A k\u00e9relemhez csatolni kell az \u00e1lland\u00f3 lak\u00f3hely megv\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s\u00e1t igazol\u00f3 igazol\u00e1s vagy az ideiglenes lak\u00f3helyr\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 nyilatkozat m\u00e1solat\u00e1t \u00e9s a munkaszerz\u0151d\u00e9s m\u00e1solat\u00e1t. A juttat\u00e1s nem adhat\u00f3, ha a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3 az 53. szakasz szerinti juttat\u00e1sban r\u00e9szes\u00fcl.<\/li><li>A t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s ny\u00fajt\u00e1sa szempontj\u00e1b\u00f3l a lak\u00f3hely megv\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sa az \u00e1lland\u00f3 lak\u00f3hely megv\u00e1ltoztat\u00e1s\u00e1nak vagy az ideiglenes lak\u00f3hely bejelent\u00e9s\u00e9nek min\u0151s\u00fcl, ha az \u00faj \u00e1lland\u00f3 lak\u00f3hely a Szlov\u00e1k K\u00f6zt\u00e1rsas\u00e1g ter\u00fclet\u00e9n legal\u00e1bb 70 km t\u00e1vols\u00e1gra van az eredeti \u00e1lland\u00f3 lak\u00f3helyt\u0151l, vagy ha az ideiglenes lak\u00f3hely a Szlov\u00e1k K\u00f6zt\u00e1rsas\u00e1g ter\u00fclet\u00e9n legal\u00e1bb 70 km t\u00e1vols\u00e1gra van az \u00e1lland\u00f3 lak\u00f3helyt\u0151l.<\/li><li>A lak\u00f3helyv\u00e1ltoztat\u00e1ssal kapcsolatos lakhat\u00e1si k\u00f6lts\u00e9gek a juttat\u00e1s alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1ban a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151k bizony\u00edtott havi k\u00f6lts\u00e9gei<ol><li>a lak\u00e1shaszn\u00e1lattal egy\u00fctt ny\u00fajtott szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok\u00e9rt fizetett d\u00edjat, vagy<\/li><li>b\u00e9rleti d\u00edj.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>A juttat\u00e1s legfeljebb hat h\u00f3napra adhat\u00f3. Az a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3, aki a foglalkoztat\u00e1s\u00e1t megel\u0151z\u0151en h\u00e1tr\u00e1nyos helyzet\u0171 \u00e1ll\u00e1skeres\u0151 volt, tov\u00e1bbi legfeljebb hat h\u00f3napig kapja a t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st.
