Og det er flott for kropp og sinn n\u00e5r de av og til forstyrrer denne rutinen og gj\u00f8r noe annet. Hvis senioren ikke f\u00e5r lov av diagnosen til \u00e5 g\u00e5 ut, inviter folk til seg selv. Kanskje da blir det litt mer rengj\u00f8ring, men det vil definitivt v\u00e6re verdt det.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">G\u00e5 ut p\u00e5 middag<\/h2>\n\n<p>Hvis seniorens helse tillater det, er det generelt et godt alternativ \u00e5 g\u00e5 ut. Det er imidlertid en <strong>stor forskjell mellom<\/strong> en daglig tur i parken og \u00e5 sitte p\u00e5 en restaurant mens du spiser. Siden du ikke trenger \u00e5 bekymre deg for matlaging og oppvask, har du mer tid til samtale og personlig kontakt. \u00c5 bygge et vennskap gj\u00f8r ikke bare personen du bryr deg om lykkeligere, men gj\u00f8r ogs\u00e5 jobben din enklere.
