Daugiau nei 150 valand\u0173 &#8211; tik jei jis sutinka, bet ne daugiau kaip 400 valand\u0173 per metus.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Darbas savaitgal\u012f<\/h2>\n\n<p>Teis\u0117 \u012f pried\u0105 u\u017e <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/\">darbas <\/a>\n<\/strong>\u0161e\u0161tadieniais ir sekmadieniais mokamas darbuotojui, dirban\u010diam pagal neterminuotus darbo santykius, taip pat darbuotojui, dirban\u010diam pagal susitarim\u0105 d\u0117l darbo ne pagal darbo sutart\u012f. Papildomas darbo u\u017emokestis u\u017e darb\u0105 \u0161e\u0161tadieniais nuo 1. 2019 m. gegu\u017e\u0117s m\u0117n. nustatytas 50 proc. minimalaus valandinio darbo u\u017emokes\u010dio, o u\u017e darb\u0105 sekmadieniais &#8211; 100 proc. minimalaus valandinio darbo u\u017emokes\u010dio.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Darbas nakt\u012f<\/h2>\n\n<p>Nuo 2019 m. gegu\u017e\u0117s 1 d. priemoka u\u017e naktin\u012f darb\u0105 yra 40 proc. minimalaus valandinio darbo u\u017emokes\u010dio (1,196 EUR priemoka), jei darbuotojas dirba pavojing\u0105 darb\u0105. <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/praca?page=1&amp;limit=20\">darbas <\/a>\n<\/strong>priedo dydis yra 50 % minimalaus valandinio darbo u\u017emokes\u010dio (1 495 EUR priedas).  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Atostogos<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pagrindin\u0117 atostog\u0173 trukm\u0117 yra ne trumpesn\u0117 kaip 4 savait\u0117s. Darbuotojo, kuriam iki atitinkam\u0173 kalendorini\u0173 met\u0173 pabaigos sukanka 33 metai, atostogos turi b\u016bti ne trumpesn\u0117s kaip 5 savait\u0117s. Nuo 2020 m. prie darbuotoj\u0173, turin\u010di\u0173 teis\u0119 \u012f 5 savai\u010di\u0173 atostogas, bus prid\u0117ti darbuotojai, kuriems dar nesukako 33 metai, bet kurie nuolat pri\u017ei\u016bri vaik\u0105. Teis\u0119 \u012f kasmetines atostogas \u012fgyja darbuotojas, kurio darbo santykiai su vienu darbdaviu nepertraukiamai t\u0119s\u0117si visus kalendorinius metus ir kuris dirbo pagal \u0161iuos darbo santykius ne ma\u017eiau kaip 60 dien\u0173 per kalendorinius metus. Teis\u0117 \u012f proporcing\u0105 atostog\u0173 dal\u012f u\u017e dirbtas dienas suteikiama u\u017e kiekvien\u0105 vis\u0105 kalendorin\u012f m\u0117nes\u012f nepertraukiamo darbo tame pa\u010diame darbo santykyje. Darbdavys gali suteikti bet kokio dyd\u017eio i\u0161mok\u0105 arba jos nesuteikti.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nedarbingumo atostogos (ligos atostogos)<\/h2>\n\n<p>Darbuotojas gali b\u016bti pripa\u017eintas laikinai nedarbingu d\u0117l ligos ar nelaimingo atsitikimo arba jei jam buvo nurodyta taikyti karantino priemones. Pirm\u0105sias 10 dien\u0173 darbdavys moka kompensuojam\u0105sias pajamas, nuo 11. dienos socialinio draudimo bendrov\u0117. Laikin\u0105j\u012f nedarbingum\u0105 \u012fvertina ir sprendim\u0105 priima kompetentingas gydantis gydytojas.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Laikino nedarbingumo laikotarpiu darbuotojas turi teis\u0119 \u012f pajam\u0173 kompensacij\u0105, kurios dydis:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>25 proc. dienos vertinimo baz\u0117s &#8211; nuo 1. \u012f 3. laikino nedarbingumo atostog\u0173 dien\u0105,<\/li><li>55 % dienos vertinimo baz\u0117s &#8211; nuo 4. \u012f 10. laikino nedarbingumo atostog\u0173 dien\u0105.<\/li><li>55 proc. dienpinigi\u0173 baz\u0117s moka socialinio draudimo \u012fstaiga &#8211; nuo 11. laikino nedarbingumo atostog\u0173 dien\u0105.  