I s\u00e5 fall er det viktig \u00e5 sikre alle n\u00f8dvendige dokumenter slik at hele prosessen g\u00e5r s\u00e5 smidig som mulig og ideelt sett uten problemer. EU-borgere trenger ikke pass, visum eller arbeidstillatelse for \u00e5 reise for \u00e5 jobbe i EU. Likevel er det viktige dokumenter du m\u00e5 ha hvis du planlegger \u00e5 jobbe i et annet medlemsland.  <\/p>\n\n<p>I dag skal vi diskutere de viktigste dokumentene som omsorgspersoner b\u00f8r ha f\u00f8r de reiser til jobb i Vest-Europa.<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bevis p\u00e5 identitet<\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00c5 ha med seg legitimasjon til enhver tid b\u00f8r v\u00e6re en selvf\u00f8lge. Men \u00e5 ha det med deg hvis<strong> du reiser utenlands<\/strong> er et must. Selv om du mest sannsynlig ikke trenger \u00e5 vise bevis n\u00e5r du krysser grensene til Schengen-omr\u00e5det, kan rutinemessig kontroll v\u00e6re et problem hvis du ikke kan identifisere deg. P\u00e5 grunn av tilstr\u00f8mningen av innvandrere fra Asia og de siste \u00e5rene flyktninger fra Ukraina, har rutinemessig grensekontroll blitt <strong>vanlig<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Kontrollen kan ogs\u00e5 finne sted i hjemmet til personen du har omsorg for. Selv om du har en arbeidskontrakt med deg, uten ID-kort er det vanskelig \u00e5 bevise at det virkelig er din arbeidskontrakt. I s\u00e5 fall kan du lett komme i tr\u00f8bbel. Vi anbefaler ogs\u00e5 <strong>at du tar et bilde av legitimasjonen<\/strong> din p\u00e5 telefonen. Det kan gj\u00f8re hele prosessen mye enklere hvis det er en situasjon der du mister den eller den blir stj\u00e5let.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bevis p\u00e5 ansettelse<\/h2>\n\n<p>Ditt bevis p\u00e5 ansettelse er vanligvis din <strong>arbeidskontrakt<\/strong>. Men spesielt n\u00e5r du arbeider med omsorgspersonell, trenger du noen ganger ogs\u00e5 andre st\u00f8ttedokumenter. Dette kan v\u00e6re fagbrevet ditt hvis du jobber i \u00d8sterrike eller ytterligere dokumentasjon hvis du jobber gjennom posteringsmodellen. Du trenger ikke disse dokumentene for \u00e5 reise, da du har rett til \u00e5 bevege deg fritt innenfor EU. Men hvis du allerede jobber og fortsatt ikke har bevis p\u00e5 ansettelse, kan dette f\u00f8re til alvorlige komplikasjoner. Alle EU-land, spesielt vesteuropeiske land, tar svart arbeid ganske strengt og trekker konsekvenser hvis loven brytes.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingen papirkopier &#8211; ikke noe problem<\/h2>\n\n<p>Du trenger ikke \u00e5 b\u00e6re tonnevis av papir med deg hele tiden. Vi lever i en moderne <strong>verden av digitalisering<\/strong> &#8211; en digital kopi av kontrakten din er like gyldig som en trykt en. Mange progressive selskaper s\u00f8ker \u00e5 redusere karbonavtrykket, spare tid og v\u00e6re mer effektive ved \u00e5 bruke bare dokumenter i digital form.  <\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#030a13\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Athena<\/mark> Company\n  \n<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/atena.org\"> <\/a>er ogs\u00e5 forpliktet til bruk av digitale dokumenter. Og det er fordi: Tenk deg hvor lang tid det ville ta \u00e5 inng\u00e5 en arbeidskontrakt hvis arbeidsgiveren din ikke hadde et kontor i n\u00e6rheten av deg. Du trenger imidlertid ikke \u00e5 ha en faktisk lisens for \u00e5 bruke tjenestene som er knyttet til den. Alt du trenger \u00e5 gj\u00f8re er \u00e5 kjenne ditt <strong>helsekortnummer<\/strong> , og arbeidsgiveren din kan enkelt gi deg denne informasjonen.
