Du \u00f8nsker \u00e5 gj\u00f8re et godt inntrykk, men noen sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l kan overraske deg.   <a href=\"https:\/\/atena.sk\/blog\/nb\/5-steg-du-ma-ta-for-a-bli-leder\/\">M\u00e5ten du svarer p\u00e5, viser holdningen din, erfaringen din og arbeidsviljen din.<\/a>  Ved \u00e5 forberede deg p\u00e5 vanlige sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l kan du f\u00f8le deg tryggere.<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. &laquo;Fortell meg noe om deg selv.&raquo;<\/h2>\n\n<p>Det h\u00f8res enkelt ut, men det gj\u00f8r ofte folk nerv\u00f8se. Mange vet ikke hvor mye de skal si eller hva de skal fokusere p\u00e5. Unng\u00e5 \u00e5 snakke for mye om personlige detaljer. Pr\u00f8v \u00e5 nevne noe konkret. Kanskje selskapet har et godt rykte, behandler sine ansatte godt eller tilbyr stabile arbeidstider.
