Paradoksalt nok er l\u00f8nnsgapet hennes store problem.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00f8nn er viktig  <\/h2>\n\n<p>I de fleste tilfeller er l\u00f8nn en avgj\u00f8rende faktor ved valg av jobb. Hvis vi vurderer om vi skal ta jobben eller ikke, henholdsvis. Om vi s\u00f8ker p\u00e5 det n\u00e5r vi ser en stillingsannonse p\u00e5virker i stor grad <strong>l\u00f8nnen som er angitt<\/strong>. Fordi hvor mye vi tjener er viktig, slik at vi kan <strong>dekke v\u00e5re behov <\/strong>og, i tillegg til den grunnleggende standarden, kunne kj\u00f8pe noe som vil gj\u00f8re oss lykkelige. Dessverre kan ansatte i flere land ikke dekke alle sine utgifter fra opptjent l\u00f8nn. \u00c5rsaken til dette er de <strong>lave l\u00f8nningene<\/strong> som tjener i nesten alle stillinger. Selvf\u00f8lgelig p\u00e5virker lavere inntjening den generelle tilfredsheten og livskvaliteten til arbeidstakere og deres familier.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvilke land har de laveste l\u00f8nningene i EU?  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Det er forskjeller i minste m\u00e5nedsl\u00f8nn innad i landene. Bel\u00f8pene de varierer i de enkelte landene i EU, kan ses i tabellen nedenfor. Land er rangert fra de med lavest l\u00f8nn til de med h\u00f8yest inntjening. Det er sl\u00e5ende forskjeller mellom landene med lavest og h\u00f8yest l\u00f8nn. L\u00f8nnene er litt bedre i Kroatia, Slovakia, Tsjekkia og Polen, men selv der er det ikke rosenr\u00f8dt i forhold til utgifter, som stadig stiger i tider <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/blog\/nb\/inflasjon-pavirker-alt-og-alle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\n  <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#12243a\" class=\"has-inline-color\">med inflasjon<\/mark>\n<\/a> . Anstendige, beste l\u00f8nninger dominerer i vesteuropeiske land, Tyskland, Belgia og Nederland. Lavl\u00f8nnsland <strong>har generelt lav levestandard<\/strong>, lider av fattigdom og generelle sosio\u00f8konomiske problemer. Innbyggerne deres st\u00e5r overfor matmangel, men ofte ogs\u00e5 problemer med <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/blog\/nb\/utleieleiligheter-en-losning-pa-en-vanskelig-situasjon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\n  <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#12243a\" class=\"has-inline-color\">boliger<\/mark>\n<\/a> og helsetjenester. Dette er den eneste m\u00e5ten \u00e5 l\u00f8se en vanskelig \u00f8konomisk situasjon slik at de kan gi familien alt den trenger. Mange er avhengig av \u00e5 reise utenlands i ukevis eller turer. Dette er imidlertid <strong>fornuftig<\/strong>. Hvis en arbeidss\u00f8ker ikke har en jobb med en passende l\u00f8nn tilgjengelig i hjemlandet, b\u00f8r de dra dit bedre <strong>forhold<\/strong> venter dem.
