Heldagsmenyen skal best\u00e5 av flere <strong>mindre porsjoner.<\/strong> Variety best\u00e5r i \u00e5 spise <strong>en rekke matvarer<\/strong> &#8211; frokostblandinger, bakverk, pasta, ris, kj\u00f8tt, fisk, belgfrukter, meieriprodukter, frukt og gr\u00f8nnsaker. Daglig er det \u00f8nskelig \u00e5 ta <strong>60 gram sukker<\/strong>. Sukker er skadelig for leveren. Det er en risiko forbundet med overdreven s\u00f8tning  <strong>Hjerteinfarkt  <\/strong>og andre hjerte- og karsykdommer, og  <strong>metabolske forstyrrelser.<\/strong>  Selvf\u00f8lgelig, p\u00e5 grunn av sukker, oppst\u00e5r tannr\u00e5te, kan h\u00f8yt blodsukkerniv\u00e5 f\u00f8re til  <strong>Diabetes.<\/strong>  Sist, men ikke minst, er det fare for  <strong>fedme<\/strong>, noe som er enda mer ubehagelig for en person i alderen, da det legger en belastning p\u00e5 ledd og bein som har en tendens til \u00e5 v\u00e6re mer skj\u00f8re og svakere. I tillegg er det et problem for immobile mennesker som har begrenset bevegelse. Klassisk sukker kan erstattes med naturlige s\u00f8tningsmidler som<strong> stevia, honning eller l\u00f8nnesirup<\/strong>. Rettene er like velsmakende med dem. Sukker inneholder ikke bare matvarer der vi naturlig forventer det, kaker, sjokolade, men ogs\u00e5 halvfabrikata, yoghurt, frokostblandinger, ketchup eller sennep.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kalsium og vitamin D  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Begge komponentene er sv\u00e6rt viktige for <strong>beinhelse<\/strong> for \u00e5 forhindre <strong>osteoporose<\/strong> som eldre mennesker er utsatt for. Vi finner kalsium f\u00f8rst og fremst i melk og meieriprodukter, oster, yoghurt. Med alderen f\u00f8ler folk seg ikke t\u00f8rst s\u00e5 mye som i ungdommen, s\u00e5 de trenger \u00e5 bli p\u00e5minnet om \u00e5 drikke, for tiden er det ogs\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/blog\/nb\/kan-apper-forbedre-livene-til-eldre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0c0735\" class=\"has-inline-color\">forskjellige applikasjoner<\/mark>\n  \n<\/a> for dette. <strong>Koffein og alkohol<\/strong> b\u00f8r <strong>reduseres<\/strong>, det mest ideelle vil v\u00e6re \u00e5 unng\u00e5 forbruket. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Allergier<\/h2>\n\n<p>Det er definitivt n\u00f8dvendig \u00e5 tenke p\u00e5 <strong>matintoleranser og allergier<\/strong>, hvis senioren lider av dem, og ta hensyn til dette n\u00e5r du lager mat og tilpasser valg av diett til det.
