edn za rok. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e1ca po\u010das v\u00edkendu<\/h2>\n\n<p>N\u00e1rok na pr\u00edplatok za <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/\">pr\u00e1cu<\/a><\/strong> v sobotu av nede\u013eu m\u00e1 zamestnanec v trvalom pracovnom pomere, rovnako aj zamestnanec zamestnan\u00fd na z\u00e1klade dohody o pr\u00e1ci vykon\u00e1vanej mimo pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru. Pr\u00edplatok za pr\u00e1cu u subotu od 1. m\u00e1ja 2019 je stanoven\u00fd na 50 % minimalne mzdy za satnicu, za pracu u nedjelju 100 % minimalne mzdy za satinu.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e1ca v noci<\/h2>\n\n<p>Naknada za no\u0107nu akciju od 1. svibnja 2019. iznosi 40 % minimalnog iznosa za satnicu (pr\u00edplatok vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 1.196 \u20ac), u pr\u00edpade zamjestnanca pove\u0107an rizikov\u00fa <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/praca?page=1&amp;limit=20\">pr\u00e1cu<\/a><\/strong> je v\u00fd\u0161ka pr\u00edplatku 50 % minimalnog iznosa za satnicu (pr\u00edplatok vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 1.495 EUR). <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dovolenka<\/h2>\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00e1 d\u013a\u017eka dovolenky je najmenej 4 t\u00fd\u017edne. Dovolenka zamestnanca, ktor\u00fd do konca pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho kalend\u00e1rneho roka dov\u0155\u0161i 33 rokov je minimalno 5 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov. Od roka 2020. k zamestnancom, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa n\u00e1rok na 5 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov dovolenky pribudn\u00fa aj t\u00ed zamestnanci, ktor\u00ed dosia\u013e nedov\u0155\u0161ili 33 rokov veku, ali trvalo sa starj\u00fa o die\u0165a. N\u00e1rok na dovolenku za kalend\u00e1rny rok vznik\u00e1 tomu zamestnancovi, ktor\u00e9ho pracovn\u00fd pomer jedn\u00e9ho zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea trval nepretr\u017eite cel\u00fd kalend\u00e1rny rok a ktor\u00fd vykon\u00e1val pr\u00e1cu na z\u00e1klade tohto pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru najmenej 60 dn\u00ed u kalend\u00e1rnom roku. N\u00e1rok na pomern\u00fa \u010das\u0165 dovolenky za odpracovan\u00e9 dni je za ka\u017ed\u00fd cel\u00fd kalend\u00e1rny mesiac nepretr\u017eit\u00e9ho trvania toho ist\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru. Iskoristite ako 1\/12 dovolenky za kalend\u00e1rny rok * 20 dn\u00ed dovolenky * po\u010detnih odpracovan\u00fdch mesiacov. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. a 14. plat<\/h2>\n\n<p>D\u00f4le\u017eitou podmienkou na oslobodenie 13. platu vyplaten\u00e9ho v mesiaci j\u00fan je, \u017ee suma vyplaten\u00e9ho pe\u0148a\u017en\u00e9ho plnenia mus\u00ed by\u0165 najmenej vo v\u00fd\u0161ke priemern\u00e9ho mesa\u010dn\u00e9ho z\u00e1robku zamestnanca. Pracovnopr\u00e1vny vz\u0165ah zamestnanca u tohto zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea mus\u00ed by\u0165 do 30. travanj pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho kalend\u00e1rneho roka nepretr\u017eite aspo\u0148 24 mjeseca. prije 14. plo\u010da mus\u00ed by\u0165 pracovnopr\u00e1vny vz\u0165ah zamestnanca u tohto zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea do 31. okt\u00f3bra pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho kalend\u00e1rneho roka nepretr\u017eite aspo\u0148 48 mesiacov. Zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e ho m\u00f4\u017ee, ale nemus\u00ed poskytn\u00fa\u0165 v \u013eubovo\u013enej v\u00fd\u0161ke. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PN (pr\u00e1ceneschopnos\u0165)<\/h2>\n\n<p>Zamestnanec m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 uznan\u00fdm za do\u010dasne pr\u00e1ceneschopn\u00e9ho (PN) na v\u00fdkon svoje z\u00e1robkovej \u010dinnosti v pr\u00edpade choroby alibo \u00farazu, alibo ak mu bolo nariaden\u00e9 karant\u00e9nne opatrenie. Prv\u00fdch 10 dn\u00ed n\u00e1hradu pr\u00edjmu vypl\u00e1ca zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e, od 11. d\u0148a soci\u00e1lna pois\u0165ov\u0148a. Do\u010dasn\u00fa PN osoby posudzuje a rozhoduje o nej pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fd o\u0161etruj\u00faci lek\u00e1r. <\/p>\n\n<p>Zamestnanec m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na n\u00e1hradu pr\u00edjmu po\u010das do\u010dasnej PN vo v\u00fd\u0161ke:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>25 % dann\u00e9ho vymeriavacieho z\u00e1kladu \u2013 od 1. u\u010diniti 3. d\u0148a trvania do\u010dasnej PN,<\/li><li>55 % denn\u00e9ho vymeriavacieho z\u00e1kladu \u2013 od 4. u\u010diniti 10. d\u0148a trvania do\u010dasnej PN.<\/li><li>55 % denn\u00e9ho vymeriavacieho z\u00e1kladu vypl\u00e1ca Soci\u00e1lna is\u0165ov\u0148a &#8211; od 11. d\u0148a trvania do\u010dasnej PN. