Ono \u0161to je tu\u017enije jest da je ova pojava sve <strong>ra\u0161irenija<\/strong> . Za\u0161to se to doga\u0111a i kako mo\u017eemo <strong>sprije\u010diti<\/strong> da se to dogodi? <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sindrom izgaranja \u2013 tihi ubojica <\/h2>\n\n<p>Pojam <strong>burnout<\/strong> uveo je ameri\u010dki psihoanaliti\u010dar <strong>Herbert J. Freudenberger<\/strong> 1974. godine, kada ga je opisao u \u010dasopisu Journal of Social Issues. Opisao ga je kako je radio s volonterima u pomaga\u010dkim profesijama u ustanovama koje su pru\u017eale <strong>palijativnu skrb za pacijente.<\/strong> Sindrom sagorijevanja pogodio je upravo ove zdravstvene djelatnike. Definira se kao stanje <strong>fizi\u010dke, emocionalne, psiholo\u0161ke i mentalne iscrpljenosti<\/strong> . <\/p>\n\n<p>Razlog za nastanak ove bolesti je <strong>\u017eivot u u\u017eurbanom vremenu<\/strong> , u kojem se naglasak stavlja na <strong>u\u010dinak, uspjeh, postizanje najboljih rezultata, pretjerani perfekcionizam bez nadoknade odmorom<\/strong> . Susre\u0107emo se s uobi\u010dajenom tvrdnjom \u201cTko ne gori, ne\u0107e ni gorjeti\u201d. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e ova bolest poga\u0111a ljude s <strong>velikim entuzijazmom<\/strong> za rad, koji puno preuzimaju na svojim ramenima. Ta osoba tada paradoksalno gubi taj entuzijazam, a na njegovo mjesto dolazi frustracija i ga\u0111enje, nedostatak energije i, u krajnjoj fazi, gubitak smisla \u017eivota. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neka su zanimanja rizi\u010dnija <\/h2>\n\n<p>Sindrom sagorijevanja javlja se i ovisno o <strong>zanimanju<\/strong> koje odre\u0111ena osoba obavlja. Najvi\u0161e prijeti osobama koje intenzivno dolaze u kontakt s drugim ljudima ili snose veliku odgovornost za ne\u0161to. Odnosno, ljudi koji uglavnom rade u <strong>zdravstvu, obrazovanju, socijalnoj skrbi i socijalnim uslugama<\/strong> . S druge strane, ne izbjegava niti jednu profesiju i mo\u017ee se pojaviti kod svakoga bez razlike. <strong>Dugotrajni stres<\/strong> pridonosi sindromu izgaranja, \u0161to postupno rezultira njegovim razvojem. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako znati jeste li upali u zamku?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Izgaranje prati nekoliko manifestacija i simptoma. I s idealisti\u010dkim entuzijazmom \u010dovjek se \u017eeli dati, \u017eeli raditi vrlo intenzivno i najbolje \u0161to mo\u017ee. Dolazi do potpunog kolapsa i napu\u0161tenosti, kao i podlo\u017enosti somatskim bolestima. <\/p>\n\n<p>Na isti na\u010din, <strong>probleme<\/strong> povezane sa sindromom dijelimo na <strong>:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>primarni<\/strong> &#8211; osoba radi sve vi\u0161e i vi\u0161e, ali ne osje\u0107a entuzijazam. Potrebno je puno vremena provoditi s voljenima, ljudima koji nam se svi\u0111aju. Gradite na <strong>zdravom na\u010dinu \u017eivota.<\/strong> Prikladno je oti\u0107i u \u0161etnju i do\u017eivjeti <strong>boravak u prirodi<\/strong> , gdje \u0107ete dobiti energiju.