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Socialin\u0117s i\u0161mokos<\/h2>\n\n<p>Vienas i\u0161 t\u0117v\u0173 turi teis\u0119 gauti valstyb\u0117s socialines i\u0161mokas arba. mokes\u010di\u0173 lengvatas i\u0161 valstyb\u0117s, jei jie atitinka s\u0105lygas, susijusias su pajam\u0173 u\u017edirbimu. Vienam i\u0161 t\u0117v\u0173 mokamos pinigin\u0117s i\u0161mokos, susijusios su t\u0117v\u0173 pajamomis:<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>motinyst\u0117s pa\u0161alpa (arba motinyst\u0117s pa\u0161alpa), kuri\u0105 moka socialinio draudimo \u012fstaiga.<\/li><li>vaiko prie\u017ei\u016bros pa\u0161alpa, kuri\u0105 moka Darbo, socialini\u0173 reikal\u0173 ir \u0161eimos biuras.<\/li><li>mokes\u010diai <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/benefit\">premija <\/a>\n<\/strong>u\u017e vaik\u0105 &#8211; moka darbdavys, arba mokes\u010di\u0173 administratorius (mokes\u010di\u0173 inspekcija)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priemoka u\u017e atostogas<\/h2>\n\n<p>Priemoka u\u017e <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/sk\/kontakt\">darbas <\/a>\n<\/strong>\u0161ven\u010di\u0173 dienomis &#8211; 100 % darbuotojo vidutinio darbo u\u017emokes\u010dio. Jei darbuotojui mokamas minimalus darbo u\u017emokestis, papildomas u\u017emokestis u\u017e darb\u0105 \u0161ven\u010di\u0173 dienomis bus 2,989 EUR u\u017e valand\u0105.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Motinyst\u0117s ir (arba) t\u0117vyst\u0117s pa\u0161alpa<\/h2>\n\n<p>Moteris turi teis\u0119 \u012f 34 motinyst\u0117s atostogas. po 270 darbo savai\u010di\u0173. dien\u0173 iki pristatymo. Vieni\u0161a motina turi teis\u0119 \u012f 37. savai\u010di\u0173 motinyst\u0117s atostog\u0173, dvynuk\u0173 motina &#8211; iki 39 savai\u010di\u0173. savai\u010di\u0173 (ne ilgiau kaip iki 43 savait\u0117s pabaigos). Moteris, pagimd\u017eiusi negyv\u0105 vaik\u0105, motinyst\u0117s atostogose gali b\u016bti ne ilgiau kaip 14 savai\u010di\u0173. Europos Komisija pateik\u0117 pasi\u016blym\u0105 dar labiau pagerinti darbo ir asmeninio gyvenimo pusiausvyr\u0105. Motinyst\u0117s pa\u0161alpos dydis yra 75 % vienos kalendorin\u0117s dienos vertinimo baz\u0117s u\u017e vien\u0105 kalendorin\u0119 dien\u0105.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I\u0161\u0117jimas \u012f pensij\u0105<\/h2>\n\n<p>Garantuota pensija u\u017e 30 met\u0173 darbo sta\u017e\u0105 yra 33 proc. vidutinio bruto darbo u\u017emokes\u010dio, gauto prie\u0161 dvejus metus. Pensija didinama 0,02 minimalaus gyvenimo lygio dyd\u017eio, kai sta\u017eas yra nuo 31 iki 39 met\u0173, o nuo 40 met\u0173 &#8211; 0,03 minimalaus gyvenimo lygio. Palyginti su ankstesniais metais, minimali pensija gerokai padid\u0117jo. Jei minimali senatv\u0117s pensija neb\u016bt\u0173 garantuota, norint gauti \u0161i\u0105 sum\u0105, reik\u0117t\u0173 u\u017edirbti apie 80 proc. vidutinio darbo u\u017emokes\u010dio per savo darbing\u0105 am\u017ei\u0173.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maitinimas<\/h2>\n\n<p>Darbuotojai turi teis\u0119 gauti dienpinigius. Darbdavys gali teikti maitinim\u0105 maitinimo \u012fstaigoje arba naudodamas maitinimo talonus. TPP darbuotojas, dirbantis ilgiau nei 4 valandas, turi teis\u0119 \u012f maitinimo talonus (jei dirbate 4 valandas, maitinimo talon\u0173 negausite). Jei darbuotojas dirba ilgiau nei 11 valand\u0173, rekomenduojama prisid\u0117ti prie antro kar\u0161to maisto. Ta\u010diau tai n\u0117ra darbdavio pareiga. Darbuotojas turi teis\u0119 gauti ne ma\u017eesn\u0119 kaip 3,83 EUR maitinimosi i\u0161mok\u0105, kuri sudaro 75 % nuo 5,10 EUR. Likusi\u0105 dal\u012f moka darbuotojas.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160eimos nario slauga (FFN)<\/h2>\n\n<p>Lankomumo pa\u0161alpa &#8211; tai ligos pa\u0161alpa, skiriama asmeninei ir nuolatinei sergan\u010dio vaiko, sergan\u010dio sutuoktinio, sergan\u010dio vieno i\u0161 t\u0117v\u0173 arba sergan\u010dio sutuoktinio t\u0117vo ar motinos prie\u017ei\u016brai.
