Biti lojalan vlasti kada ona to zaslu\u017euje<\/strong>.&#8221; Kad je rije\u010d o zapo\u0161ljavanju, ponekad je i poslodavcima i zaposlenicima te\u0161ko shvatiti trebaju li drugu stranu tretirati kao dr\u017eavu ili vladu. Ne postoji to\u010dan odgovor. To ne zna\u010di da ne bismo trebali razumjeti zna\u010denje lojalnosti i njezine prednosti. <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to je lojalnost?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Kada pomislimo na rije\u010d lojalnost, \u010desto pomislimo na vojnika koji ide na misiju iz koje se vjerojatno ne\u0107e vratiti jer je lojalan svojoj zemlji. Ili pas &#8211; prati svog vlasnika i ostaje uz njega \u0161to god se dogodilo. To je slijepa odanost, ne\u0107emo o tome. \u0160to se ti\u010de zaposlenja, obostrana lojalnost pretvara kamenje u dijamante.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u010cesto ka\u017eemo da odanost treba zaraditi, a ne davati. Ali ako obje strane \u017eele da druga to zaslu\u017euje, tko \u0107e napraviti prvi potez? Ili koliko \u0107e dugo trebati da obje strane budu lojalne jedna drugoj?<\/p>\n\n<p>Lojalnost izme\u0111u poslodavca i zaposlenika proporcionalna je rastu poslodavca i zadovoljstvu zaposlenika. A kad bolje razmislimo, postoji li doista ne\u0161to va\u017enije za obje strane?<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako poslodavci mogu promicati lojalnost?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Svaki poslodavac u 21 stolje\u0107u trebali poznavati pokazatelje kao \u0161to su fluktuacija, produktivnost i zadovoljstvo zaposlenika. Mislite li da su ljudi s kojima radite klijenti tvrtke, a ne va\u0161i? Kada napravite malu pogre\u0161ku, ka\u017eete li sebi da ste samo ljudi i da je to normalno umjesto da to poku\u0161ate popraviti? Ako je va\u0161 odgovor na bilo koje od ovih pitanja potvrdan, onda nemate koga kriviti osim sebe \u0161to niste vi\u0161e pla\u0107eni ili \u0161to ste nezadovoljni na poslu. <\/p>\n\n<p>Prvo, morate shvatiti da su najve\u0107e bogatstvo tvrtke njeni zaposlenici. Kao zaposlenik, vi zapravo ne radite za tvrtku \u2013 zaposlenici su tvrtka! Kada su kupci tvrtke zadovoljni, oni dovode vi\u0161e kupaca.