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dru\u0161tvene d\u00e1vky<\/h2>\n\n<p>Rodi\u010d m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na \u0161t\u00e1tne soci\u00e1lne d\u00e1vky odn. da\u0148ov\u00e9 zv\u00fdhodnenie od \u0161t\u00e1tu, ak spln\u00ed podmienky s\u00favisiace s dosahovan\u00edm pr\u00edjmu. Medzi pe\u0148a\u017en\u00e9 d\u00e1vky pre rodi\u010da, ktor\u00e9 s\u00favisia s dosahovan\u00fdm pr\u00edjmom rodi\u010da patr\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>matersk\u00e9 (odn. matersk\u00e1 d\u00e1vka) \u2013 vypl\u00e1ca Soci\u00e1lna pois\u0165ov\u0148a<\/li><li>pr\u00edspevok na starostlivos\u0165 o die\u0165a \u2013 vypl\u00e1ca \u00darad pr\u00e1ce, soci\u00e1lnych vec\u00ed a rodiny<\/li><li>da\u0148ov\u00fd <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/benefit\">bonus<\/a><\/strong> na die\u0165a \u2013 vypl\u00e1ca zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e, odn. spr\u00e1vca dane (da\u0148ov\u00fd \u00farad)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00edplatok za sviatky<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pr\u00edplatok za <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/kontakt\">pr\u00e1cu<\/a><\/strong> vo sviatok je vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 100 % priemern\u00e9ho z\u00e1robku zamestnanca. U pr\u00edpade, ako je zamestnanec odme\u0148ovan\u00fd minimalnou mzdou, tak pr\u00edplatok za pr\u00e1cu vo sviatok bude vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 2,989 eura\/hodinu. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Matersk\u00e1 \/ rodi\u010dovsk\u00fd pr\u00edspevok<\/h2>\n\n<p>Na matersk\u00fa dovolenku m\u00e1 \u017eena n\u00e1rok v d\u013a\u017eke 34. t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov po odpracovan\u00ed 270. dn\u00ed pred p\u00f4rodom. Osamel\u00e1 matka m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na 37. t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov materskej dovolenky, matka dvoji\u010diek a\u017e 39. t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov (maxim\u00e1lne do konca 43. t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a). \u017dene, ktorej sa narod\u00ed m\u0155tve die\u0165a m\u00f4\u017ee osta\u0165 na materskej dovolenke maxim\u00e1lne 14 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov. Eur\u00f3pska komisia pri\u0161la s n\u00e1vrhom na \u010fal\u0161ie zlep\u0161enie rovnov\u00e1hy medzi pr\u00e1cou a osobn\u00fdm \u017eivotom. V\u00fd\u0161ka materskej je 75 % denn\u00e9ho vymeriavacieho z\u00e1kladu za jedan kalend\u00e1rny de\u0148. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00f4chodok<\/h2>\n\n<p>Garantovan\u00fd d\u00f4chodok za 30 odpracovan\u00fdch rokov je 33% hrubej priemernej mzdy prije 2 roka. Za 31 do 39 odroben\u00fdch rokova sa d\u00f4chodok pove\u0107ava se o 0,02 n\u00e1sobok \u017eivotnog minimuma i od 40 rokov o 0,03 n\u00e1sobok \u017eivotnog minimuma. Ide o v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161enie minim\u00e1lneho d\u00f4chodku oproti minul\u00fdm rokom. Pokia\u013e by nebol minim\u00e1lny starobn\u00fd d\u00f4chodok garantovan\u00fd, museli by ste na tak\u00fato sumu zar\u00e1ba\u0165 po\u010das v\u00e1\u0161ho produkt\u00edvneho veku pribli\u017eno 80% prijemernej mzdy. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stravn\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n<p>Zamestnanci maj\u00fa n\u00e1rok na pr\u00edspevok na stravu. Zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e m\u00f4\u017ee zabezpe\u010di\u0165 stravu v stravovacom zariaden\u00ed alibo formou stravn\u00fdch l\u00edstkov. N\u00e1rok na stravn\u00e9 l\u00edstky m\u00e1 zamestnanec TPP, ktor\u00fd je u pr\u00e1ci viac ako 4 sata (pri 4 satinovom radnom \u010dasu stravn\u00e9 nedostanete). V pr\u00edpade, \u017ee zamestnanec pracuje dlh\u0161ie ako 11 hod\u00edn, odpor\u00fa\u010da sa prispieva\u0165 aj na druh\u00e9 tepl\u00e9 jedlo. Nie je to v\u0161ak povinnos\u0165ou zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea. Zamestnanec m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na pr\u00edspevok na stravu u minim\u00e1lnej hodnote 3,83 eura, \u010do je 75% za sumy 5,10 eura. Zvy\u0161n\u00fa \u010das\u0165 si hrad\u00ed zamestnanec s\u00e1m. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O\u0161etrovanie \u010dlena rodiny (O\u010cR)<\/h2>\n\n<p>O\u0161etrovn\u00e9 je nemocensk\u00e1 d\u00e1vka poskytovan\u00e1 z d\u00f4vodu osobn\u00e9ho a celodenn\u00e9ho o\u0161etrovania chor\u00e9ho diet\u0165a\u0165a, chor\u00e9ho man\u017eela, chorej man\u017eelky, chor\u00e9ho rodi\u010da alibo chor\u00e9ho rodi\u010da man\u017eela (man\u017eelky). Poskytuje sa aj z d\u00f4vodu osobnej a celodennej starostlivosti o zdrav\u00e9 die\u0165a do desiatich rokov jeho veku. N\u00e1rok na o\u0161etrovn\u00e9 trv\u00e1 najviac 10 kalend\u00e1rnych dn\u00ed.
